Negative experience: We had terrible experience with the dentist. There were random payments in the treatment package.Every follow-up treatment they don’t check on the previous treatment.We paid the most expensive x-ray in Auckland.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr. Paul for many years and since his retirement have been seeing his colleague Shirley Wan. As sad as we are to say goodbye to Dr. Paul, we have found Dr. Wan to provide a high standard of care and a personal nature to her treatment approach. I would also like to acknowledge the brilliant ladies at front desk who go the extra mile and make bookings a breeze.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wan does great work and her assistant Niamh is so friendly and lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: 对Dr Shirley Wan的服务非常失望。对她的人品更加质疑。相比做一位医生，她做invisalign的销售更出色。她会用各种理由推荐invisalign的产品。因为她不是一位正畸医生，但又很想挣这笔钱。她对病人的责任心几乎为零。她的方案在口碑优秀的资深正畸医生那里是根本不合格的。被质疑后她的回应是一百种理由和借口。她还很会包装自己，在自己的介绍中，还会强调自己在某些地方是specialized。在我咨询与她的分歧时，直接被真正的专家给点破了。在她的诊所里，我花费了$7k多块，得到的服务是零价值的。最终我及时停止她的治疗，为孩子找到了真正的正畸医生。我已经把她投诉到HDC了。我会锲而不舍的追究出一个结果。

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team, I came in for a checkup and clean today as my old dentist retired. Dr. Shirley is probably the most gentle dentist I have been to! Her assistant (tall blonde girl) was very lovely, I really appreciated the oral hygiene hacks and comprehensive discussions about addressing future concerns. Your patience and compassion is truly appreciated.

Negative experience: I had bad experience with my son's deband treatment, they gave me quote by email only for revision, then whe I was in the clinic they just did deband and charged $710 dlls and said I should pay for deband and retainers a total of $1,310 dlls otherwise they will not order the retainers which delivery time was 2-3 weeks. Then when they gave me the retainers they did not want to pulish the teeths to remove the braces glu. And it was same bad experience with my daugther's deband and retainers treatment. Bad service, I felt like they just want your money. Even they do not did proper teeths cleaning as the free service for teenagers. I definitely never will come back to Hello Dental with Dr Shirley Wan

Hadn’t been to see the dentist in a while after moving house and had heard about Hello Dental through word of mouth. Dr. Shirley and her staff had great rapport and made me feel at ease during my difficult wisdom tooth extraction. Risks and costs were discussed upfront, and as a nervous patient I appreciated how everything was explained to me as it was happening. Dr. Shirley was happy to answer my questions and concerns about oral hygiene and discuss options for cosmetic work moving forward. I was also impressed with the follow up call after my treatment. Overall I feel well taken care of and have peace of mind at their thorough approach.

Fantastic experience: Had a basic filling from Paul about 2 years ago and is still in perfect condition, I struggled to even notice which tooth it was on afterwards it was so well placed. Haven't been back since because of no dental issues but the treatment I did get was superb. Super quick too. Thanks for your great service Paul!

Negative experience: A fraught series of dental visits with Dr Shirley Won, at Kepa Rd Eastridge. Overcharged 4 crowns, in the first instance by $2600, and perhaps I only needed 2. Shirley seeing how upset I was, suggested a plan to redeem some costs, which was no payment required for all dental work during the 2 years warranty period, and she would cover my transport. This has been altered twice by her, so she does not keep her word or agreement. Uses receptionists to act as her go-between, won't talk directly, pushed passed me in the hallway today! That is no way to treat a senior citizen. Thank God, for Dr Paul who rescued me from pain and adjusted 2 crowns and two emergency fillings this year. I regret to say I cannot recommend Shirley Won.

She is consistently professional and attentive to detail, yet so friendly and caring that you immediately feel comfortable. The whole team is welcoming and organised. I recently visited Dr. Shirley Wan for 2 root canals and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Fantastic experience: They were very gentle with my fillings, extraction of my wisdom tooth’s also went really well. I didn’t have any swelling or problems after. The team is just really lovely there.

