Negative experience: Let's just say my method of payment matched the treatment I received. Lots of on going pain afterwards. Might as well of been a drive-thru dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional, I have had a bit of work done on my teeth and can honestly say that this was probably the best experience I have had less than 24hrs after all the work they did including an extraction I literally have no pain and no swelling. Thanks for you great work. And I look forward to dealing with you all again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever been to... And as I'm in my 70s I've been to quite a few! Mark is so gentle you'd almost wonder if he was actual doing any dental work. The receptionist is really lovely, very friendly and happy to chat. Sadly I don't know the name of the Chairside Assistant but she too is pleasant, friendly and a perfect match for the rest of the team .

Fantastic experience: I had huge anxiety over this visit. My last trip to another dentist scared me for life. First point of contact amazing receptionist that was so kind and understanding of my fear. So supportive. First appointment wanted to pass out. Ended up so chill and feeling safe. They really are amazing. Finally d day. Wow wee they are so so so gentle. My mouth was a mess and omg they made magic happen. Had a wisdom out and not even a bruise. 110% will never ever go anywhere else. My heath has also improved so much. Best part of 2024 for me and who would ever say that about the dentist. Thank you team merry Xmas to you all. And thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist, and because of this, i have not let anyone help me. I think the last time I had a fulling was when I was 15 But the team at Lumino new plymouth has changed my life, and i can now smile in my whanau photo this Christmas The whole experience was amazing the first appointment I was crying because I was terrified but the amazing lady told me it's going to be OK and the dentist was so gentle he said I am not going to hurt you . After the examination, i needed three teeth extracted in six fillings Second visit all six fillings done and a full clean and I did not feel a thing I am telling you the god dam truth I am so grateful and happy Third appointment all three teeth pulled out, and my new plate put in again did not feel a thing I left with the biggest smile . And I will now be regular customer the office staff and so friendly and helpful I would like to say a massive thanks to jess for convincing me to come and finally get my teeth sorted

Fantastic experience: Went for two fillings in one tooth last week and will definitely go back for my check ups/ any further work I need done. Very professional and friendly staff. I am not a fan of dentists but they made sure I was comfortable and the work they did was flawless, wouldn't even know the tooth in question had fillings put in. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Have tried to make an appointment for over 2 months have emailed and called multiple times and had no response.

Fantastic experience: Having some unfortunate experiences from previous dental practices here in NZ I have come away today with such a supportive experience! Thank you to everyone at Lemon Street for making my first and second appointment with you absolutely incredible. I know my mouth needs some work however I was not judged and thoroughly supported. Even the extraction was the best I’ve experienced! Thank you so much and very much looking forward to continuing my oral health journey with you guys.

Fantastic experience: The visit was as good as it could be, in and out really quick which is great to minimise the agony. However there was very little in the form of pain. Many thanks to the dentist and to the DA for comforting me during the treatment. A special accolade to the Practice Manager for getting me in asap as the tooth was becoming really painful. Also many thanks for going out of the way during time off to organise antibiotics pre-treatment which was essential.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible practice! Went in with 'sore tooth' asking for it to be pulled out after spending $1035 Mark did NOT even touch my problem tooth, as I thought the 'problem tooth was getting fixed' with all this money been spent only to continue to have toothache throughout my wedding even! I went back in to sort the tooth out only to find out he did not even touch this tooth at all and then he said it needed to be pulled out! Absolutely shocking went through citizens advice to try solve the matter only to be shut down and told I have to find another practice for future dental care.. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Negative experience: Absolutely awful service. Called multiple times today. Had to leave a message then got a call back from lady who did not let me get a word in and stressed me out even more than needed. Then hung up on me. Not happy will be going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Hated going to the Dentist but lumino on lemon street made me feel so at ease from the time I walked in to see Lisa on the front desk to meeting Dominic Firkin my Dentist I was well looked after I would recommend to anyone to go there thankyou so much for what you have done for me

Fantastic experience: I visited the dentist this morning and had a very pleasant experience. It's not often you can say that after visiting the dentist! Firstly the receptionist was very friendly and had a chat when I was waiting to see the dentist. The dentist and dental nurse were very professional and worked quickly, also having a nice chat when waiting for anaesthestic to kick in which definitely made me feel more relaxed. The work itself seems really good, very clean, I can hardly feel a difference in my mouth (filling on the outside of my tooth) partner couldn't even tell which tooth had been worked on. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Negative experience: Most unpleasant receptionists, most unhelpful with a long way to go to learn to smile and be welcoming. I literally left half way through filling my patient form with the intention not to come back and look for another place.
