Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this dental clinic for I think 30 years- I believe our family was one of their first. I’ve lived abroad a lot but always wait till I come back home to NZ to do my dental work here as I can trust I’m in the safest of hands and care. They are so thorough and the clinic feels worlds apart from others I’ve seen and heard of. Plus they keep all my records (for the past 30 years) so know exactly the ins and outs of my dental history. I love how awesome all the staff here are. From being greeted at reception by Thelma and having a good catch up to having my hygienist appointment that is caring, honest, helpful and of high quality. The dental work is awesome and they ensure I have the best treatment. Over my time here my teeth and I have been looked after by Loy and his team of dentists all of whom I value and trust. To be honest I don’t love coming to the dental clinic out of weird childhood fear but I always leave here with a huge, healthy smile! Thanks Team!

Fantastic experience: Our whole experience with Maureen at reception and Dr Correa has been exceptional! Our 21 year old daughter had a botched filling from another dentist and Dr Correa fixed it and went the extra mile to reassure her and explain what happened and give her a plan to get the rest of her teeth sorted to prevent future problems. Fantastic experience: Dr Loyola is our absolute hero! My daughter fell and broke her front tooth in half the night before her best friend's 21st. Caring 4 Smiles was able to fit us in (on a Saturday!) and somehow Dr Loyola miraculously reconstructed her tooth, using the broken pieces which she had kept. Within 45mins you couldn't tell anything had ever happened, it was incredible. She was able to get to the 21st and a month later the tooth still looks good as new! Super grateful to Dr Loyola who is genuinely so caring - as well as being a genius. Highly recommended and will be sending everyone here from now on!

Fantastic experience: What a relief, in my 80s to have finally found a Dentist who not only impresses me with her expertise, but listens respectfully to my concerns, and assures me with her kind caring manner that I will be safe in her hands! Maddison at Caring 4 Smiles, Epsom, is that Dentist. I would recommend Maddison to anyone. The equipment used by the practice is state of the art, completely up to date. The administration staff led by Thelma are kind considerate and welcoming.

Negative experience: Let's stick with the facts here: 1: Dentist arrived late for my appointment at 7:30am as the dentist told me that it was only communicated about the appointment not too long before. Business should improve the communication process here, especially on the price charged. 2: Spend approx 1 hour there for approx $350. Competitors would charge around $150 to $250. Yes, there was a consultation, but it took 5min and the Xray was not necessary. 3: My last dentist checkup was not decades ago, it was 1 year ago, so please don't exaggerate and make things up. In that case, by the way, the Sunnynook dentist charged me $129 for similar service including Xray. 4: Received a call to come back after 3 months. Lady on the call was pushy and did not want to end the call, even after I said I was not interested and said bye 2 times. Would not come back there to be charged $350 on a simple hygiene. If anything, should offer next service complementary, as 350 is 2 hygiene consult in many competitors. Price defitenely not worth the service.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to! Dr Kelvin was extremely patient and caring with my 2 year old daughter who had to have two cavities fixed. He took extra time to help her feel comfortable and was so playful with her. She actually had fun and was completely comfortable by the end! The rest of the office staff were so friendly and warm. Beautiful environment! I can’t recommend this office more for the whole family! My husband and I will definitely be going back for our own dental care as well! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: This is place is fantastic, I went to them after not seeing a dentist in 12 years and having dentophobia and putting it off. I had quite a lot of pain in my mouth and really bad gums. After a very grim prognosis which involved 3 extractions (All wisdom teeth) and deep scaling under anaesethic, they started on my mouth. 3 months later my mouth is completely different. The extractions were almost painless and the cleaning had produced results undreamed off. I now have gleaming white teeth and pink healthy gums. But its not just the work they did, but how friendly and clean the place is. Dr. Calvin Tay was helpful and not only showed me how to take better care of my teeth, but also how to change my whole psychology around dentistry and oral hygiene. I will never neglect my teeth again. If you are petrified of dentists and haven't been for years. Go to these dentists - they are not humans, they are magicians. Okay it wasn't the cheapest dentist, but the treatment was worth every cent and they are entirely transparent and honest with you. They have fantastic chairside manner and they don't judge you like many places I have been to do. PS Photo is after treatment and I am in my late 40s.

When one of my children was experiencing severe tooth pain over the weekend, Dr. Loy was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to help us. It's not just his willingness to assist in emergencies that stands out; his constant kindness towards children and his patience in explaining the correct dental care procedures make every visit a reassuring experience. Dr. Loy doesn't just treat teeth; he teaches kids the importance of taking care of their dental health in a way that's engaging and easy to understand. Really appreciated Loy!

