Fantastic experience: I had my first appoitment with Jade at Accent Dentists after being recommended by a friend. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a freindly receptionist and felt like a valued patient. Jade was welcoming, freindly and very gentle. She was extremely knowledgable and gave me great advice and a treatment plan. I left feeling like I had made a new freind (normally you leave the dentist slightly traumistised!) I was very impressed and highly recommend Jade and the team at Accent Dental.

Fantastic experience: My fear of the dentist has always been taken seriously at Accent Dental. As a result I no longer dread the visit. It helps that my visits are usually with Karen Jade, who has a remarkable ability to make me calm. Jade and Matt are professional and also kind. Thank you. My teeth have to last as long as I do and you all are making it happen.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional, top notch service - I’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending the team at Accent Dentistry. I found Accent via Google and booked a free initial 15 minute cosmetic consult with Matt in relation to a recent tooth repair my usual dentist did a fairly poor job on. Matt took the time to explain my options, the indicative cost, and even did a quick interim adjustment to tide me over. More than happy to proceed, a week later the permanent fix was completed and I could not be happier with the result. Matt is a real craftsman with a great eye for detail and was ably assisted by the super-organised Jen. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matt and his team are awesome- I showed up with uncomfortable veneers, and he was super nice and professional, really taking my tricky situation seriously. He made a careful adjustment that’s helped heaps already, and I’m stoked to keep working with him for more improvements. His friendly staff made me feel at home too. Fantastic experience: Matt was amazing offered me options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each and made me decide on whats best for me. it was a very smooth time on the seat, didn't feel any pain, or discomfort, and rather than doing the crown in 3 visits he did it for me in one visit and the crown is just great, no issues at all. Fantastic experience: I had a failed tooth and got an implant installed over the last several months. Matt, the implant specialists he referred me to, and the tooth maker all did a fantastic job. I felt well informed throughout and the process at each step was less unpleasant than I expected. Since I’ve had the final tooth I’ve been very pleased with the outcome, and it’s unnoticeable despite it being visible as one of my top incisors.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist. I had an extremely positive and welcoming experience during my cleaning appointment. They also put a crown on one of my back teeth. I was very nervous about it going in, but during the procedure the dentist was amazingly supportive reassuring. I went in with two chipped teeth assuming I'd need veneers or crowns to get them looking right, but he managed to get them looking like new without the expense or time of either. Fantastic experience: Chipped my tooth while on holiday and was panicking thinking I'd have to walk around looking like a hill billy for the next 5 weeks. My friend recommended this dentist but wished me luck getting in - with fingers crossed I was lucky enough to find an appointment the next day. From when I walked in a was greeted with a warm welcome from the front of desk and then within a minute of sitting down met my dentist Dr. Matt Summer. Very professional, he had a quick inspection and sat me back up to give me some really good advice as well as the best option - even recommended the more affordable yet equally effective solution which I felt was a class act. He worked to a high standard ensuring everything was perfect before letting me go and followed up the next day to see how I was and more importantly how the teeth were. By far the best dentist I've been to. Everyone is so welcoming, throughout your treatment you know you are in good hands all the way from the front of desk to the dentist. Couldn't recommend Accent Dentists enough.

Fantastic experience: Our entire family has been going to Accent Dental for a few years now and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. We even moved out of the area but still travel back to the city for our appointments. After moving here from the states ten years ago, it took us a few goes at different dental practices to find one we love but are so glad we found the team at Accent Dental. They are friendly, thorough and never recommend work if they don't think it's necessary. Bonus they are great with kids too!

Fantastic experience: Matt and his team tick all the boxes. Top quality results, friendly and reassuring service and extremely accommodating. Matt listens to your thoughts or concerns, and provides you with the best solution for your unique circumstances. The biggest green flag for me is that Matt doesn't push you to go for the most expensive option. After having a weirdly shaped front tooth veneer fitted at 14 years old after an accident, I was in desperate need of getting it replaced years later. I'd visited many dentists over the years as I had been travelling/living in different countries, including multiple dentists in the UK, Czech Republic, Thailand and here in NZ. Every dentist (circa 8 different clinics!) expressed that there was no way I could have only the front tooth veneer replaced by itself and insisted I needed veneers on both front teeth so they would match each other. I wasn't convinced of this, and a friend recommended me to Accent. I was presented with various options by Matt, and was urged to go for the choice of preserving my perfectly healthy front tooth (which was also the cheapest option). Matt was confident he could replace the veneer only and get it to match. The results are impeccable, my front teeth match perfectly and I walked away beyond thrilled. Couldn't recommend Accent more, thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Accent Dentists was by far the best I have had before. I had not been to a dentist for 5 years and was concerned about what I was going to endure. Matt and his team had come highly recommended by people and they absolutely filled me with confidence. In all honesty it was the most gentle dental examination I’ve ever experienced and am so relieved with the out come. Gentle on the teeth and and gentle on the wallet!!! Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I've had so far. Matt is practical, honest, think from patients' perspective and give genuine advice. I visited three other clinics to inquire about my cracked molar tooth. All told me to do root canal and crown costing $7-9k. Matt had a quick check and said my tooth is fine and a simple filling would hold the tooth for several of years but never pushed for any of those expensive options to get my tooth murdered as other clinics did. When asked about crown for long term solution, Matt advised my tooth is fine, no need for root canal at all!! Matt performed very precise anaesthetic in the target area with perfect timing. Quick and proficient. The clinic uses CEREC technology, it took only a little over half hour added up in one visit to get me a new perfect crown! Amazing! Thanks Matt.

