Fantastic experience: 10/10 Experience Bill Kennedy is the man to see - especially if you have a fear of the dentist. I explained to Bill my reason for fearing the dentist and hadn't been in 14 years. He quickly put my mind at ease and together we put a dental plan in place to get my Teeth sorted. When it came time to having two extractions he was super professional and no pain at all. After the procedure he made sure to tell me and my partner what steps to take for the aftercare to ensure an easy healing process - booked in for my next appointment with no fear. Positive experience: I really loved coming here. The staff are so lovely and make you feel welcome. HOWEVER...WARNING . It's annoying that you need too book TWO separate appointments ONE for a check up and ONE to see the hygienist. Wouldn't be just easier to do all TWO at the same time!! Then after 6 months that I have gone for a check up or seeing the hygienist, they email me to say book AGAIN and then other 6 months goes by...book AGAIN and AGAIN!! This silly as they should see you once or twice a year. I personally think that they are just after your money.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to the Bill Kennedy and his team. I was working with a very small timeline to have my dental work done and squeezing me in at such short notice was very appreciated. The professionalism and kindness shown by everyone is second to none. Going to the dentist usually makes me uneasy but from the moment I went through the door and met Bill and his colleagues I knew I was in safe hands.

Negative experience: Reception team is the best, except I suggest not seeing the dentist Nigel. Has not handled my abscess well at all. Just pushed around at it. No proper draining of the abscess. It's now been 11 days and still have extreme pain and abscess still not been drained. Have been told by multiple other professionals what should if been done instead of what he did. Only given 2 stars because how good reception was. The dentist himself deserves 0

Negative experience: What a Dreadful way this Dentist Nigel handled the excertracton of one tooth and replacing one on a plate.The consultation was free .But then that came at needing X-rays OK understand that then there where 2 fillings needed the 2 other teeth that needed come out money is his God open wide is the wallet not the mouth if you need a Dentist don't go near them terrible to deal with out

Negative experience: I approached this centre in late Jan/early Feb. Decisions were made that they would not be proceeding. It took many calls to get the paperwork I needed to carry on, and was assured they had forwarded a referral to the DHB on the 17th Feb. Today the 22nd of June it transpires they never actually did it. And I've had to start again. But Papanui Dental Centre well... they're sorry. Been left with the impression this organization are only interested in you if they specifically profit from you. Excellent look for a medical professional. Devastated.

Fantastic experience: I've had a second wisdom tooth extraction recently from Dr Bill Kennedy and I can't rate him and his team highly enough. The quality of his work is very high and he and his entire team made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and reassured throughout the procedure. He acts in the best interest of his patients and he makes himself available should you need to ask questions after hours or on weekends. While having a wisdom tooth taken out is a really awful experience, Dr Kennedy and his team made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. Clean, tidy and staff a very professional. My dentist Bill is always on time and explains everything to me so I can make the appropriate decision towards my care. His chairside assistant Kasheen is kind and very helpful. They make an excellent team. Bill took the wisdom teeth out for my partner and made sure to follow up with him in the next couple of days to see how he was feeling.

Negative experience: WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST - The male dentist was most unprofessional !!!!!!!!
