Negative experience: Took Jacob a 30yr old Cerebal Palsy young man to have his tooth extracted as it was only just hanging on and didnt want him to swallow it. Not impressed with the $380 extraction fee for an injection and pull out with little or no effort!

For people that may be nervous about visiting the dentist clinic, Hayley makes you feel relaxed and has a really friendly manner. Hayley is a real perfectionist and I always leave with amazing feeling teeth and Hayley isn't happy till she makes your teeth shiny, fresh and sparkling clean. My children also see Hayley and enjoy their visits also. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic experience: All my (our) experiences with Bayside dental over 20+ years have been the best of my lifetime (I am almost 70) - the quality of service, always good, improved more so after Zena took over the practice and I also started getting Hayley doing her high-std hygenist work (never realised previously the benefit of dental hygenists) . Bayside Dental continually improve along with technology developments, I recently had a crown made and fitted within an hour or so after getting the recomendation. Its not only the direct dental work professionals that are good, the receptionist/appointment secretary is on to it and ensures I don't miss appointments or anything etc.

Zena talked me though the treatment that was required, and helped me understand procedure. Hayley the hygienist, is amazing with the latest cleaning machine, which uses warm water - so it feels very comfortable during the cleaning process.
