Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Rand (probably not as often as I should be) for over 10 years now. She is an angel. The care she extends to me is unmatched by any other dentist I’ve seen in the past. I sent through a picture of a strange lump on my gum and she rang me to discuss AND saw me almost immediately. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The clinic is clean and comfortable. The receptionists are always very polite and the staff assisting Rand are very gentle and kind. I recommend Rand to everyone I know who is looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: We all know we are not to believe everything we read online, I'm so glad I believed everything I read about Rand online. She's an angel, I can't recall when was the last time I felt so cared for, and I went mainly for my wisdom tooth extraction! She wouldn't touch your teeth before explaining why she's touching your teeth. She would explain each and every step. Such patience! She waited about 20-30min just because she was concerned about my well-being and even after that there was no rush or whatsoever. She called the very next day just to check up on me, WOW! I did take quotes from another center and Rand is actually reasonable than other center. She would recommend only what's necessary unlike other centers. You'd know that you are in good hands instantly, I know I did. She also has a lovely team, her assistant Sue is extraordinary. Lara would always welcome you with a smile. They know their part really well

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to Dr Rand for the attention & expertise that she gave in replacing my lost filling. As a tourist, passing through Auckland on a restricted time, she didn't hesitate to offer her services, despite it being the end of the day. Dr Rand stayed behind to treat me & I appreciated that the bill was not exorbitant.

Fantastic experience: Just taken my 13yr old great grandson for an appointmentment with Dr Rand Razaq at Balmoral Dental Centre and cannot praise her highly enough for her expertise, care and attention. She explained everything she was doing to him and respected and acted accordingly with the fact that he has ADHD. From the moment I walked into their office, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. Dr. Rand and her team were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She also spent the time over a phone call to go through my notes sent through by my previous dentist well ahead of my initial visit. I thought this was a nice gesture. The dental office itself was clean and gave a very 'homely' vibe with the layout. Also, the lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived too. In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Rand!! Finding a trustworthy dentist can often feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, but it's nice to know that I can rely on this practice for my ongoing dental needs and have peace of mind in receiving excellent care. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone seeking top-notch dental treatment!!

Fantastic experience: My experience is always wonderful when I go to the clinic. First, you feel welcome, and all professionals are extremely attentive. They always ask if you are ok, and they are clear in explaining every procedure that will be done. They continually check that you are comfortable and without feeling pain. Fantastic experience: I phoned after hours after my husband had a bike accident and broke his tooth. Dr Rand did not hesitate to tell us to come in and then spent over an hour fixing up his tooth despite working long days alone due to covid. This woman is a star, so kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Rand for about 7 years now, and I have recommend all my friends to her. A year or so ago I had to go to another dentist for a consultation and a clean, it was one of the worst experiences of my life, not to mention I was given a quote for so many things I didn't need! Rand takes the time out to explain everything properly, you never feel rushed, she always has great equipment and great helpers, she is highly professional and honest, I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Rand Razaq on a couple of occasions and every time the treatment has been excellent. Tatar buildup was causing gum pain, with a thorough descaling and teeth cleaning instruction I am back to full health. More recently I had a situation that required a dental assessment for an insurance claim again Rand was extremely professional and using a very modern pen camera was able to clearly photograph the damaged tooth without any pain or discomfort to myself...highly professional service.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr David Edwards for over 20 years. I can highly recommend Dr David Edwards, not only is he knowledgeable and has given me excellent dental care over this time, I have found it gratifying to know that Dr Edwards gives me honest advice, listens to my concerns and is also extremely easy to talk too. I have heard from various colleagues that their experience with younger dentists has left them very dissatisfied as they lack the experience or the people skills these days and seem more interested in their own voice and how much money they can charge for their services. Dr Edwards does an excellent job with years of experience behind him...and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Fantastic experience: My son needed several teeth extracted prior to ortho treatment. Dr Rand Razaq came highly recommended by the Orthodontist. Her gentle and caring manner helped us both feel at ease and the treatment was clearly explained as she treated him. This kind of experience is exactly why we will be going back for further treatments and referring the practise to our friends and family. A+++

Fantastic experience: I visited Balmoral Dental Centre last week as I was having problems with a painful wisdom tooth. I was very nervous as I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I was seen by Dr Rand Razaq. She quickly calmed my nerves and the music she gave me to listen to through headphones definitely helped. She is very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable with everything before she proceeds to the next step. To my surprise there was no pain with the extraction, I didn't even realize she had already pulled the tooth out! I have since received a follow up call. Thanks to Rand I will no longer hesitate when visiting the Dentist. I highly recommend Balmoral Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Balmoral Dental Centre for several years and I love the service and treatment I receive on every visit. The dentists there are very professional and give great advice on how I should take care of my teeth. I find the nurses also very at attentive as I'm generally quite a nervous patient.