Fantastic experience: I had a new upper denture fitted by Doctor Tay. I have no problem recommending him, he was effortlessly professional, reasonable cost, and my new dentures are 1000% better from my last ones. Despite my work being fixed cost, Doctor Tay insisted that I come back for a final fitting even though I didn't want to. So when your medial professional insists on spending more time when he has already been paid, (essentially giving up profit for a better outcome for his patient) you know your in the right place with the right dentist.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dental clinic. I have been to many dentists before and none of them have shown as much care as this practice. I have Adam as my dentist and absolutely love what he has done so far to my teeth. He listened and fixed a botched filling that a previous practice performed. They are a quality dentist clinic. Negative experience: My personal review:- I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. Though the overall consultation and treatment was good, the clinic seemed too high priced for everything. The dentist was not transparent. Before starting treatment he should discuss the plan and the prices of the treatment approach. The dentist charged separately for HD dental photographs which seem unnecessary and didn’t made any benefit to me. Moreover, he took separate fees for both consultation and radiographs which other doctors provide all together at much much lesser price. Even after that the doctor wasn’t satisfied and charged double the amount for the procedure which other dentist usually do. He didn’t even explain me about post operative care and didn’t suggested to visit the clinic later if any issues happen.

Dr Adam was absolutely amazing and this was one of the best experiences I ever had at a dentist. Superfast, highly professional and with an almost instant desired result. Fantastic experience: I chose Caring4Smiles on my daughter's recommendation and I was not disappointed. I found the team to be friendly, highly organised and welcoming. The modern technology used added to the high standards provided by the practice. My first examination with Dr Sanika turned out to be extremely positive and her focus on 'preventative care' provided the encouragement I needed to continue with further appointments. Dr Sanika's experience, skills and committed care were exceptional. It made me feel quite relaxed and comfortable under her care. Within a week I made a further two appointments with the Hygienist and for fillings. Once again I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly and efficiently these appointments went. I acknowledge the superb work of Hygienist, Alex Azar and her assistant, Jessica and Dr Sanika and her assistant, Danielle. My next appointment with Dr Sanika in a year has been confirmed. This is definitely the pinnacle of 'preventative care' and efficiency. I highly recommend Caring4Smiles and will be encouraging another family member to use the practice soon.

Fantastic experience: I went to Caring 4 Smiles to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I highly recommend them and Dr. Sanika! I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth taken out with only local anesthesia; however, Dr. Sanika was incredible. She made the experience completely painless and walked me through every single step. I cannot thank Dr. Sanika enough for doing such an incredible job and taking good care of me!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding in every way! After traumatic hospital experiences and having never had dental surgery before, I was absolutely terrified when I found out I had several bits of urgent dental work that needed to be done, starting with a root canal. But Sanika is not only exceptionally thorough and skilled, she is also incredibly empathetic and reassuring. At my initial consultation she walked me through all of the issues and what would happen during each surgery, and patiently answered all of my questions. When I told her how anxious I was, especially about the anaesthetic injection, she explained to me in detail all of the steps she would be taking to ensure I barely felt a thing. On the day I was able to have my partner in the room for emotional support, and Sanika again explained every step of the anaesthesia before proceeding, went very slowly to minimise any discomfort, and was incredibly gentle, empathetic and encouraging. And genuinely, I barely felt a thing. One root canal and four fillings later, I couldn’t be happier with the result, and having such a positive experience is really helping me gain confidence around medical interventions in general. I would highly recommend Caring 4 Smiles to anyone dentally anxious, and more broadly to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Caring 4 Smiles for something like 7-8 years; I chose them specifically for their great reviews. After having a bad experience or 2 with other dentists during high school, I was really put off, but they have taken care of me and helped restore my teeth to a healthier condition. I still get nervous (of needles) but it's always a nice experience when I go in and very personable. I felt comfortable, and confident enough, to get my wisdom teeth removed under GA; with no problems healing afterwards and less pain than I expected. Everyone I have dealt with has been great, and gentle, and have cared about the long term health of my mouth which I really appreciate. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Negative experience: Just went to see this dentist. The dental service was adequate. The job was done well. However the dentist sanika seemed a bit rude and spent most of the time questioning my future dental plans (plan to go to India to get it done much/much cheaper). Multiple times she implied that I wouldnt get good dental care from India and should be really really sure before going(despite at the end mentioning her boss is from India and some of the best dentists are trained there) Clearly trying to push the brand which just went a little bit too far. Also started with saying all my teeth should be replaced but at the end said actually they can probably be mostly saved. Felt if the dentist focused more on my teeth and a little less on promotion it would have been a better experience. Also. Although the price was reasonable I had no idea until after the treatment was completed wether it was $200 or $2000

