She is totally non judgemental about my hopeless lack of flossing, is kind, caring, interested in me and my family and very gently helped me down the stairs. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Merivale Dental Group for many years. Without exception the staff are amazing - from the delightful receptionists, the nurses, hygienists and the dentists. For many, a visit to the dentist can be a daunting experience but all the staff here do everything they can to provide a relaxed and calm atmosphere - along with re-assurance for those patients that are anxious. I have had numerous dental procedures carried out here. The dentist takes the time to suggest a treatment plan explaining the steps along the way and ensures you are happy before the treatment commences; from a filling through to root canal treatment and implants. The follow up aftercare is exceptional. The treatment provided by the hygienists is thorough and comprehensive. I highly recommend this practice - it's exceptional!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Merivale Dental Group enough. The whole team are professional and attentive. It really helps to create a welcoming environment for what is (for most) a nerve wracking experience. I have seen David for appointments ranging from simple, routine checkups to wisdom teeth removal. I appreciate that he approaches all with the same amount of care and attention.

Fantastic experience: After ringing 6 other dental clinics in the area after my young son broke teeth and bit through his lip crashing his scooter they got him in promptly and didn't even charge an acc surcharge.

I have been there several times now for wisdom tooth removal, whitening, and dental hygiene appointments and it's a very professional and friendly service every time. They are also transparent with their procedures, recommendations, and charges which is really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I normally hate everything about going to the dentist. However, seeing Tayla for my hygiene appointment was first class service. I was made to feel comfortable and at home throughout my clean. Tayla was attentive, warm and professional. Not to mention she was so gentle that I didn’t even require pain relief. The cost was competitive too. I’ll never go anywhere else now!

Fantastic experience: From my first contact over the phone to Merivale Dentist the receptionist was amazing, very polite, answered all my questions very professionally and wasn't rushed to end the call .she arranged an appointment for the following day . Which I attended , very welcoming on entry , David Rowley was very professional, took his time to listen and answer all my questions. We discussed different options , full examination was given , with x-rays , price was given . I managed to book an appointment for the following day for treatment. So back today . Excellent service and staff Will update after my appointment today Amazing service was provided, from the front of counter staff , to David himself. Don’t hesitate to contact this amazing business So another visit to Merivale Dental Group 10/11/2022 . I rang needing An emergency appointment on the Wednesday 9/11/2022 , as part of my tooth broke away . Was told there was an appointment for 3.30pm the following day !! David and his team did an amazing job once again . It’s a pleasure to be greeted at the front counter by an professional and politely. To which the seeing David and his great professional manner. David makes you feel comfortable and at easy ( like many people I used to not like going to the dentist) but after my first visit to Merivale Dental Group I had no hesitation on going back straight away after my lasted tooth problem. In the past I would have let the tooth get worse to the degree that it would need pulling out . Not anymore, go see the team at Merivale Dental Group and see for yourself. 5 stars on this visit

Fantastic experience: Lovely people to be around! I have been to a number of dentists and these are the best - from receptionist to dentist to hygienist. I can find dentists painful - from reception, to the chair and then to the counter but I part with my money smiling (and when it's numb, I smile in my heart) <3

I had a 25-year-old crown replaced in a two-hour session - which sounded a little bit daunting ahead of time - but thanks to the care and expertise of Jenny and Fernanda it was very comfortable and stress-free. And I'm very happy with the result too. Great work team!

Fantastic experience: I'm careful to check reviews for dental practice, because I believe strongly in recommendations for this skilled profession. Jenny and her team are great, and I put complete trust in them from the start. I had a hygienist appointment, wisdom teeth removed and then 3 subsequent fillings. All appointments were comfortable and went smoothly. Everything is nicely healed a few months later and I'm glad I spent my money on a decent dentist. You only get given one set of teeth so take care of them, and put them in the hands and tools of the best people you can find. Thanks a lot for the work

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely stoked with the service I have received from Jenny and the team and Merivale Dental. I initially was recommended to Merivale Dental by my colleague after I had a bad wisdom tooth infection. Jenny had a look at my teeth and explained to me in an easy to understand way what my situation was and how to go about it. I have recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I am on day 5 following the procedure and most of my swelling is gone, pain is barely there and am eating some solid food. I credit my quick recovery to Jenny’s excellent work removing my teeth with as little disruption as possible on the rest of my mouth. I also found the pricing at Merivale Dental very reasonable for removal of wisdom teeth - I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional team. It was all together a very pleasant experience starting from the front desk- being welcomed by the receptionist Stella and made comfortable. I saw Megan today for my regular dental hygiene. As usual, Megan was enthusiastic and informative. She not only did a great job in cleaning my teeth, but also provided great advice and suggestions about how to keep them clean and healthy.

Fantastic experience: The staff and service here are lovely. I am a nervous patient with dentists and they had so much time for me and made having the fillings I needed as nice as possible. Dr Kim did some first class work and Megan the hygienist also did a top job. Would recommend.