Negative experience: 4years ago I went to get an extraction on my wisdom done, my first time & man it cost almost $1000+ for one tooth. Why? I had to get an x-ray done in their fancy machine, I didn’t know I had to pay till I went and pay for my tooth. But before all of it. I told them I’ve already got an x-ray done & I’m actually seeing a dentist it was a free one back then for new mamas & it was held at Point England school. & I showed her my x-ray and told them my dentist said it’s in the clear just to get the extraction done bottom left. They just looked at me and said you’re seeing another dentist I tried to explain.. But thanks for extracting my tooth & with the X-ray photo I didn’t really need.. wasted my money. Cos you got same results from my FREE DENTAL X-RAY. anyways you guys keep sending me emails to come back but TOO EXPENSIVE. Unknowingly Costing a foot. BTW. It was a Chinese lady, cos apparently the old man has his own OGs clients. It reminded to do a review today. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Dr Juliana Skorcheva is an excellent dentist. I've been suffering with one of my tooth since last year. I've seen couple of dentist but it was still painful. But now thank to her I no longer have pain. She is so comprehensive and gentle with her patients. Same with her dental assistant. Everyone was nice and the price are really correct. Fantastic experience: My name is Paige Lindsay and I am 29yo, since a young age I have always had problems with my teeth which then followed me into my adolescence + adult life causing some real insecurities for me.. I have been a customer of Hello Dental for over 2years now, my journey began with them by having an incomplete root canal (on my part) which then led to 3 extractions, multiple fillings and just when I thought I could feel better about my teeth - pain wise….Dr Paul went above and beyond for me and suggested to do a crown procedure to perfect my smile. From someone who would favour one side of smiling over the other, someone who was conscious of not opening my mouth too wide so people could see my top tooth, not truly being myself…. he provided me with a crown that has changed not only my smile but my life. I will forever be changed from this moment and I am truly appreciative for all the work, appointments, follow up calls, injections (lol) + numbness. Negative experience: This place is not great. Normally Dentists take their time to properly do their work but in this place I feel it was al rushed and the dentistry work was not well executed , I had to go to another dentist to have my teeth fixed, while they just had been done by Shirley. They do talk sweet nice and soft but it is not genuine. The assistant behind the desk was unorganised, forgetting appointments and mixing up times. -expensive for the poor quality of the work delivered -rushed, 3-4 fillings in less then an hour! -money focused not customer focused Would not go back and definitely not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Due to covid-19, Auckland is going through a rough and tough time. Even with these drawbacks, Dr. Tiger and the nurses supported me and made the patients feel very much welcomed. Their quality has always been at the best, even with these circumstances, their work was at the highest of quality. I really don't know how much I can thank them for their service.

