Dr. Geethu explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and provided top-notch care. The clinic was modern, clean, and well-organized.

Negative experience: Poor service and communication. Two working days prior to my appointment Lumino text me to confirm, which I replied. I turned up to find my appointment had been cancelled with no communication. I was told the manager deleted people from the system, there was nothing they could do about it & they were going home. Complete waste of time, my husband finished work early to look after the kids. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Awesome dental clinic, had my teeth cleaned by Sally. I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in years, due to dental anxiety. Sally made me feel at ease and did a thorough job. I now feel much more comfortable about going to the dentist on a regular basis
