Fantastic experience: 今天早上9點Dr Joyce Chieng幫我拔牙拔掉了左側的兩顆智慧齒。兩週后她會繼續幫我拔右側的兩顆智慧齒。早上拔牙的時候剛開始我還有點緊張，因為畢竟之前都沒有拔過牙，只是兩年前我在new market那邊做過牙周病的治療，那時候也是需要局部麻醉一下。後來Dr Joyce Chieng跟我評估了麻醉的狀況后，經過很充分的溝通后，又在我左上補充了一些麻醉劑，接下來就很順利的就先把左上左下的智慧齒都拔下了。我看了一下拔下的智齒，牙根都完整的下來了，牙齒很長也很大，上面有一些黑色的牙結石，這是平時刷牙很難清潔到的。 說到潔牙師，我要推薦Smita Keshoor，兩週前，她幫我做了清潔了牙齒，她人非常熱情，也非常熱心，她技術非常好，手法很準，潔牙效率非常高，在這一過程中她會問你疼嗎，我說不疼，非常好。潔牙完了后她還進行了拋光，最後也會用牙綫。我聽她說她還去AUT上課，我之前的潔牙師還是她學生。她是一位口腔衛生方面的博士，我覺得讓Smita Keshoor幫我保持口腔衛生與健康，非常放心，很高興能遇到這麽好的團隊。我之前也是去過幾個不同的地方，兩週前來這裏也是非常巧合，一方面也是我潔牙的時間到了，另外平時經常去那邊玩，就發現這個牙科診所。 非常好！我推薦給大家，牙醫Dr Joyce Chieng和潔牙師Smita Keshoor。

I had the good fortune of being seen Dr Joyce and her assistant Jo-yen (sp?) today. They made me feel welcome, cared for and listened too. In my opinion Dr. Juliana Skorcheva is an excellent dentist in every way. She is very kind, easy to talk to, explains things well in detail, is patient, considerate, gentle in her technique, and very skilled...everything one would hope a dentist to be. Her staff are very friendly, well qualified and efficient. My father was my first dentist and set a high bar. SInce his retirement many years ago I have seen many, some excellent, some not so good. Dr. Skorcheva certainly ranks in the first catagory and I have no hesitation in whole heartedly recommending her to everyone..