Negative experience: 我是2019年5月做的咨询 她告诉我治疗时间7个月 我才决定在她这边做 开始的时候她们之前那个前台经常搞错我的预定「经常booking list 上没有我的预定 或者把我的名字跟别人的名字弄混 我人到了 没有我的预定 或者别人预定给我打电话确认」有时候我和别的客人预定时间重复了 一等就是40分钟 在带牙套刚四周的时候 在我不知道的情况下 给我一个旧的烤瓷牙磨掉了 跟我说需要重新做 没有告诉我价格 没有问我 直接磨完了跟我说要做新的 $1980 要求我必须付款 第一次lockdown之前的一天有我的预定 我那会觉得有颗牙齿没跟上矫正疗程 很疼 我给她发消息打电话 她没有回我 我给前台打电话 她们取消了我的预定 说她休产假 并且说我的状况不是essential 结果lockdown结束 我的牙齿牙周炎了 牙齿松动 非常疼 她又让我戴了一周牙套 并且没有给我调整原来的button 导致更严重了 我就跟她说给我做处理方案 不然退钱给我 她说不能退款 可以换他们另一个医生 但是 当时tiger是刚去实习 我觉得他不了解我的状况 我拒绝了 我那时候已经交完了全款7000 她拖了两三周跟我说 可以给我免费做钢牙拉回来 然后开始做钢牙 钢牙戴了两个月牙周炎那颗牙齿回来了 她就要给我做扫描做保持器 （可是这会我的门牙并不齐 并且有咬合问题 我跟她发消息她没有回我 ）她就拿做牙之前的照片跟我说 已经是隐适美目前能达到的最好效果了 她让我签了满意的那张文件 然后收了我保持器的钱980 让我回家等 我回家咨询了我国内的私人医生 他说Shirley在欺骗我 我等了2个月没人联系我 等待阶段我的牙齿反弹 我跟她说我戴不了保持器而且牙齿并不齐 门牙有咬合问题 上下咬合只有一颗牙齿可以碰到 其他位置都是空的 感觉影响保持器的位置 她并没有回我消息一直到去拿保持器的时间 于是取隐适美保持器的时候我跟她说 如果不继续给我调整 我要求退款 她说不能退款 我说那就上庭 她说她老公是律师欢迎我上庭解决 然后她说她中文不好 要求我用英文跟她沟通 我说我要录音 她就改了口风 我就回家了 没两天我在准备材料 她发给我说 愿意继续帮我调整 重新做了扫描后 她说隐适美效果不明显 她跟我说钢牙会更有把握 于是又戴了钢牙 结果钢牙调整的阶段 由于她的技术问题 导致我本来整齐的两颗牙齿外翻了 明显可以看到的外翻 我要求她给我重新做扫描 我要求做回隐适美牙套 起码这个可以保证牙齿不会外翻 扫描后我去看效果图她要求我给她签一份文件 内容基本上就是这是最后一次诊疗 诊疗结果不论是否达到我想要的效果我都可以接受 签字才给我订牙套 我拒绝了然后就说帮不了我 试图撵走我 我觉得非常欺负人 她要求我说英文 并再次说她中文不好沟通不了 我求助我男朋友 结果她说tiger是专家 要求我们签字 tiger在跟我们沟通的时候表达文件不必要签 她恼羞成怒 让我们回家等 然后就拖了我一个多月不给我消息 她让新前台以隐适美的名义发邮件给我让我签字 我打给隐适美确认 他们说 他们没有跟客人接触 只负责制作 他们会跟管理层反应一下 我把隐适美的信息打电话问她们 然后又给我订了时间去去牙套 现在仍在继续调整 已经过去快两年了 最后在保持器上 仍然有一副质量问题 需要重新更换 也没有联系过我 花了 980买三副保持器 最后只有两套可用 真的很浪费时间

Fantastic experience: Shirley and her team have always provided me with a very friendly and professional service. I haven’t been one to go to the dentist often but seem to find myself back there every 6 months for a routine clean now, it’s a testament to the experience I have had with them.

Fantastic experience: The team at Hello Dental are very friendly and welcoming. Normally dental visits are daunting but they made me feel relaxed. A big bonus is their late night work hours which makes it easier to attend due to work commitments. After seeing the same dentist for a number of years i was under the impression i needed a lot more work required than i did. I was advised that i did not need any of the treatments my previous dentist had been advising me on. The team here are completely honest and transparent about work required and also have a great attitude towards prevention. Thanks for such a great experience - highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Shirley is a true professional and very up with the times. Unfortunately years of grinding left me with teeth that were far shorter than they should’ve been. It took a lot of time and thought to save and consider my options here.There’s so much options out there and cheaper is not always better! I followed Hello Dental on Insta and FB and felt she was the right dentist for what I needed. She is a true artist when it comes to composite veneers, and I love my new longer teeth. I am very satisfied with my composite veneers as they look so natural. The trial smile option is a great way to get a feel for what your teeth may look and feel like before you actually fully commit. This process really helped me, as I was so use to really short teeth I wanted to get a feel for what longer teeth felt like and it also helped me get the best look suited to me. Yes there’s an extra cost in getting this but I’m glad I did it. End result is fantastic! Very happy customer

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to. I have sensitive teeth and gums and have had painful experiences at some other dentists in the past. The whole team at Hello Dental are so friendly, and they have a really positive vibe as soon as you walk in. I had to have a couple of fillings and two wisdom teeth removed, and for both visits, the whole process was seamless, informative, and pain-free. Shirley is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and has a gentle and empathetic approach (her and Cassie even got me a blanket after my wisdom teeth were removed!). They have all the top technology, are very professional and give great advice for preventative strategies. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. They have changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and I am looking forward to my next visit :)
