Fantastic experience: My experience was awesome. The service was stellar. Cheryl was a gem of a receptionist. Friendly and very hospitable. Dr. Ali was an exceptional surgeon. Experienced and confident yet patient and understanding. She walked me through 5 fillings and gum treatment until I understood every step before proceeding. Her calm voice, reassuring me through the procedure every other second. To top it all off, her quotes from a root canal were $2000 cheaper than my previous dentist's quote. She was very understandimg about my current financial situation and helped plan treatments accordingly while offering advice. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Couldnt be more happy that I found them.

I like how professional and thorough and very knowledgeable she is. As she did the cleaning more thoroughly than any other dentist I have been to. She noticed an issue I had that no other dentist had noticed, so she is very good.

Virtually pain free and the aftercare received was top notch. Take it from me, don't neglect your teeth.

Dr Ali was kind & helpful she explained clearly what the state of my teeth were (weren’t great but definitely salvageable) I went to Dental Care Centre because I had heard how amazing Dr Ali was….. when I met her and by the end of my first appointment I felt totally comfortable and everything I had heard about her was confirmed. From Cheryl who organised everything to Dr Ali, I can say you will have absolutely no regrets going to Dental Care Centre… I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Please don’t visit. She extracted a tooth without proper diagnosis. She took an X-Ray and told me it’s infected and need to be removed as soon as possible. The tooth was perfectly fine and I lost a tooth because she never mentioned I could get a re root canal done and my only option was to get it extracted.

Being the first point of contact - she was so lovely, welcoming and understanding. I love that she calls to follow up with you after your appointments and treatment. Her customer service is unbeatable. Dr Khilood is the dentist, she is very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. She explains everything really well and is happy to answer any questions.