Fantastic experience: If it were possible, I would give this absolutely stellar group of people 6 stars. I first came to this dental clinic in so much pain I could barely function. They fit me in literally at their next time slot and were able to provide me some pain relief. The really do care! On top of that, Dr Kelvin Tay is in my opinion the most highly skilled dentist/oral surgeon, I have ever come across. I had been told by every other dentist all around the world that I could never have surgery to remove my lower wisdom due to a nerve being in close proximity - but Kelvin came up with a safe way using new technology. He was checking on me at home after the surgery to make sure everything was ok. He's just the best - and he's so nice as well - it honestly feels like chatting to a friend when i come for appointments. I asked about invisilign teeth straightening and Dr Kelvin explained the process so clearly, gave me a payment plan that i could work with and throughout the two years of treatment - which i have practically finished - my teeth look amazing. If you're considering invisilign i cannot recommend this particular dentisit more emphatically. Go to Caring for Smiles in Epsom and request Dr Kelvin Tay. He's a rock star.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Loyola Correa has been an excellent orthodontist to my child. It's amazing how he was able to treat my child's underbite thru non invasive procedures. He will treat the problem thru various steps first so that the child wouldn't need any surgery just to correct the problem e.g my child used various appliances in the range of a year and a half and he was able to push my kids underbite in and pull the top over and align my kids teeth as well without any invasive procedures which is truly remarkable. It's just too bad we have to move away this we need to discontinue the treatment otherwise we would like to see where will lead us. Again we are truly thankful for Dr. Loyola for the time he spent treating Caleb.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Caring4Smiles for several years. The Caring4Smiles practice is very family oriented and Dr Loy and his team have been nothing but welcoming since I first started my treatment which I started at the age of 13 - I am now 17. Initially, I wasn’t very compliant with my Invisalign treatment, however Dr Loy and his team’s support helped me get back on track to achieving a perfect smile. Dr Loy is always willing to offer different solutions that work for my family and I. Fantastic experience: I have visited Caring 4 Smiles for my wisdom tooth issue and had surgically removed all of them by Dr Loy. He is very skilled and experienced Dental Surgeon blessed with his hands. Had 3 surgeries for removing all 4 wisdom tooth, 2 of them were really complicated and he did it with very pleasant attitude and there were no further complication. Moreover the way he followup with his clients are really appreciable. I was able to contact him at any time of the day and he was very happy to answer all my doubts.This was my first Dental experience in my life and this team did a great job.I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient at Caring 4 Smiles due to an emergency infected wisdom tooth and came in for a comprehensive check up, emergency consultation and xray. The first dental practice I have been to where I have felt genuinely cared for and looked after. From reception to the attending dentist I experienced amazing service. Serious issues that had never been bought to my attention were discussed with me in an informative manner and I felt very thankful for this as it showed that they genuinely care for their patients current and future wellbeing. Fantastic experience: Dr Loy has saved my life at just the right time. I love the family-centred atmosphere and the willingness of the amazing staff that work there to help you out. Nothing is too much - not even a towel to dry your sopping wet hair! From the second you walk in you feel welcome and you're treated like family. Alex is the most gentle hygienist I’ve come across, Kelvin is the sort of person that just instantly makes you feel comfortable and knows his stuff, and Sanika is incredible at her work - I had two fillings done and both were completed with the utmost care. Fantastic experience: Ma favorite hygienist! Alex is amazing. I feel so better since she is taking care of my teeth. I'm normally really afraid of dentist, but alex is making me confortable and she is really gentle. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been here for a few appointments with Dr Kelvin, including one root canal treatment. Kelvin has always been helpful and thorough in his examinations and procedures. Anita at the reception is also very helpful. I have been very satisfied with my visits here, and I would definitely recommend this team to others.

Negative experience: Definitely would not recommend for wisdom tooth removal. Had a traumatic experience here to get one of my wisdom tooth removed that had become painfully infected. Dentist did not wait for the sedative to start working which I made him aware of and was fully aware of the tooth extraction as it was happening. Later at home when the sedative actually started working I had a very bad reaction to it and became ill and also ended up with lockjaw. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that specialises in wisdom tooth removal instead.

Fantastic experience: On the 17/05/20 one of my 32 year old implants got loose and fell out. Two days later I was sitting in a comfortable chair being looked after. My dentist Dr Keven and his helper nurse got into putting it back where it came from. Professionals, friendly and informing what they were doing. I do never stop recommending this palace. Hygienist Alex and the receptionist are so friendly and caring. I feel on ease when I go to this surgery. Thank you for outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family have been using their services for years and aside from having a team of experts they go above and beyond when it comes to supporting their patients. Even on holidays or when I was overseas and had some problems or questions. I've also used their Invisalign orthodontic treatment service and even though it was a long journey to correct my teeth, they came through and did a wonderful job. Other practices would have said that my teeth are too difficult to correct. I fully recommend and trust Caring for smiles.

