Dentures Plus

Fantastic experience: Sharon is awesome. Made my new dentures before I had all my teeth out and they look very natural. Very uncomfortable at first but she fitted me in for an extra appointment and with a quick adjustment they're much better. She answered all my silly questions, got me to send her old photos of how my smile was so she knew how my teeth should look. Very professional and good at what she does. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Ryan for my partial denture. It only took a couple of tweaks to get it right. Now its fine so job well done.

Negative experience: ZERO STAR!!! Do not go to Denture Plus! Posting on behalf of my sister who went in to get a simple denture repair done. It was a "clean" break. It was promptly fixed and looked beautiful. However on the first bite of food, it broke down the repair line again. She was asked to bring it back in and was advised they would put a wire in it to help strengthen it this time to which she agreed. She was beyond devastated upon seeing the finished product. There is now a gap between her front teeth and one of the front teeth is crooked. There are also 3 (!!!)wires holding it together (not one) and she has lost her beautiful smile because of this repair job! She also specifically and repeatedly mentioned upon each visit that she didn't want a "gap" between her front teeth and was assured that there would be no gap each time she mentioned it. My sister tried to bring attention to the now visible gap after the repair she was told she was being "picky" by the receptionist and the receptionist also tried to blame the age of the denture (it is only 5 years old). My sister then asked to speak to the technician. He came out and said he could remove the wires but that it would still have a gap. Upon first presenting the broken denture my sister was told it was a very simple and clean break, an easy repair and NO gap. There was NO consultation through the process of this repair job that this had ever changed. My sister is now left with a very visible gap and crocked front tooth which has ruined her smile. She is beyond devastated and hasn't stopped crying!!!!

Fantastic experience: Within the first day of returning home to NZ and being locked Managed Isolation my partners dentures broke. Added stress was we had timed our return so that we left MIQ and were going straight onto his daughters graduation, so having teeth his front teeth was a priority. We googled near by Denture repair places to our MIQ hotel and the team at Dentures Plus took all our stress away. Paulette was understanding and explained if we could get the Dentures to her out of our MIQ room they would take care of the rest. After many rounds of disinfectant and through multiple hands, the dentures were delivered back to my partner without us ever having to leave the room and they fit perfectly again. Thanks for your great service and understanding of our strange request.

Fantastic experience: If I didnt write this review no one would know I had 4 false teeth!!!! These guys were referred to me via my dentist Open Wide on Papanui Road. I cannot recommend them highly enough..they took every care to make sure they fitted me perfectly and kindly made me a mouth guard too so that my original teeth are protected when I m out in the waves and dont get smashed by another surf board. Thanks so much Ryan. Wonderful team you have and I have no hesitation to recommend you to any of my friends.

Fantastic experience: If only I had come to you before I got my last set, I would have saved myself years of ugly, uncomfortable teeth. After a very short time, I was presented with the most beautiful teeth, which were comfortable from the start. When I think of what I have had to put up with in the past...!!!!!!!!!
