Fantastic experience: I visited Ashley Yang for dental work over the past 8 months, and would highly recommend her as your dentist. She was amazing to work with and had set a dental plan that worked for me and was very gentle, supportive and provided outstanding service for a patient with dental anxiety, and done a top quality job making my smile glow!! My dental anxiety no longer exists and I will continue to have Ashley as my dentist going forward. The reception staff and hygiene staff were also very friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Ashley for the work you have done to reignite my confidence and smile, my teeth look amazing and I will forever be grateful!! Ken.

Fantastic experience: I've been treated at Lumino North Avon for a couple years now, mostly using the LuminoPlan. Always nice chatting with Justine on reception. David is a super hygienist who really looks after me and offers best advise. My dentist has changed a few times, but their work always professionally done. So important to look after your teeth and the plan really helps speading payments monthly to get three visits a year.

Positive experience: While the work quality at Lumino Richmond is fine, the amount of times they have cancelled appointments on me is absurd. When I recently tried to reschedule, I was bewildered at the negative attitude because I couldn't make the new time suggested. I do have a life beyond Lumino appointments! It's like they forgot that *they* cancelled on *me*. I won't be paying into their dental plan again - this isn't a one-off situation but rather a pattern I chalk up to poor practice management. I honestly felt like my need for dental assistance was an unwelcomed nuisance, like I should apologise to them for daring to have teeth.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic job by Will and his team today. I had a chip repair that I wanted to align more accurately with my other front tooth. Will quickly corrected and made it look great. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: North Avon Dental did a perfect job of removing all four of my wisdom teeth in one setting. No lasting numbness or other side effects. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if it was an option as honestly what a horrible experience from Justine the incredibly rude reception who speaks down to you to the dentist who bluntly refused to listen to what I was wanting only to leave no quote or work done but were more then happy to charge me $480 for what I thought was a $140 consultant to get a quote for dentures. AVOID this practice and be prepared to be spoken down to by Justine

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say thank you to the team ( Ladies on the front desk and Dentist Will) I always get treated so lovely and I really don’t enjoy going to the dentist which I think they know! super friendly and really professional as well as explaining what’s goings when it comes to sorting my teeth out. It’s been 3 years iv been coming here and i have always had a good experience so big thanks!

Negative experience: I don't recommend this clinic. My partner got his tooth extracted here 2 months ago and they didn't clean or treat the abscess. Now his gums are swelling again and we have to go to the other dentist to do it properly this time when the swelling is gone.

Negative experience: I will not recommend this place to anyone i know I visited Lumino on Richmond in October 2022 because my crown caps on teeth became loosen, I had hoped the dentist could treat my tooth instead of pulling it out, but answer is 'no ' iforked out $728 on 2 teeth extractions which took less than 25mins for the whole procedure from entering to leaving this place , the dentist wasn't friendly and received two painful local anesthesia. The whole experience of pulling teeth out was rough and impatient. Also He told me that another two of teeth needed to be extracted when i consulted him on another teeth having a gap in between teeth that catching foods while eating. recently, I got a second opinion from an amazing dentist elsewhere, and he fixed it without pulling any those teeth , Of course, it took longer than extractions ,and i spent much less than Lumino My conclusion: Lumino North Avon wants to extract teeth rather than fill teeth because it's an easy way to make hundreds fast This charge is impossible to justify,spent 15mins on treatment of teeth , and I can just imagine the greedy grin of the owners of this business .

