Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Tia Yu- hygienist and was thoroughly impressed. She is incredibly good at what she does—professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. Her communication skills are excellent and she made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The service she delivered was truly splendid, and I left feeling well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dental care! I have finally found my place for dental care :)

The treatments were discussed with me on a very personal level during the initial exam, I felt like she truly wanted to help restore my oral health. Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. This practice will be my "go-to" from now on. From the moment I approached reception to the second I left, this was quite frankly the perfect experience. I found the reception staff to be knowledgeable, endlessly helpful, empathetic and engaged. The dentist was lovely - she really listened to me carefully and executed a very precise and painless set of adjustments. The assistant also worked extremely well with the dentist; in a synchronous way which helped to put me at ease. The result can really be described only one way: as the perfect marriage of three-way communication, and one very happy customer. I highly recommend this practice.

She is patient with people who have a severe phobia of dentists, does a technically stunning job - and is a lovely person with it. Fantastic experience: I went to Charlotte after I had horrific experiences at a previous dentist who re-did the same filling 4 times and it still was not done properly and causing me discomfort. Amazingly, she fixed the issue in 30 minutes. She is very gentle and personable, and I have recommended her to all my family & friends who ask for a good dentist. Wish I could give more than stars.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely anxious about going to the dentist due to having a lot of work done as a child. Charlotte is fantastic she was very understanding of my nerves and went the extra mile in making me feel comfortable and calm for my fillings. She was so gentle I didn't feel a thing! Past experiences else where has been rough and painful, but Charlotte takes care in her work and in her patients. Thank you for looking after me, this will definitely be my on going dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Woodward for over 10 years. I find them completely trustworthy and competent and they are lovely friendly people as well. In the past, I have had dentists try to pressure me to have treatments that I don't want or think I need but there is none of that here...highly recommended!

Negative experience: The dentist and hygenist are superb. However they are let down by a rude, difficult and unhelpful receptionist. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte has cared for my teeth for 35 years. What most impresses me most is the preventive care which has meant no cracked or broken teeth or 50s fillings dropping out so typical of we 50s children. A1 crowns and only as required and my recent cosmetic bonding has given me a treat of a smile back. My sister and husband also use Woodward Dental's excellent service. We thoroughly recommend anyone's teeth to their care!!
