Fantastic experience: Excellent dental clinic! Good service and equipment. Highly professional doctors. I recommend dentist Natalia Dmitrieva, she is an excellent doctor, listens carefully to complaints and recommends only the services necessary for the patient, without raising the price. Prices for fillings and services are good. There is an online booking appointment on the clinic's website, no need to wait in line.

Fantastic experience: I would like to provide some positive feedback on the professional care and service I received from Sudha the Dental Hygienist at Westgate Dental. I was expecting the worst, as it had been quite some time since I'd had a 'teeth clean.' Sudha immediately put me at ease, and after giving my teeth a thorough clean suggested I purchase a 'Water Flosser' to do a more thorough job of cleaning 'hard to get at places.' After my teeth clean, Sudha reviewed her work with me, and suggested some additional work that needed doing. I was very impressed with Sudha's professional and caring attitude, and would have no hessitation recommending Sudha to anyone requiring a 'professional teeth clean' at a great price. Thanks again Sudha.

Also I had some very good experience/ some fillings with Dr Grace Oh. Probably one of the best dentists in New Zealand.

Fantastic experience: Soo happy with my "unpleasant" experience. Yes I had to have a lower jaw molar removed, which is no pleasant procedure. I was put at easy by the Dr and assured I was in good hands. Too true a statement. The tooth was removed quickly and with minimal discomfort. Not a single "disturbing " sound was heard. Thank you for your Profesional approach and understanding in helping to manage my own anxiety levels.

Negative experience: Mum went there for a consultation was told she needed two x rays but wasn’t told it would be an extra cost. They did this and didn’t even need it as she only used one. Then mum was charged an extra amount for nothing. Reading the reviews it looks like these guys are really after money above an ethical practice. A real shame. Changing dentists and wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: Because my dentist who was doing my cleaning for years not working anymore I was looking for a new place to go. I had appointment with Dr Grace. I came 5 min late then after filling papers and waiting for her I was in the dental chair 10 min after arrival. Initially I was told that cleaning last 1 hour so I hoped to get a thorough decent cleaning same as I used to have for years with another dentists. When making appointment I asked dr. Natalia if they check my general mouth condition before cleaning and the answer was yes. So in my previous experience that was kinda normal when you come first time and doctor talk to you answering some questions and talk about problems if there is any. I have few concerns and ofcourse i wanted to clarify situation. Well ,that was my big mistake ,because time was ticking and if I knew I was going to pay for talking and not for cleaning I would of stayed quiet. So when 20 min left for me from that hour that they booked me for, dr.Grace was in super rush for cleaning and asked me few times if I can come back next time for another half to clean ( because she knew she can't complete everything today)That wasn't my plan because I had holiday trip and really wanted to make it done in one go. So she has done the " job" in a fastest way possible in a very "gentle" way. Yes she is very GENTLE but only because it is not properly done , it was not a cleaning it was a joke.!!!!! After she finished she was talking another 20 minutes so I didn't understand what was the point of rushing if she didn't have a client straight after me. Whole time I spend there I had feeling of hurry and haste. I paid 175 doll for what it was supposed to be " thorough cleaning " as Dr.Natalia promised on the phone. I left and called next day to ask Dr Grace to perform a better cleaning because I didn't have a feeling of clean mouth whatsoever and I definitely know what it should be like. She actually offered me REFUND. So apparently she just doesn't want to waste her time fixing something or more likely just can't do better. I was happy to get refund and go to another place . But then few days after dr. Natalia rang me and vigorously explained, that because their precious time was spend and she has to pay wages and rent, she can only refund me 75 doll. Well thax for that , by the way I also pay rent and bills! The point is- I came to get a cleaning and not 100 doll consultation,! Not only it was performed horribly and in super rush. But the most important thing- they don't even bother to fix anything , because ofcourse why waste time on some one for free if they can book another client and get money. ?? I never had this dental experience before and now I have to go to another place and do my cleaning again. Think twice before you go there- quality standard is missing

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend got my wisdom tooth pulled out New Year’s Eve and Dr Grace Oh and team were awesome tooth was out in less than 30 minutes it’s clean/friendly and customer service was on point and at a reasonable price too exactly what I needed especially with Christmas just done and dusted and of course new year arriving will definitely be back Thank you

My adult sister had a lifelong extreme fear of dentists - kicking, screaming, running away, passing out, etc.. Natalia & lovely assistant were so compassionate & professional my sister - first time ever - sat still & quietly while a tooth was extracted. Affordable, clean, friendly, **and a job well done** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
