Fantastic experience: This was my third dental place visit in Rotorua but the BEST experience! Annual checkup & X-Ray to work out my dental care plan. The young dentist is very patient & knowledgeable, made you at ease. Definitely will visit again when I need more dental work done

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Complete dental today. The dentist looked quite young, but she was incredibly gentle, reassuring, and confident in what she was doing , it really put me at ease. Her assistant was also very nice , made the whole visit comfortable. I was also impressed by the advanced technology, especially how my X-ray image showed up instantly on the screen in front of me while I was still seated in the dental chair. It was amazing to see everything so clearly. My filling was done in about 30–45 minutes, so neat and clean! I’m really grateful for how smooth and professional the whole visit was. The cost was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Having had ALOT of trauma at the dentist when I was at school. The experience that I had with Chelsea and Shai was FANTASTIC. I almost fell asleep they were so good. Definately recommend them. NOT to mention the pricing was such that I didn't need toget a second mortgage. THANK YOU.

Super empathetic and her communication is wonderful this has been Hard to come by these days. Awesome service from start to finish, thank you Ms. Tracy. Hopeful that Ms. Miqat won't leave us. ✌️☺️

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Complete Dental. All the staff are very helpful and professional and you will no doubt be very well looked after here. Both me and my partner travel from Taupo to Rotorua to this place because of their affordable prices compared to Taupo and because of their lovely staff. We will definitely be back if we need to see a dentist in the future.

Fantastic experience: The best dentists in Rotorua, was seen on the same day I called. Their receptionist Tracey was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to help me. Their prices are the most affordable in town. Highly recommend.

I had Lucy and she was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend her she done such a wonderful job no pain I would go back to Lucy. The team was also wonderful. Thankyou so much complete dental. Fantastic experience: I saw the complete dental team often the past few month. I had 5 fillings and couple of crowns that needed to be done! I left it for so long after a bad experience that it was a huge source of stress to go the dentist again. Now all of this is in the past! Lucy was always reassuring me, explaining me every step of each procedures, answering my questions and she never judge me for neglecting my teeth for so long. Price wise, i found it really correct, not the cheapest, but certainly not expensive either! A crown cost 1200$, and the payment was split in 2 which made it a bit easier.

Positive experience: My experience here was fine. Very reasonable price charged for the x-ray and the time taken and the correct decision made to refer me on to a specialist for other work.

Negative experience: Terrible service, I would give zero stars if I could. I went there to get treatment for gum disease, and the they just took an X ray and said that I had a gum disease. I know I have gum disease, I went there for treatment, and wasted 47 dollars just to know something I already knew about. They said I need second appointment if I want medications for it, and said it will get better by its self, but I have had this gum disease for 2 months and it has not gotten better, and they stills say it will get better by itself. Absolutely horrible.
