Duncan Dental 11th Ave (moved to 186 Fraser Street)

Fantastic experience: Many Thanks to the team at Duncan Dental. I came to them with bad oral health. They filled a few teeth, removed a few and built some up with orthodontics. They then made me upper and lower plates. The great thing was, I never felt any pain. Their professional approach was second to none. The price was great. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Duncan Dental and the team there enough. Stuart is absolutely phenomenal with his work and makes you feel incredibly acknowledged and heard as a client. I am beyond stoked with the result after having my braces off, it’s something I never thought could be achieved at such a perfected level. It’s not just that though; every appointment I’ve had with Stuart has been incredible. Lisa, Colette and Helen are all ANGELS who will do anything they can to make you feel completely comfortable and are so accommodating. Best service I’ve had at a dentist, by a MILE. Fantastic experience: Lost of words after pulling out braces and see how beautifully my teeth now. Much appreciated on my end. I feel really confident now to grin. This place treats its customers as family, coz it is run by an amazing family. I strongly recommend this team to all dental matters. By the way, we live in Auckland. Negative experience: Had a disgusting judgemental discriminatory experience here. Refused to Trat my son when I mentioned a winz quote despite my intention to pay on the day. If you're White, rich or their kind of people this is the place for you. It's obvious now why there were appointments available quickly. Absolutely shameful.

Fantastic experience: I had amazing service today at Duncan Dental by Stewart. I don't enjoy needles so I have my fillings done without local anesthetic and it was an absolute painless procedure, he did fantastic job! His skillset is excellent and he was so kind throughout the whole process. Thank you Duncan Dental :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve travelled to Tauranga in particular to see Stuart. I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Stuart and Duncan Dental to anyone who wants caring professionals to look after their dental needs. Stuart, Lisa and their staff are exactly what you want to experience from a dental practice. I left the practice feeling so good, slightly numb but comfortable with my wee after care items!

Fantastic experience: Stuart Duncan is the Best Dentist in NZ. I've run out of words on how good he is in this field. Skillfully excellent.. He got enormous compassion towards customers. His patience is unparalleled. Good things about him are often heard in the waiting area. I never thought that one professional dentist can fix my crooked- horrible teeth and jaw. Now confidence starts to flow.I met Dr. Duncan in 2019 and still seeing him. I don't mind traveling 220km away from Auckland every visit knowing i gonna get best result. Fantastic experience: Rung with a broken tooth, was able to fit me in on same day. Matthew, was very gentle, with a difficult tooth. He explained all the costs and best options for me. Service was great and reasonable cost for a tricky tooth fix Receptionist was lovely and very helpful

Fantastic experience: The team at Duncan Dental provided excellent customer service and were very professional. I booked an appointment with Dr Duncan and was impressed with his practical approach and sound advice. I went in thinking I needed a filling and expecting to pay a lot of money but Dr Duncan told me the tooth could be healed with a bit of care. He could easily have just done a filling and charged me for it but he chose the genuine approach - that's how you know you have a good dentist! Would highly recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency where a tooth was causing a bit of pain. Stuart is a true professional and really good at what he does. The procedure to remove was the quickest and pain free experience I've ever had. And Lisa who from the very start was the most comforting and understanding person. She was very efficient and supportive throughout the whole procedure. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Lisa: A big thank you for looking after me and and my wife. My wife’s tooth had to extract and I was sitting next to her, I realised that I am not feeling well so wanted to go outside, As I was making my way to outside, Lisa knew that I am going to collapse, she followed me until reception and I collapsed. She called Dr Steave and got me the energy drink. If she would not have come to see me, would have been serious matter. She is very experienced in her own field and that is what it made her to think about my condition. Once agin Thank you very much and someone is reading this review, guys you are in right hand. Negative experience: worst dentist iv ever had to deal with the very short blonde girl is just so up here self and thinks far to highly of her self .... the filling i had fell out after just i day and would not stand buy her work and wanted me to pay again to have it repaired because she didnt do it write the first time

Negative experience: Was told my dentist had retired when I rung and asked for an appointment. No she hasn't. Elizabeth Leary is now at team dental in Greerton. After paying$320 today for a filling, I won't be back. No wonder people cant afford to pay for dental care.

Fantastic experience: Keith Perkins is a lovely man & a very gentle dentist. His dental assistant is also very nice & professional. Both make you feel at ease.