Fantastic experience: I chose Accent because I had heard great things about Matt and his team. Since being a patient, I have had nothing but great results. Chipped front tooth repaired in my 20s needed serious upgrading -got the implant sized and colour matched perfectly. I cracked my molar from grinding, Matt was able to fit, size and implant the crown all in an afternoon with digital impression technology. Accent has been awesome all around!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my dentist in the UK, but when I arrived in NZ back in 2019 I had a really bad experience with my first choice. They left my teeth in quite a painful and sensitive state so I was a little anxious to say the least when I approached Matt and the team at Accent. Matt was really great from the get go. He understood the situation as I explained it and laid out simple options for me around ongoing treatment. He has a great manner and all the very latest equipment, as does Karen who is the best Hygienist I have ever had. They've both been treating me for more than 18 months now, during which time I haven't experienced any discomfort at all. I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: After years of putting off getting caps on my two front teeth due to decades of constant rubbing on bottom teeth, I finally decided to bite the bullet and take care of the problem. I could not be happier with how they look! The office has a very calm vibe that made me feel relaxed throughout the entire process. A friendly face Lucy greeted me as I arrived which made me feel very comfortable and confident that I had picked the right clinic. I hadn't been to the dentist since pre lockdown and needed a general checkup and a clean. Karen who was the hygienist and dental nurse was so thorough and gentle while checking my teeth. I will definitely be returning for a 6 monthly check up with Accent Dental!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing lovely Karen for years, and this time took my 4 year old son in for his first dental appointment after he was complaining of a sore tooth. Lucy was great in getting us an earlier appointment as soon as one became available. Karen is amazing with kids, showing my little boy all of the equipment she would use, explaining clearly and demonstrating how it would feel on his arm to put him at ease. Fantastic experience: When I first came to Matt I had an extremely agitated tooth that was causing severe pain. Matt was able to quickly diagnose the issue, talk me through it and then set a plan in place. The tooth is now feeling healthy and strong thanks to Matt's handy-work.

Fantastic experience: Today I went for a cleaning at Accent Dentists and it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at the dentists. Karen has such a warm and friendly demeanour. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with her. She explained the cleaning process so well and kept checking in with me throughout the cleaning of my teeth. She was very gentle and it didn't hurt anywhere near as much as it has with other dentist cleanings. My teeth look and feel amazing and I would 150% recommend Karen to everyone

Fantastic experience: This was a five star experience for me from beginning to end. Lucy and Matt were warmly welcoming. Matt was personable and engaging in his diagnosis and clear with the options. Without fuss, he and Gemma expertly resolved my dental issue and when he handed me the mirror at the end, my expectations were well exceeded. That was a wow! Matt is an outstanding dentist. But an outstanding dentist with an average team adds up to an average experience. His team of Lucy and Gemma are so good with their roles that Matt could totally focus on me, do his magic and I could just relax. This five star team experience was the biggest wow for me. Fantastic experience: Last time I was at this place was three years ago. I remembered it today when I was looking for a dentist in Auckland CBD for urgent crown replacement. Looked them up on Google Maps, called them, and a super quick, efficient lady found me in the system and booked me in for the soonest appointment available. I remember being impressed with everyone's professionalism and friendliness there. Can't wait for my appointment!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my Veneers replaced on my Front teeth at Accent Dental with Dentist Matt. I was very nervous initially but I found the experience from start to finish friendly, professional and I am very happy with the end result. Fantastic experience: I was searching for a dentist to do an Invisalign treatment and chose Accent Dentists because of their good reviews. We have now finished all procedures and I can say they deserve every inch of praise they receive. I am so beyond happy with my results and the whole experience here. Fantastic experience: Just had some MAJOR work done by Matt. I had been putting off going to a dentist for a while as I was, as most people are, nervous about the pain and possibility of judgement. Not so. I spent around 2 hours in the chair. Not only was it pain free, the time flashed by. I was most impressed with the way Matt took the time to explain all of the options which enabled me to make an informed decision on my dental needs. Fantastic experience: I took my 3yo son to see Karen to make sure everything is growing OK and that there are no problems with his teeth. Karen is an absolute gem and so natural with kids. She made is so fun and comfortable for my son and he's now going around the house wanting to brush his teeth properly. He has had a very positive first dental experience and he wouldn't hesitate to come back for the next check up. The rest of the staff there were lovely too.

Matt just makes you wanna hang with him - it's how he makes you feel that does it....he makes you feel like the most respected, cared about, awesome person he's ever treated. Matt made the a stressful situation an absolute breeze. He has a calm kind presence that gets you through what can be a very unpleasant experience.
