Fantastic experience: Wow! I have never had such an incredible dentist experience. Excellent communication, quickly set up and booked in as a new client, I wasn’t forced to overspend and was given the right treatment, great dentist and hygienist. Felt comfortable and safe during the experience as someone who’s scared of the dentist. Had dental pain and was booked in immediately. Will be going back for as long as I’m in Auckland. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Having 3 implants done is not a bowl of cherries! I must say however that Freeman's Bay Dental Centre on College Hill were very good and competent and I'm happy with the result. Very nice people.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client for almost 15 years and I have always received great service from Freemans Bay Dental Centre. They have been very accommodating of my busy schedule and have fit me in when I've had last minute work commitments and I've needed to reschedule. They are very professional and well priced. They even occasionally have specials for discounted checkups which are great to look out for! I can't recommend them highly enough :)

Negative experience: Worst cleaning service ever. Old clammy clinic. Reviews on Google Review are inaccurate af. Do not recommend for anyone. Terrible customer service as the receptionist lady will talk over you when trying to do any communications. 6 months later, I also get messages from them claiming to have me liable for scheduling their fake appointments on a monthly basis. Total scam.

Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic ever. I've been a patient of Sandeep for years; my teeth have never been healthier and my smile has become so much wider and more confident! Sandeep has a great bedside manner, making every visit as comfortable as possible and stress-free. He makes allowances for my heightened sensitivities, and understands that I easily get migraines, which I really do appreciate. Priya, the dental assistant, is also really kind and professional in her approach. The clinic is nicely decorated , clean and hygienic, and is a really safe space. Monika is so welcoming and efficient, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the best most fabulous dental practice I've ever been to. The dentist, Dr Sandeep, takes time to communicate with you so you are well informed of choices and treatments upfront. Dr Sandeep is the most caring, kind dentist I have found. The practice manager Monika is highly professional with a warm personality and so understanding, as I had many delays getting to my appointments. I've been to many dentists, I've lived a full life all over the world. I will always choice this Freemans Bay Dental practice over any other in the world. Im a nervous patient, from soo many dentists telling me soo many different things, loosing teeth from a filling built to high. Kindness and communication are keys to a successful practice. Excellence of work goes without saying. So, yes 5 stars is bare minimum for Freemans bay Dental practice. I will be your new regular always. I highly recommend going there if having the best is important to you.

Fantastic experience: My teeth are looking pearly white after having the whitening treatment at Freeman’s Bay Dental. I’m very happy with the results and lovely staff that made sure I was comfortable during the process.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this dentist twice now and during both times I was provided with excellent service and care! The first time I was had two of my upper premolars removed. It was my first major dental operation and I was scared, but Dr Sandeep treated me with the utmost care. I came back a few years later to have my lower premolars removed. This time was a little more complicated. Due to the angle which my teeth was at the procedure took longer and was more painful, but I trusted Dr Sandeep and his skills, and ultimately the operation was a success. The price was also a major factor as to why I chose Freemans Bay Dental Centre - from the start they were transparent about the costs associated with my care and provided me with a quote for the tooth extraction that was approx. $300 less what had been previously offered to me by another dental clinic. After my second procedure I contracted a tooth infection from eating solids too soon after the operation, and Dr Sandeep provided me with a follow up appointment free of charge. I was was impressed with this as some other places will charge you $70 for a single 10 minute appointment. I will continue to go to this dentist practice as I know the team and trust them. Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist! You know when you've found a good dentist because you want to have checkup every week. I drive 2 hours every time I need to see Sandeep and I'd drive from Wellington if I had to. I always feel like a million dollars every time I walk out his door. Best injection giver in the country!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Sandeep now for a number of years and am very happy with the professionalism and his "bedside manner"...very important when you are in vulnerable position and when someone has a drill close to your teeth!. Absolutely no hesitating him or recommending him to others.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful place. Avoid like the plague. The dentist performed shoddy work on me and when I asked for a refund, the receptionist (his wife) tried to put me under duress to sign a legal document waivering any liability on their part. When I questioned this and asked for a copy of the document for my records, the refund was refused. Absolutely shocking behavior. I had to pursue this matter formally in order to get a refund. This place has absolutely no integrity. Do your research before coming here. I wish I had. I later found out that they frequently advertise on Groupon, which tells you everything you need to know.

Fantastic experience: I have just got back from an emergency appointment due to a badly broken back tooth after I had been putting off going. Freemans Bay Dental was amazing as I was very nervous they easied my pain and yes you were kind and gentle while repairing my broken tooth it was truly pain free. I will now happily go back to the dentist for regular checkups. Thank you Freemans Bay Dental so much for restoring my trust after a very bad experience with a dentist in London years ago.
