Lumino Chartwell | Lumino The Dentists

Negative experience: I had my first ever visit to Lumino in Chartwell since moving to Hamilton and am very disappointed in them. The dentist Dr. Alani Bartle was good but it turns out when I paid my bill they charged me on someone else’s account which was more than mine. It has now been 5 weeks of me going in their office and messaging them and still keep being told they will let the head office know. Really, how long should it take to refund $91.35

Fantastic experience: I had the best dentist experience ever yesterday! I had an appointment with Andrew - who I have never had an appointment with before - and he was amazing! So kind and lovely and nice, talking me through everything he is about to do and why, it was an absolute breeze!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alani Bartle is undoubtedly the most competent dentist I've ever encountered. I faced a complicated issue with dental work done overseas, but her competence, calm demeanor, precision, and professionalism immediately put my mind at ease.

Fantastic experience: I only see Brad. He is amazing. Have gone to other places but nowhere as great as here.

Negative experience: I just had gum inflammation, and the doctor advised me to pull out the tooth directly, which made me feel a little terrible.

Negative experience: I have tried to book an appointment for my daughter for an annual dental check. They told me 7th October is too early as she is not due for the check, but they did send me a txt on the 4th October to book an appointment. I have tried to call them today and book an appointment for my daughter and they told me I have to wait for next year. So my daughter not able to get the free dental check this year. Very bad customer services and the staff is not friendly.

Fantastic experience: I first came here when it was chartwell dental and had a awesome experience. Summer is super gentle and I've been to A LOT of dentist in the waikato. Rest of the team are super friendly and helpful too

Fantastic experience: I normally see Brad but as he was not working today, I saw Dr.Iden. He took a real good care of my issue and he was indeed professional. Both Brad and Iden are awesome dentist. You feel like you are actually treated with the care. Will be going here as long as I live in Hamilton.

Negative experience: Too expensive and its hard to get an appointment. My preferred dentist is only at the clinic once a fortnight.

Negative experience: I had an expensive x-ray of my wisdom teeth done here, only to have to get another one done at Anglesea OMS as the one I had done at Chartwell Dental wasn't clear enough, costing an me unnecessary $302.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been nervous of going to the Dentist and I’ve been really fortunate in finding Chartwell Dentists and Dr Alan Miller, what an amazing dentist, not only is he a highly skilled, experienced Dentist but he is also such a nice, down to earth friendly guy. After holding it off for ages, he’s finally extracted two of my wisdom teeth which I was really nervous about, and he did an amazing job. All of the staff at Chartwell Dentists are excellent and very professional, so I would highly recommend this Dental practice to anyone looking for this service, thanks Justin
