Fantastic experience: Had my first visit for a broken tooth last week and got an appointment super quick , lovely welcoming team who did a proper check up while I was there and found another issue for me that needed fixing before it became worse. Came back for next appointment for fixing and they were so flexible with booking times loved they do a late night to accommodate people especially parents. Highly recommend

Dentist Piet and his lovely assistant Kate have always looked after me with the utmost care, making every appointment quick, painless, and stress-free. Jen, the hygienist, is incredibly thorough and gentle — I’ve never once felt any pain or discomfort with her, and she’s always so friendly and welcoming. And a special shoutout to Jackie, the practice manager, who quite literally works miracles. She’s the kindest, most caring person and makes the whole place run like magic. I couldn’t ask for a better dental team!

Fantastic experience: I am visiting New Zealand and had a problem with a temporary crown.I contacted Jacqui at the Orewa surgery who was brilliant and managed to get me seen without any fuss or delay.I was treated by Michelle who was most professional and mindful of what my regular dentist would have to deal with on my return home and the need for treatment to see me through the next few weeks. I cannot speak highly enough of Jacqui and the team. Thank you. John

Fantastic experience: Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t not. I came to Smile Studio as a new client as I was having immense pain due to my wisdom teeth coming through. I was told I needed them removed and was referred to a surgeon. I called Smile Studio back the next day as the pain was so bad. They did everything they possibly could, from seeing if they could schedule me in to have my teeth removed sooner to prescribing antibiotics and pain relief. They even called me the next day to follow up. I am so incredibly impressed.

Fantastic experience: Went in today and saw Michelle and Nidhi. Both were absolutely amazing and so friendly. The ladies at the reception were so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend joining lumino orewa if you haven't already.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service. Went for an initial consult and all the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Chew was very thorough and explained everything to me as we went along. I haven't been to the dentist for years (dentist anxiety) but this was almost a pleasure, to my complete surprise.

Negative experience: Not impressed. visited due to Molar pain a while back and the dentist recommended a crown.....progressed as recommended only to have continued pain, revisited to address continued problem and they then advised I need a root canal. Got discount for the second procedure but very disappointed with the incorrect initial assessment esp given cost and time involved. Recently tried to arrange a visit to see hygenist, was advised that there is a 3 month wait. When confirmation was sent, it was for visit to Hygenist, Dentist and for Xrays. They refused to provide Hygenist only service without additional services. When queried they sent a snooty email telling me all about what is important to them.....it didn't feel like it was me!.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and facilities. Friendly receptionists who are also great on the phone. I can't recommend them enough. 11/10!

Fantastic experience: I have recently been to lumino in orewa and saw Jennifer Pearce hygienist . I think for the third time, and must say she is one of the loveliest young ladies I’ve had the pleasure to meet, she is caring, sensitive to other people’s needs, gentle and has a wonderful manner, I totally recommend seeing Jennifer, she puts you at ease always .. five stars always

Positive experience: The staff at were awesome. Friendly, professional and very though. But after receiving my quote for the work I needed on my teeth a decided to get a 2nd quote from another local dentist and was 45% cheaper. Unfortunately i can't afford this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Adam Doudney to get a filling redone (that another dentist told me needed to be a root canal), teeth whitened, and the caps on my front teeth redone. Before going to see Dr Adam I’d had terrible dentist experiences and was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and used to cry just sitting in the chair. Dr Adam was very consultative with recommending the best approach to everything, I barely felt the filling and it was almost painless, as were all the other procedures. I’m over the moon with the results and now feel completely calm about going to the dentist. Would highly recommend and completely worth the drive even if you’re based in Central Auckland.

Fantastic experience: I feel that I am looked after well and that all staff there are very kind and caring. I am well informed about teeth care and treatment although I still dislike coming due to my sensitive teeth. Tracey makes it as comfortable as possible for me but still carries out what needs to be done with each visit. Pieter is very informative with my yearly visits and I feel happy with being kept up to date with choices that I can make about my teeth. If I have had to change an appointment time, they have been very accommodating and vice versa.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here with Dr Ginal Bilimoria - she was very thorough and patient, taking the time to understand my dental history and concerns, explaining what she found and discussing options for fillings etc. The appointment was also very affordable. I didn't expect to feel so relaxed coming out of a dental checkup!

Fantastic experience: It had been a while since I went to the dentist and I was really nervous, Tracey was great and was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend the Orewa team.

Fantastic experience: Tracey is the BEST Hygienist hands down I have ever been to. She is very thorough, has a great chair-side manner and really gets into all the nooks and crannies of my teeth and they always feel like they have been on a holiday after her care - Tracey is a true credit to her profession.
