Fantastic experience: Excellent

Positive experience: Very friendly, welcoming staff, good reminder notifications and phone calls when necessary. Still getting to know dentist but has done a good job in a difficult situation. I’m hoping for continuity with her. I respect her explanations for her choices of proceedures. Clear and informative and open to queries. Thank you. The technicians and hygienist are great Have only given 4 stars as am new to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have just had quite a bit of work done by Julliana. The kindness and consideration shown by all staff was excellent. The numbing for procedures meant I didn’t feel a thing. Mahurangi Dental will be my dentists in future.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful dental practice! My family recently came in for a dental emergency. My mom had a bit of a swollen face and the practice made room for us last minute (we're not from NZ and are were traveling in the area). Not only did they help with my mom but also helped put my crown back in when it came out 5 minutes after we left the first time (oops! Maybe a Hi-Chew wasn't the best idea ) Dr. Blaschke and Megan were efficient, kind, helpful, and just excellent for all things dental! Wendy was also wonderful with setting us up for both appointments. If we lived in the area, this would be our dentist!

Negative experience: I made an appointment on line which was confirmed by text. However the dentist ( owner) did not arrive and sadly they were unable to fulfill the appointment. I am just moving to the area and had driven up from auckland. It seems they have an automated system they don’t seem to look at.
