Negative experience: Just spoke to the receptionist who was extremely rude, hope the service is better.

Fantastic experience: Gentle gentle are always so amazing, from the time you call to when your procedure is complete, you are always dealt with in such an amazing way. No question is a dumb question and they always answer any concerns with aftercare i Will always continue to return here for all my dental work!!

Fantastic experience: I only found Gentle Dental and Dr Kawa 5 or so years ago, I was skeptical when I first went, however much I wanted to believe in the business name 'Gentle Dental', I am so very pleased to say Dr Kawa is a 'Fantastic Dentist', the best I have ever been to and I'm 69yrs old. I no longer put off going nor do I feel anxious after making my appointment, which was the norm for me. I thoroughly recommend the Dr to one and all, he is the 'Best', lovely too are the ladies who work with him. By the way, due to where the filling was, I was told I might feel some discomfort which I understood, however there was no discomfort at all, Thank you Doctor Kawa, Barbs Craig.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been patients of Kawa for 15 years for regular check ups, cleanings and other dental maintenance. It all started when I chipped a tooth shortly after moving to Hamilton, and now, after all these years, it is reassuring to know he has become our trusted family dentist. Kawa is such a gentle, thorough and highly skilled gentleman who knows us and our dental needs very well. He and his staff are always so friendly and efficient. I continue to recommend Kawa to friends and work colleagues because of the consistently good quality of dental care he provides to us and his tidy clinic is conveniently located. We are very fortunate to have him as our family dentist.

When I arrived I told her I had anxiety about injections in the mouth, she understood and talked to me about different things which helped to calm me down. Such a lovely lady. And the dentist such a nice gentalmen. I didn't really feel the injection and he was reassuring and polite. It's Rachael Wright I came in yesterday. Thank you for being so gental

Fantastic experience: I had been putting off my periodic dental clean & check-up after my last bad/memorable for the wrong reasons visit to a different dental practice, where my mouth was still feeling the effects of the clean very long after the service. I dreaded going for another check-up & clean as the memory of that last bad experience - the sound of the cleaning/scraping tool & the shrilling/screeching sound in the mouth and the chills that follow, just kept re-surfacing whenever I thought I should get a check-up & clean. After over a year, I finally got my courage up and gave Gentle Dental a try. The experience was better than I expected. I was put at ease from the time I sat in the chair and examined. Dr. Al-Rawenduzy was professional and thorough with the check-up and the clean was definitely a "gentle" experience. I left with my mouth having that "clean" feeling but not in pain. He also told me what I needed to keep an eye on before my next visit. Three weeks on, my mouth (and teeth) still feel great and clean and best of all no pain!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Al-Rwaenduzy and am grateful to him for restoring my confidence/faith in dentists.

He is sensitive to my overall dentist anxiety, ensuring I am comfortable during any procedure. Fantastic experience: The best admin team and the best dentist I've ever been too.Im was scared as I had bad previous experiences at other dentists and I was at ease with this team.Dr Kawa extracted 3 teeth with in about 5mins and it was 100% pain free.I would totally recommend this team to everybody I know..They also took my late phonecall 30mins before they were closing to accommodate me.Hard to find service like this.From the bottom of my heart thank use very much and I'm now pain-free..

Negative experience: I went there to do a hygiene treatment. The treatment was ok, but quite expensive. They told me before that it would be "from $175.00," but in the end they charged me $345.00!!! Ok, it was "from $175", but almost double the price??? I asked why it was so expensive, and they said it was a difficult treatment.... If you are going there, I recommend you to ask the price range before your appointment, otherwise you can have a not good surprise...

Negative experience: They liked to hide reviews on Facebook so I will post this here where you cannot. Gentle Dental tried charging me $300 saying a tooth needed to be removed. He then referred me to another place which was just as expensive, so I proceeded with going to a different dentist. That dentist told me the information Gentle Dental had provided me was inaccurate, gave me proper medication, and my problem was solved.
