Negative experience: Wow! RUN AWAY disgusting behaviour from this clinic, my mother made dentures with this clinic and after a couple of days of using them realized they were rubbish and made her bleed! went back to get them fixed and they had the audacity to scam her further by making her pay to get them 'fixed' for an extra $120!! when they provided her a faulty product worth $1750 to begin with. YOUR JOKING. She is paying for the dentures she NEVER used to this day!! We were told by 2 other clinics that what they have done is illegal. She is taking them to court and they emailed saying my dad came in and tried to punch and slap the dentist and that the dentist has since quit, EXCUSE ME!! my sweet old Dad your joking, ABSOLUTE dirty Liars and Thieves. My mother and father are vulnerable, english not being their first language and this SCAM of a clinic took advantage of them. We will be getting retributions through a civil court case and i will escalate to my lawyers if needs be. When i heard i was TRAUMATISED Do not spend any of your money here and save yourself a serious heartache.

Negative experience: Got about 4 teeth that needed fillings, and I thought the discomfort/ sensitivity would leave a week later but it hasn't! The dr rushed the job. Find someplace else to get your teeth done at.

Fantastic experience: We have been referring patients to Browns Road Dental for many years and have always found them to be very professional and accommodating of emergency dental services. They offer beautiful and excellent quality denture work and crowns and bridges. Most importantly they are very affordable and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: My name is E MATSON and I have been going to Browns Road Dental for over 15years and the prices used to be reasonable. I went to have a one tooth extraction the other day and the dentist quoted $500 to extract the tooth and $4000 to repair it. I declined and made another appointment at Botany Dental later that day. The dentist at Botany extracted the same tooth for $295 and if I wanted to repair the tooth it was going to cost $1500 Browns Road Dental is ripping people off now. I will never return for any further treatment at Browns Road Dental. Very very disappointed to be ripped off after being a loyal customer.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is AMAZING ! so easy to arrange what work needed to be done, unlike other dentists I've been to where they quote you all this extra stuff saying that they NEED TO BOOK THE CLEANING too. Comforting & welcoming staff ! The place is is so clean, they pride themselves in their work and it shows. Definitely would recommend %100

Negative experience: Went to get emergency services only to find out they were closed. Google still says they are open till 6.30 pm. Very unprofessional

The standard of care I received was second to none, I went in for a standard 6 monthly clean and was impressed at how much more thorough and meticulous Dr Yang was even compared to my previous dentist. Will be my go to from now.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Nash for a few years now. He is very calm, courteous and gentle. He always responded well when indicate I have pain. He would stop and provide reassurance and more anaesthetic. I find it reassuring that he uses the latest technology yet never forgetting the basics of good manners and friendliness. The clinic has a high level of hygiene and friendly staff always.
