Negative experience: Karen charges at least $100 more for a 20min check up and clean than Stephen. Despite calling in advance and being told the cheaper price. Was told after it's because she does a deeper clean but I was rushed out the door so quickly I think it's the most careless clean I've ever had. When I asked about the price the lady said she didn't see the problem with secretly charging different prices.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stephen Law of Knights Road Dental has been attending to my teeth for over 30 years – a sometimes challenging task. He is an extremely professional and highly competent dentist. This is augmented by his genuine friendliness, compassionate nature and sense of humour. The supporting staff help create a welcoming environment which puts you at ease. If you are looking for a dental clinic I can definitely recommend the Knights Road Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: I found the Dental Clinic a friendly place. The receptionist, the dental assistant were friendly and helpful. Dr Karen Lee was the Dentist that did my teeth and I found her very good, warm and explained every procedure and what will happen next. She does her best to save your natural teeth, if that's possible. Her fees were very reasonable. I would recommend the Knights Road Dental Clinic to those seeking a trustworthy, friendly dental clinic with really good Dentists who really care for your wellbeing.

When she moved her practice from Wellington to Lower Hutt I didn't hesitate to continue as her patient and now happily travel quite a distance to maintain her services. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Karen for nearly 30 years. Karen and her staff are always warm, friendly, and considerate (and her assistants tend to stay with her for years). She ensures that pain or discomfort is kept to a minimum (numbing mixture before the regular deep clean is wonderful), and keeps you informed about what work is necessary and why she recommends a particular procedure. She works quickly and efficiently (and minimises the number of. return visits), and I have always been happy with the results. Work I've had done includes invisible fillings, visible fillings, half and whole crowns (both gold and white), and extraction of wisdom teeth. A good variety of skills required over the years! Thoroughly recommended!
