Fantastic experience: I'd been unhappy with Rotorua dentists for some time, and decided to try Team Dental Rotorua. From the moment I tried to open their automatic door manually to leaving was my best dental experience for years. Reception, the dental treatment (both skill and communication), as well as other staff to whom I spoke were 'alarmingly friendly'. I'm so pleased with all that I experienced, and I'm (get this) looking forward to a second appointment in a week's time. Bless and thank you all! ❤️

Fantastic experience: When I was 17yrs old (I'm now 25), I went to a dental practice in Auckland to get a deep cleaning done as I had gingivitis, I asked if I could be given some anesthetic before the procedure as I knew my gums were extremely sensitive - the dentist refused to give me any anesthetic and carried on with the procedure (it felt like my teeth were being pulled out one by one) and I refused to go back to the dentist after that. This was until I finally made the desicion to go back to the dentist a week ago, as I wanted to finally be rid of my gingivitis. The hygentist that I had at Team Dental Rotorua (Nieve) was absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome and she reasurred me that I wouldn't feel any pain as I would be given anesthetic and the procedure went smoothly. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future dental appointments! I would like to thank the Rotorua team at Team Dental for providing such a welcoming and caring space, I'd also like to thank Nieve especially, for making me feel so at ease during my appointment!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to post this review to thank the beautiful team at Team Dental Rotorua. From the very beginning of organising an appointment for my daughter all the way through to her being seen, the team was absolutely fantastic. I feel like they went out of their way to put her at ease and help with her nervousness as she had to have 2 teeth extracted and even called us back the next day to check in on her. Please forgive me for forgetting names but you are all a wonderful and lovely team. Most definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for a better Dental practice. Receptionists were absolute darlings, so helpful and kind. The level of care i received with Dentist Marguerite and her lovely assistant was just amazing. They were both so compassionate and literally held my hand through my fears. Very skilled and kind dental service, this will be the only dentist i ever go to. Just wonderful! Ive never felt so taken care of and Marguerite did perfect work on me while encouraging me. So so grateful.

Fantastic experience: I’m usually nervous about dental visits due to a bad experience where a hygienist cut my lip, but the team here were superb. There was no wait, lovely music and a fantastic hygienist that made me gingivitis free! She did a great job of my son’s teeth too!

Fantastic experience: I was nervous going into my first teeth clean and didnt know what to expect, the team at team dental were very nice and accomadating. My oral hygenist Neive answered any questions I had and did an amazing job, as soon as I went home I insantly got compliments on how white my teeth looked and they have never felt cleaner!!!

Fantastic experience: Hi. I had my teeth’s cleaned by the hygienist at team dental in Rotorua. Her name I think was nievie she did a fabulous job my theeths have never felt cleaner and she was really nice and smart about teeth stuff. The lady at the front desk Moniqe was really nice too very smily and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough. Genuinely, I had the best experience with the Hygienist Neive. She is so kind, attentive and thorough. She made the process so easy and is so good at what she does. Neive got my teeth pearly white without me feeling anything, she also does a fantastic job of keeping everything very light and cheery while you’re in the chair. If you are looking for a Hygienist in Rotorua, don’t look past this place, they have the best Hygienist and Dentists. Special mention for the Receptionist Monique, no-one really likes going to the dentist but she makes it hard to not smile when you walk in. She’s always smiling, happy and just makes the clinic glow. Such a great team.
