Fantastic experience: Amazing care! I was in Auckland last month from UK visiting my daughter and awoke in the night with agonising attacks of severe dental pain. Fortunately symptoms settled after a couple of hours but I was worried about a forthcoming trip to Japan on my way home later that week. My daughter contacted the practice and they offered me an emergency appointment for the following day. Daniel (the dentist) was absolutely superb. He took time to listen to my story - and as a retired GP I know this isn't always the case! - took an X-ray and used a mini-camera to take photos. The trouble was a cracked molar tooth which already had a sizeable filling. Dan explained the options, including root canal excavation, but cautioned that this might not work and extraction could well be necessary in the long run. I chose to have the tooth removed later that morning. This was done with great skill and patience by Dan, taking a lot of time to ensure proper local anaesthesia. And of course he was quite right. The crack was too extensive for any kind of preservative manoeuvres. This dental practice cannot be faulted - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed, I had been quoted an enormous amount elsewhere and saw that Floss had a set price package which was much more reasonable. The team were informative, accomodating and I couldn’t rave enough about how delicate they were with the removal and providing aftercare assistance. Very appreciative of Daniel and his team!

Fantastic experience: I would 100% Floss Dental!! I had all four wisdom teeth removed and it was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist appointment ever. Everyone was so accommodating, professional, efficient and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. 10/10

Fantastic experience: As someone who gets super anxious at the dentist, Katherine at Floss and her team are so lovely and empathetic. Her dental assistant comforted me while I got local anaesthetic and they walked me through every step of the filling process. I can’t express enough how much better the experience is because of that. Negative experience: I saw Kelly for a check up. She said that I would need three fillings. I went to another dentist for a check up without telling them I was doing so for a second opinion. The other dentist did not recommend any fillings! I called Floss and the receptionist said they would get Kelly to contact me but after 2 weeks she has not. Disappointing and potentially inaccurate service! For anyone reading this, please get a second opinion if you see Kelly and dental work is suggested!

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Floss dental highly enough. I have had dental work and a hygiene clean done here and all the staff have been amazing. Kellie was so lovely and great at what she does and Chan is the best hygienist I’ve been to. Dan was super lovely and even popped on peppa pig for my four year old to watch while we waited. Highly recommend these guys.

Dan's kind manner made me feel relaxed and his skills are next level. Fast, efficient and done to perfection. The follow up's have been great too. His support team are right on the money also. Fantastic experience: I must say it’s never fun going to the dentist but at Floss they have been great . Check up , hygienist and then a dreaded filling ! Was not at all painful for my teeth or my wallet. I now recommend them to everyone I know ! Thanks Dan and the team

Negative experience: I have been coming here for the past 4 years since before it was Floss. I have been seeing the same Dentist here for the past 4 years. As I visit often yearly but have been 4-5 times over that period. Each time, my Dentist does not know who I am and asks where he knows me from. I find this constant lack of recognition to a loyal patient very rude and unprofessional and it makes me feel very uncomfortable. As it happened yet again during my visit this week, I will not be returning. Disappointing customer service from such a reputable establishment.

Over two years I have been putting off the removal of my wisdom teeth due to the price I was getting quoted by other dental clinics. Then one day I came across FLOSS. Daniel and his team have not only been friendly, helpful and supportive from the beginning to the end, but the price for the work was brilliant. Surprisingly I did not experience any swelling or pain after the removal of all four wisdom teeth whats so ever! I highly recommend giving these guys a try.

Fantastic experience: The service at Floss is amazing. I was able to easily make an appointment and didn't have to wait to get in, even as a first time patient. At Alert Level 3 I felt safe and protected. Richard did an incredible job, was kind and gentle and fixed my tooth easily and pain free. Will definitely be going back!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. Having someone inside your mouth is never a nice thought but these guys are very good at what they do. Very delicate. I’ve had 2 fillings and a hygienist session and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
