I had a wisdom tooth out recently - I felt fully informed about the procedure, the process was gentle and I did not feel any pain whatsoever! Fantastic experience: My experience was very positive, and I am more than grateful for the care I received. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery support, Dr Bodon Li, caring assistant Avalon, and the office team were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I had all four wisdom teeth removed; my procedure went smoothly, and the staff made me feel very comfortable and well-informed at every step. They were gentle, answered all my questions, and assisted me throughout my recovery. I'm so thankful for their support during what could’ve been a very stressful experience. Highly recommend this practice for anyone needing dental care – especially wisdom teeth removal!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time at this practice. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming from the reception staff to the dentist. My daughter saw Dr Bodon Li. He was patient and kind with her, explaining everything that he was doing.

Fantastic experience: Historically avoided the dentist due to quite a large phobia caused by some traumatic dental experiences as a child. I’ve seen Bodon twice now and can easily say it’s the best service I can remember getting, not just at the dentist, but maybe anywhere. I couldn’t recommend Bodon as a dentist more. For the first time in my life I feel like I have confidence about the future of my teeth and am not concerned at all about my next visit. A dentist that’s on your side for sure.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are lucky enough to see Graeme and he is beyond brilliant. Recently our 8 year old son Reuben was lucky enough to get his cap fixed by Dr Bodon Li. He was excellent with him. Dr Bodon put Reuben at ease straight away with his delightful humour and professional manner. He also did a spectacular job on Reuben's front tooth, what artistry.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team who got my daughter in to have 2 teeth extracted. She is a bit of an introvert but even when she was late due to a mix up and she was anxious about the appointment the staff made her feel relaxed and welcome. She said they were all so nice from office manager, to the dental assistant and dentist that she looks forward to going back again.. not something someone says about going to the dentist. Well done team.

Fantastic experience: This entire team take pride in what they do! I'm super impressed with their professionalism, and going over and above what they need to do. I went in for a hygienist clean, and they offered me some extra pieces of info for self checks at home, even a wee mirror. Things like that make me happy to call these guys my go-to for any teeth troubles. I trust they know their stuff, and they do what is best for me and my teeth. The front desk ladies are friendly and great follow up calls, and reminder texts / calls. Quick turn around, and reasonably priced. A+++

Fantastic experience: The Dentists have converted me from being terrified of the dental chair, to willingly booking appointments - that’s no small feat! I cannot speak highly enough of the team - from the friendly office staff and hygienists, to the care and expertise that Graeme brings to his dental procedures. In the past, the dental work I had received left my teeth in a less than ideal state, but thankfully Graeme has been able to rectify this - allowing me to finally have a healthy smile! I am so very grateful, and recommend this dental clinic wherever I can.

Fantastic experience: I'm not saying this lightly , I'm the worst patient in the world when it comes to dentists ,I have major anxiety because I can react to anesthetic and sensitive to pain , so have been to many dentists and today I found the most caring gentle patient dentist in Alistair ,I had the best experience I have ever had , I cannot Thank him enough, he took his time and explained every step as he went , I honestly didn't sleep the night before because my anxiety was so high , but his soft gentle approach has finally made me feel relaxed about going to the dentist again , thank you so much Alistair

Fantastic experience: I've been under the care of Sally over the course of my treatment. I came in for a check and she discovered a couple of holes and an overbite (that I've been aware of). She pointed out that I'm grinding my teeth and wearing them of in the wrong places, and we have a plan on what to do about it. Now that I'm aware of it I'm slowly teaching myself to do it less, which also seems to have calmed down some of my headaches. I've now had 2 fillings done. I'm extremely anxious when going to the dentists. But Sally and Kyra are a fantastic team and talked me through every step. I barely felt a thing and feel a lot better now that my teeth have been fixed. Everyone from reception to DA have been amazing to me. Thanks so much team!

Fantastic experience: Im not the easiest person to treat, find it hard to breath and I gag a lot during treatment but Graeme and his assistant Alicia are so caring and understanding. I always get friendly and efficient service from the office staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: I had my choppers checked and cleaned by Jake today. Im not going to say it was fun but everything he planned on doing was explained and he did it very professionally. The Otumoetai team have in recent years sorted out my broken teeth and old fillings as well as cleaning and check ups. Always found them really easy to deal with.
