Fantastic experience: I do not useally leave reviews, but i felt this was necessary. I've had a phobia of dentists since I was a child, so going to one to get my teeth fixed was anxiety provoking. Dr Conner was exceptional, he worked at my pace, was gentle and caring, and very patient with me. We did lots of little visits and today I had an extraction but felt comfortable enough to go to the appointment by myself (i never in 1000 years thought this was possible)! Thank you so much TFD - you have brought my smile, and confidence back!

Fantastic experience: A stellar team that go above and beyond. After being failed twice by the public dental system for my young child, I called the Tooth Fairy for advice, as you do! From the first phone call through to the appointment, I felt heard and understood and supported. Well worth the money, cannot recommend this team enough. I have been to two branches and the service has been top notch every time.

Fantastic experience: So great! Was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out without sedation but Joy was amazing, made me feel comfortable, talked to me when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: The Te Puke Tooth Fairy is a great dental facility and Dale and Bridget are great. They provide a detailed plan of what work needs to be done and what needs to be watched and provide costs for the various procedures so you can plan for these. Definitely the place to go for your dental work.

Fantastic experience: Ive had some work done over a few visits with Dr Joy Dawson. She is fantastic!! She made sure I was comfortable, was fast and efficient I felt no pain during or after my procedures. I highly recommend the tooth fairy, also I have to agree that April on the front desk is so lovely.

Fantastic experience: I have my smile back! I am one to try and avoid the dentist if I can at all costs. I was at the point where I really needed my teeth fixing. So I was pleased when I was referred to Dale and his team. I went in for a consolation to start with and I knew from walking in there I was going to be okay. Jeanette made me feel welcome and relaxed in the waiting room (while I had cold sweats) Then sitting in the chair Dales assistant April is just amazing I total felt like it was going to be okay. Dale is understanding and very very good. Dale will make you feel relaxed and talk you through what is happening. With all the latest technology Dales treatment has bought my confidence back and I can again smile and get nice comments on how good my teeth look. Thank you so much to Dale and the team you guys are just amazing and I will be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Dale Benic is an amazing dentist and all the staff at the tooth fairy go the extra mile to make sure you have excellent service. As someone who previously felt a bit alarmed going to the dentist I am impressed by the care I have received at this dental center. A few times I have had a dental emergency and I have been able to see the dentist straight away. I highly recommend if you need a dentist see the team at tooth fairy.

Fantastic experience: Last week my daughter ate a sausage roll and cried out in pain that something was stuck into her gum at the back of her mouth. After failing to get the object out using various items we called into te puke toothfairy clinic and asked for help. All the team were so lovely and reasuring. Dr dale dug out a splinter sized stick that surprised us all. We are so appreciative and grateful.

Recently I had a crown replaced and some filling work. Dr Dale Benic took the time to explain treatment options and costings to me prior to undertaking any work.
