Fantastic experience: The Dental doctor and his team were absolutely fantastic in there procedure for me to get my two fillings done, no pain at all and the doctor and his nurse were very efficient and amazing customer service at the entire time. For a tooth that was difficult to pull out as it was in such a tricky position they were so patient and made sure I was comfortable through out the whole procedure. Negative experience: Went here a year ago and the dentist was so amateur, he kept hitting my gums with his tools it really hurt and he just ignored the noises that i was making and my face surely showed my pain. What an id10t! First time i met an inexperienced dentist like that, i should have asked for a refund!! Ugh! I'm never going back! What a waste of money

Fantastic experience: Had the worst pain in my life. Went to Smile Dental in Glenfield. Yu Chen assisted me. Really professional and insightful. Diagnosed and medicated in 15 minutes. Will definitely be going back for future visits. Also they have great operating times, i went there at 6pm on a Saturday.

Fantastic experience: I went here as i needed to see a dentist the same day. Luckily i could get an appointment. The dentist was professional and explained clearly at each step. The procedure was smooth. The hygienist/nurse was polite.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional and bad service was told I had to rebook after waiting for about more than 20mins for a tooth extraction. I would never recommend any of my friends or family

Negative experience: Bad service! Asked for a price online (via chat, on website) and was quoted different (higher) price in clinic. After telling them they said, the price quoted online has nothing to do with them?!?! Go to your local dentist and avoid these chain stores!

Fantastic experience: My upper right "second molar" is inflamed and painful due to periodontal problems, and even the head hurts; smile dental clinic is located in Glenfield Mall, which is very convenient! The doctors and nurses are very kind. Thank you very much for being able to provide service during the severe period. The dentist Dr. Yu-Chen Hsiao on March 4th is very young but very patient, she helped me to check the teeth in detail and explained the condition of the second molars in detail. Because the teeth have been shaken and the periodontal has been severely damaged. According to the X-ray photo, then extract the tooth. Thank you, Dr. Xiao. Thank you for your careful diagnosis and treatment and your patient explanation.
