Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever been to. I used to hate going and now I can't wait to go back. Tom was so kind and gentle with me, it truly was one amazing experience. The end results were absolutely perfect and I was so relieved I had been given the best possible treatment and I'll most definitely be sticking with Gentle Dental, all the staff there are so kind and I'm just so thankful for you all!

Fantastic experience: Tom and his team are great! Gentle dentistry at its finest . Recently had some porcelain crowns and the whole experience was superb. I’m smiling and confident. Tom takes you through the process step by step and it never feels like you are a number or rushed. I’ve been going to him for over 10 years and he really is a great dentist… in skill and manner. Also a shout out to Di the receptionist who is warm and super helpful . This is the first review I’ve done because I am just so happy and impressed ! Well done Gentle Dental !

Fantastic experience: The friendly communication starts at reception and continues throughout the appointment. For me being informed is essential and the Dentist determined the level of information I needed before starting the treatment program. This really is gentle dental!

Fantastic experience: Ivan is the best dentist ever! Experienced, professional, very friendly, and lets you know what is happening all the way through from the start to the end. All my family now see Ivan for any dental requirements as well as many other people that I know. Freya and the staff are also lovely too. Cost wise Ivans charges are very reasonable and payment plans are available if you needed. I highly recommend Ivan and the team at Gentle Dental in Greerton.

Negative experience: Would give lower. Dentist Tom Stone refused to accept evidence of the negative effects of fluoride, and refused to accept my personal choice to not use it. Would rather fill my teeth full of toxic fillings, than give dentures which it's evidently clear I need. Was aggressive and extremely rude, and domineering. Obvious solicitation of revenue. Was quotes over $2000 for fillings and an extraction when dentures are between $1500 and $3000. Do not give this practise your business, they are only in it for the money and don't give a toss about their patients and their LAWFUL RIGHTS to choose what they put in their bodies. Utterly disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience. Thought I would be having an extraction when I broke my tooth but Alex fixed it. Afterwards she showed me the xrays so I could see how the repair was done. Enjoyed watching the TV documentary while I was in the chair. The receptionist is very nice too. .

Fantastic experience: Even though I have moved from Katikati, I prefer to go all the way to Gentle Dental. I have been going for a few years and find Tom to be the best dentist I have been to, he is very "gentle" and all the staff are very friendly, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
