Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Ruby and the team for being just amazing I am a mess at the dentist, I have a fear of needles and have had some horror experiences in my life with dental care. But from the moment I walked in, the warm smiling receptionist to the torture room Ruby talked me through everything she was doing all the way through, which really put me at ease. I even turned off my music as listening to Ruby was making me much more relaxed, and the nitro Absolutely the best dental surgery I've ever been too, and I've lived in many countries in my 50+ years. Thank you team for making what is usually a nightmare to a walk in the park

The team were friendly, relaxed and easy and to deal with, while still being professional. Fantastic experience: I was travelling through Otorohanga with a tooth problem. I stopped and they fitted me in straight away and I got an xray and script and it saved the day! Otorohanga could be the next dental tourism destination! Staff and destist were awesome. Thanks!

Positive experience: Rough as, first time I've been hurt by a dentist injecting me with numbing solution! And, now that the numbing has worn off it's really sore where the needle went in. Never had that before?? BUT, on the flip side, I am super thankful to the surgery for fitting me in so quickly in order to deal with my two sore teeth. Would have given 5 stars had the numbing injections not been so rough.

Positive experience: My wife visited recently with a sore tooth. As advised she returned 2 times and paid what was asked for at the end of each visit, believing this was the full cost of treatment. A month later an unexpected bill arrived for the final treatment costs, all total $300.00. While happy enough with treatment we were disappointed in regard to transparency of treatment costs which would have altered the decision to return. Lesson learnt is don't be to shy to ask for total treatment cost at the outset.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from terrible tooth ache for months not being able to afford treatment at other clinics. Otorohanga Dentists were amazing !! I saw Dr Shireen and she was wonderful and very experienced. The nurses were friendly and reassuring. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful service.