Fantastic experience: As an expat, living in Auckland for only a short time, when I woke up one morning in an incredible amount of tooth pain, I grew incredibly anxious. As a Millennial, the only thing that I know how to do to understand my pain is to Google it. If you’re reading this review because you also Googled some random amalgamation of the words “dentist, emergency, wisdom tooth, Auckland” then just do yourself a favor and get an appointment with the folks at Caring 4 Smiles. Not only was surgery executed perfectly, it was also done with more kindness and concern than I have ever experienced from any kind of healthcare practitioner — offering me options to make sure the surgery cost didn’t break me financially and ensuring that I was okay a week after post-op — truly the best case scenario for the worst case scenario as a tracker.

Communication is never a problem and they really make it the easiest for you. Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by Dr. Correa and the level of customer service shown by the receptionist. I’m an American in NZ on a visitor visa, so when my clear retainer with Pontics (fake teeth) snapped in half, I was worried needless to say. After calling around for price quotes, Caring 4 Smiles was the cheapest and had the best google reviews. They were able to see me the next day, and ended up being cheaper than their original quote. My retainer was ready the following day. Dr. Correa went above and beyond; using a harder, more durable material for my retainer, as well as making my pontics bigger, giving them a more natural look. This is the best retainer I’ve had so far.

Fantastic experience: Loy and Thelma have been wonderful with the treatment of my two girls using the myobrace system. I must admit I was sceptical myobrace would work as well as traditional braces but I was absolutely flawed with how well it worked. Solved a serious mouth breathing / snoring problem too. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Loy and Thelma at Caring 4 Smiles for just over 20 years (since before it was called Caring4smiles) and they have always done great things for my teeth. Loy is big on preventative dentistry and i have no doubt it has helped me avoid having to have braces and other pricey procedures. Alex the hygenist is great too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: For various reasons i needed a lot of dental work doing . It wasn't easy to except but it soon became apparent that I was going to get excellent treatment . It took many visits but my mouth is very stable now and I'm very satisfied . Dr Loy gave me a treatment plan , provided evidence and showed me the final result . Fantastic experience: Before I came here with Loy I'd had a string of bad dentists. I dreaded ever going to the dentist and would often put it off for many years at a time. I only came because my wisdom teeth were killing me. They took me on the spot and rearaged their timetable to accomodate. Since having Loy as my dentist I've entirely lost the feeling of apprehention and dread that I've always felt before and my teeth have never been better. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Excellent services from Dr Kelvin and the team at Caring 4 Smiles. All the communication is clear. He emailed me the treatment plans including the cost breakdowns after my first visit. He is very professional, knowledgeable and nice. All my issues were fixed up after his caring and treatment. His skills and services are second to none.

Negative experience: I was requested to pay 120 dollar for not showing up for my dental cleaning appointment . I am glad to make that payment as this is my fault. however the reason to rate this place one star is due to their sale tactic. I felt being pressured to book future appointment. They keep calling email and text to advise you need to make the next appointment for teeth cleaning every three months, they can’t take simple no for answer I found that annoying. Never had any dentist keep chasing after customer for appointment. If my teeth require attention I can understand but not for teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Kelvin and the team at Caring 4 Smiles highly enough. All communication with them via email, phone and in person has been absolutely professional, warm and welcoming; they really do take the time to make sure you are well cared for and put at ease - even going above and beyond with keeping in touch - Kelvin made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions/concerns I had after recently having 3 of my wisdom teeth out which I found to be extremely helpful and comforting. You are treated like family or old friends instead of just a patient which adds a really nice touch. We have been so impressed with the service, atmosphere and lovely team here that we have decided to make this our permanent dentist - even though we actually live out of Auckland! If you are looking for a wonderful dental practice that will 100% look after you, this is it!

Fantastic experience: I've received excellent, friendly service from this dental practice. I am someone who avoided the dentist for years. When I contacted the practice about sudden onset wisdom tooth pain, they were able to accommodate me at very short notice and see me the same day. A year later, my teeth are in much better condition. Dr. Loyola Correa and the team consistently give thorough explanations and answer all of my questions in detail (as a health professional, I have plenty of questions). They clearly take pride in the work they do and the records they keep. I highly recommend this practice.

However, smile came back after seeing him. He checked my teeth carefully, explained clearly and helped me to made a plan to treat them.
