The Dental Suite, Mt Albert

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have had significant dental work completed always to my satisfaction. Dr Dušan and Dr Sonia were always positive, friendly and caring, and these attributes filled me with confidence. In 2018 I had major implant surgery and it gave me my smile back, so much so people commented to it. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy to have finally found The Dental Suite. After going to several different dentists in the past I felt like my teeth were a lost cause, but the team here made me feel so comfortable and had the solutions to greatly improve my dental health. I would never go anywhere else after my amazing experience with them and I constantly refer them to my family and friends. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Fantastic experience: Exceptional Dental Care – From Hygiene to Specialist Treatment Excellent experience from start to finish at Dental Suite Mt Albert Clinic starting with hygienist appointment and continuing through to specialist care with the prosthodontist. The dental hygienist was outstanding—gentle, professional, and thorough. They took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, offering helpful advice for at-home care and making sure it was completely comfortable. The appointment with the prosthodontist, for a more complex issue was superb. From the initial consultation to the final treatment, their expertise and patient-centered approach were evident. They walked through all the options clearly, answered every question with patience, and delivered care that was both technically excellent and genuinely compassionate. The coordination between the hygiene team and the specialist was seamless, and the overall experience felt very personalized and well-managed. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and welcoming—exactly the kind of environment that helps you feel at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dental Suite Mt Albert to anyone seeking both routine and specialized dental care. You’re truly in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dusan Kuzmanovic and Dr Sonya Wallis from the Dental Suite Mt Albert have been our family dentist for many years now and for good reason. Their welcoming clinic offers a variety of services and has all the latest equipment needed for expert dental care. But above all, their professional, high-quality care for their patients is what makes them stand out. We always felt safe, comfortable and carefully listened to. The treatment options were always discussed with transparency and all the dental work performed in a gentle manner with excellent results. We can only praise them for their excellence in every aspect.

Fantastic experience: The god and goddess of dentistry reside in human form in Drs Dusan Kuzmanovic and Sonja Wallis. I have nothing but praise for dentistry deities, aka the team at The Dental Suite, Mt Albert. They've been our dentists for several years now and never fail to impress me with their skill, kindness, care, and customer service.

Negative experience: Ask for lots of detail at the phone, and then tell you they are fully book till next Month. The customer service need to be re-training.

Fantastic experience: I had a fear of needles and dentists after a botched root canal which turned into an absolute nightmare. I went to The Dental Suite and was seen by Dr Sonya Wallis and Emma as I needed a crown put in. The care they took knowing my back story was incredible. They were caring, attentive, took their time and explained everything the whole way through - to say I felt at ease was an understatement. The work they do can only be described as exemplary and not once have I felt rushed to which I am always treated as their top priority. If you are after an incredibly talented dental team who are genuine, honest and just downright lovely then you need to go and see them - you will not be disappointed, especially if you are like me and have a fear of needles and drills.

Fantastic experience: Life changing! It's taken me ages to write this review, it's difficult to convey in words exactly how much these wonderful people have improved my world, in so many ways. I had some very bad dental experiences so when I first met the team, I was understandably terrified. They made me feel welcome, important, cherished, listened to and supported - never judged or looked down upon. They went above and beyond to be at my side through every step of this amazing journey. Dusan is a magician, not only is my smile transformed, but I am comfortable in his chair, in his company and have complete faith in his abilities. The gorgeous Sonya was endlessly encouraging and enthusiastic. Emma was a delight, so supportive and the lovely Tash at Reception was a pleasure to deal with. You literally could not do better than this team - they have changed my life.

Practical advice offered and happy to wait and monitor potential areas of concern rather than just rush in and do something for the sake of it. Best dental experience of my life. Really gentle too. Only regret is that I did not find them 30 years ago!

Fantastic experience: Incredible team! Best dental experiences in my life, and I've switched dentists many many times. Friendly team, take the time to explain everything, and have a great practical approach of not doing work just for the sake of it - gave me great confidence in their professionalism. Screens with entertainment requests available (my partner watches Friends and I prefer the nature scenes haha). Hygienist appt was totally pain free and enjoyable. Dental check up, even a filling, all totally pain free and comfortable. Excellent, just excellent!

Being a dentist yourself, you would understand how important it is for us to get...." My account has not been hacked and I am not a dentist. Thank you for threat. Please investigate further as you said you would. I hope you do not treat all your patients like you do to this review

Fantastic experience: Sonya was immensely gentle, hardly noticed she was fixing my chipped front tooth. Patient-controlled Netflix, lovely new premises, great price - outstanding.

My experience has left me at ease and without "fear". From reception (Carly) to the dental magician herself (Sonya Wallis). Nothing but professionalism, care and a genuine desire to help people in need of dental assistance. 10 out of 5 from me!

Fantastic experience: Mt Albert Dental are AWESOME! My wife and I both feel very the team here are tops. They don't charge the earth for what I feel it the best dental work I have ever had! I see Sonya and she is very friendly and helps make me (with a fear of needles) feel super relaxed.