Fantastic experience: I forgot the name of my hygienist but he was so sweet and patient with me even though I was crying and basically having a panic attack the whole time. Highly recommend for cleaning services!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Lumino dentrist in North Avon road. The team there is so friendly and compassionate. They treated me with respect and without any judgement what so ever of the terrible state my teeth was in. I'm a very fearfull client and they aggreed to do it with Concious sedation. Fionnuala (who has a beautiful voice) even hummed some songs while working that really helped me calm down and made me feel like she enjoys what she does. Everyone was so professional and kind and I felt like I was in good hands. During my session I became quite cold and they put a blanket over me. I'm a 39 year old women, but at the dentits I'm 7 years old and they took such good care of this little girl. Thank you You are all amazing. Joleen

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appt with Lumino. I'm American so my standards are pretty high when it comes to dentistry. I have been to one other dentist in town and the hygiene appt was so rushed, intense, and painful that I didn't make another appt for over a year. Lumino has been a fantastic switch. They are flexible, welcoming, thorough, and calm. I was relaxed and nearly pain free the entire service. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I’m super upset at my recent experience, had a pre-molar filling in June just to find out that the tooth has now died and I have to pay $1800 for root canal or $370 for extraction. The bite was not corrected properly and has now cracked the filling directly underneath ( to which I was told was only “a stain”) even receptionist confirmed when I was in the phone “yes, it will crack a filling if bite is not corrected” I repeatedly asked for antibiotics and was given pain relief / root canal form says it’s an infection. I can’t believe it, after months of severe pain and money now down the drain just to be told “bad luck” and charged almost $100 for half an hour consultation. Never ever again. Will be seeking remedy from your head office

Negative experience: Receptionist is rude! I have been given 4 treatment plans ... all the same yet 1 says 2g another 12g another 15g (close to 16g) and 1 saying it'll cost 18g!!! They applied for acc on my behalf (didn't know until acc contacted me) it was approved and apparently I claimed payment from acc to cover a treatment cost yet I've paid full price for everything and then the receptionist asked me the details of my acc claim months down the track when they had already been given the information. I think they're scamming people!

Fantastic experience: This place has restored my faith in dentists, friendly helpful accommodating staff..quick effective stressfree treatment..if you have anxiety around dental care these are the dentists you want to see the staff will ensure you are relaxed comfortable & well informed at every stage of treatment..they're very thorough & genuinely value people over profit much unlike the last 3 I've visited past 8years.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely back every positive review regarding Lumino Dental. My former dentist was an excellent dentist yet had reservations about extracting a slightly embedding wisdom tooth and insisted on an oral $$$surgeon ---went to Lumino for a second opinion with Dr Ben Harris, who was happy to do the extraction with a comprehensive explanation of the process involved: he was confident and professional which put me at ease, suffice it to say the tooth came out without a hitch all in one piece, painless and quick, I was stoked. I've been back for other minor work and will return again. If you want the best goto Lumino North Avon.

Fantastic experience: 11 out of 10! I do not enjoy going to the dentist nor do I usually take time out to write a review but the service here was fantastic and deserves the credit. From the second I walked in I felt welcomed but the two lovely ladies at reception, to then feeling comfortable to what I can only describe as the BEST dentist ever. Also the lady working with him was great! I had my teeth taken out and I kind of enjoyed it haha! If anyone is in need of going to the dentist this is the place to go. Also still impressed with the speed of bens work! Brilliant , and thank you all

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!! Would never ever recommend. Or family or myself go there again. Give wrong medicine even when just spoke to the dentist and other high up lady. Palms dentist the big mouth down Marshland rd. Professional service. You may have to pay a little more but you certainly pay for what you get.

Fantastic experience: For a person who suffers acute anxiety I found the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, and William the Dentist made me feel very at ease. I Have since been back and had to have two difficult extractions and did not feel a thing. If I Could recommend this Dental Practice any higher I would. All my life I have had extremely bad experiences with dentists. NOT ANY MORE now that I have found Lumino Dentists at North Avon Dental. Fantastic experience: Leah (the receptionist) was exceptionally helpful in finding me a reasonably urgent appointment and Dr. William is by far the most enjoyable dentist I've had, he explained everything he was doing and laid out a few options for further treatment, as well as a referral for an orthodontist's appointment.

Fantastic experience: It's been too long since I've been to the dentist and I was a tad nervous. Such a lovely welcoming from the reception at the Lumino front desk and followed all the way through to my consultation with William. Very happy to be getting my smile back again. Great work team!! ;)
