Negative experience: Mankaran is awesome. Saw me , my dad and was going to see my daughter but unfortunately Ankita has the worst customer service. Currently in the middle of lodging a complaint , will keep updating.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal with Dr. Jimmy, and it was an excellent experience. He was professional, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. Everything was explained clearly, and it was surprisingly painless. The clinic staff were friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend Dr. Jimmy for anyone in need of dental care!

Negative experience: I LOVE my new teeth below which sadly, were not done by this place. I went for a consultation originally for a polish and clean and asked how I could go about making my teeth whiter as they had previous old cappings and fillings and was rightfully told vaneers was my only option. I agreed and even tried bookinh a date to have them done, they said they would call me back and didnt, so I called again trying to book my time to have it done and one of the dentists said for some reason he was unable, and his words were "if the other dentist is happy to do this for you he will call you". I never got a call back, the whole experience was a let down because I had the money to spend on my teeth and felt like they simply just never wanted the job for whatever reason. So, I gave up and headed to omega dental and he did a full consultation, xrays etc and booked my session and had an incredible outcome! Really disappointed in the shrug off I had from this place.

Negative experience: My partner just went to this clinic and had an appointment at 4pm. He had arrived half an hour early since it was his very first appointment and there was no receptionist. At 4pm, the dentist(or dental assistant) came out and my partner stated that he just had to sign a form. When the dentist came out again, he told him to enter the room and my partner stated that he just needed to sign the second form. With no explanation, the person told him to sit down and let another person go in front of him. At 4:15pm, my partner left. Terrible service, terribly organised and doesn't give you a lot of confidence for that dentist to then go fishing around in your mouth.

Fantastic experience: Had to get tooth extracted (I actually booked another dental practice nearby but it was when we might be going into level 2 in September 2020. That practice said they will ring me back to confirm the date but they never did). So I checked reviews of nearby practices and rang them to check their prices. I booked with flat bush dental because the person who answered the phone could give me a rough figure and was helpful (some practices told me they can't give me an estimate until the dentist sees me). I'm so glad I chose Flat Bush Dental. Dr. Jimmy and his assistant were fabulous. He explained thoroughly the treatment options, the costs, made me feel comfortable so I was well informed. He was very gentle and the amount of anesthetic was just right, I didn't feel any pain like other occasions at other places. The price was very reasonable as well ao I decided to have additional appointments for clean and fillings. My teeth feel clean and the fillings were done well. The cost of having all these work done would easily be nearly doubled in many other places. I highly recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: First time there today for scaling and polish. Great experience and decent price as well. Am definitely going back here. :). I wish I went here when I had a tooth extraction a few weeks ago, I’m sure it would of cost cheaper as it cost me $355 (Urgent so had to get it done) including $80 for consultation somewhere else. I also took my mum with me for a consultation today. Monica was lovely to deal with. She explained the situation to my mum and made her feel real comfortable. would recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: .I was referred to see Dr Jimmy before 2 years for my wisdom tooth extraction by one of my friends they recommended him for me because I have bad experiences with other dentist before in another clinic and make me feel scared from the dentist, to be honest I was surprised I was able to communicate by email to make my appointment and they accommodated me in a very timely manner upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and while am filling my patient from the dentist came and introduced himself to me From first day I visited this office I have felt as I thought I have been cared for and treated like a family nevertheless my teeth have been in perfect condition since visiting here for the past 2 years dr Jimmy and dr Monica and all the team very knowledgeable and professional very highly recommended best place ever
