Fantastic experience: I’m very anxious with visiting dentists but this one is amazing with friendly staff. The lady I saw was Neha, she is so lovely, welcoming, calms my worries and is very reassuring.

Negative experience: Terrible male dentist. Had made their mind up they were not going to do an extraction of tooth giving me pain. Their words were, they didn't care what I had to say they were not going to do extraction based off the x-ray. I do not recommend the male named Shane at all. Wasted my appointment time and the cost to drive from Hamilton to Ngaruawahia for my booked appointment. I still have a tooth giving me pain and have to drive from Hamilton to Ngaruawahia again to see a different hopefully more people relatable dentist. Nothing worse than a service wasting your time and wasting your money for travel because of their terrible lack of peoples skills + service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental technician, knowledgeable, educational and reassuring. I have had bad experience with dentist in the past, however this team made me feel welcome. I felt taken care of, without shame or judgement. I am grateful for the North waikato team based in Ngaruawahia, thank you for taking care of me.

Negative experience: Had a verbal quote for 1200 then it was increased to 1500 for dental work. Had x ray and filling.. the tooth was still painful went back to be told their was another cavity in the same tooth.. a bit sketchy..

Fantastic experience: One of the best i have dealt with so far, being in level 4 lockdown they sorted out and emailed my prescription to a pharmacy close to me definitely recommended

Negative experience: Not very efficient! My partner were qouted for a consultation, xray, 24 teeth removed and Dentures included for roughly 4K against other Dental qoutes it is reasonably priced and fair unfortunately 8 scheduled appointments in a space of 2 months and 3 of them cancelled due to a sickly dentist the now pro longed dental work to date is still awaiting further appointments to remove bottom teeth affecting my partners employment during leave the cancelled appointments also were not consecutive days they have been spaced out appointments not very happy thinking a reserve dentist for future occurances such as this will help to carry out backed up appointments.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, not only are they a friendly group of people, but they are super efficient and very affordable! I'd highly recommend to anyone and even more if you have a community service card.

The team from the reception to the dentist are friendly, efficient, and professional. The price was very reasonable compared with alot of dental practices out there.
