Admittedly, like everyone else, I’m never keen or excited to visit the dentist, particularly when needing to get some serious work done, but have to say the team there could not have made my experience any better! Fantastic experience: From the greeting of the lovely receptionist and throughout my extraction procedure and back to the receptionist at the end was such a great and professional service overall. Dr Karen Lim really made me feel comfortable with her lovely assistant who helped her (sorry I didn't get her name) and made my extraction process so easily smooth. I told them I hated needles and they guided me through the numbing procedure making sure I was ok and what not. Definitely recommend this clinic as I also didn't feel judged about my teeth and the professionalism of this clinic is 10/10 Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Ellen for many years. It was hard to find a dentists I could trust and since being with Ellen she has made me feel so comfortable. If I ever had questions or was unsure about anything she would discuss the procedure in detail. Never leaving anything out. She also gave me a couple of options both financially and what would be best in the years to come for my teeth. Rachel (who answers the phone) has been a absolute gem with my appointments and she is so understanding and lovely over the phone. Sometimes there days when I would need to change my appointment and she is more than happy to give me another date without making me feel bad. Also Ellen's nurses are super patient and lovely with me as I have high anxiety visiting the dentist (due to bad experiences with other dentists). Thank you so much for everything ladies. I truly do appreciate all your efforts and hard work. You truly do make me feel at ease when I visit you. I highly recommend Allen and her team.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Beverly for about 10-15 years, she is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me great ideas of products to use to keep my teeth healthy. Recently she identified an issue I had no idea about and now it’s all fixed up with no risk of a future emergency root canal. Everything was pain free and I always feel reassured about the health of my teeth. The Ti rakau centre had friendly staff and easy parking.

Fantastic experience: Dr Beverley Tam was fantastic… friendly, professional and very competent. I badly chipped the end off my top front tooth, which was upsetting as it felt and looked awful. I’d been told by others it would be really hard to fix because it was a biting surface so it could be prone to breaking. However Beverley dealt with it really easily and now it feels and looks great! Seemed to be very good value too. Thanks!

Negative experience: Have been going here for years but now i have gone elsewhere and have had to have almost all my teeth redone as the filling were done badly and bacteria not fully removed and my teeth now have been rotting from under the fillings and has now cost me a fortune to get them all repaired will not recommend and wont go back

Fantastic experience: Recently became a patient… I had let way too much time pass between visits, & the entire staff (starting with Rachael, the office mgr) did a really nice job ensuring that I was comfortable & accommodated… Just had a marathon session with Dr. Beverly Tam last week where she completed FOUR fillings… & I was pleasantly surprised at how pain-free I felt both during/after! Fantastic experience: I felt it was extremely important to write a review for the service I received today. The dentist was Tisha as well as Toa. I would just like to say such a big thank you especially to Tisha. I came in wanting a tooth pulled because it’s bothered me for years and without a second to think she said yes she is happy to pull it. Usually I am very anxious when it comes to extractions because I don’t like needles and I also have very long roots. So I always have someone with me to hold my hand but today I didn’t. However Tisha made me feel very comfortable and numbed me up so thoroughly that I didn’t feel any of the wiggling and then also didn’t even feel when it came out. The last dentist I had made it known that it was hard to pull my teeth but she did it with a smile. I just want to highlight IM TERRIFIED OF DENTISTS but both Tisha and Toa made my visit pain free. Makes me realise dentists aren’t scary when you have the right one. And I found the right ones. So thank you thank you thank you! I will be less afraid to come in meaning I will be coming in regularly as one should.

It’s been almost a year and am still on discomfort unfortunately I wish the dentist had told that the job is too big and suggested I see someone else. I had to get regular appointments for months which lead to nothing but pain. Do your research before going

Fantastic experience: So grateful to the wonderful staff at this dental practice, I had a nasty infected tooth,from the 1st phone call I was greeted by Rachael, who was chirpy and booked me in as soon as she could. Arriving at the practice even though I was feeling miserable, Rachael greeted me with a cheerful hello & empathy when she knew I was in pain .Emily was the dental assistant, she was so lovely & kind.Dr Ellen was straight to the point in a good way. She kept me informed the whole way through from the cost to what she was doing which made me feel at ease .she was quick & efficient. Today I wasn't feeling well so called the dentist without hesitation they booked me in for 5pm. Fantastic experience: Dr Ellen Yang is amazing. She is straight up about what work needs to be done and how much it will cost. She has helped my 14y old to straighten his front teeth with no hassle. I have a severe phobia for the dentist but Dr Yang pulled my wisdom tooth in less than 10min. She was patient with me and got the job done with no problem. I highly recommend Dr Yang and her team.

Fantastic experience: Ellen Yang and her team deliver probably the best dental care I have ever experienced. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, however Ellen is so thoughtful, professional & caring in the way she delivers her care, I no longer have that nervousness. The dental facility that the procedures are delivered in are equipped with 21st century technology that also enables the patient to see what the issues are and how they can be addressed prior to the procedure starting. Fantastic experience: Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Was attended too by some lovely receptionists. I was nervous as you can imagine, but my goodness from the numbing to xray to extraction took half an hour and boom it was over. I'm very fussy but Dr Aisha knew exactly how to deal with a nervous anxious patient. Once the numbing kicked in I didn't feel a thing. Definitely recommend Dr Aisha Ali. Thank you again

Negative experience: Avoid. Saw “Aisha Ali” as my dentist and it was a joke of a service. Right from the get go she didn’t seem interested and annoyed she has to see patients. Glad to use just for emergency but will happily return back to my original dentist.

Fantastic experience: I'm not the easiest person to have in the chair, I have panic attacks with dentists. Since coming to Ti Rakau dental centre I can actually drive there in my own, a little nervous but on my own. Dr Karen Lim and her assistant just rock, they have never made me feel silly. They are just amazing l. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Positive experience: Clinic appears to be well regarded for ordinary day to day family dentistry. However, have doubts about whether or not some of the information on the website is still current and whether the procedures as advertised on their website are actually offered at all. e.g Tooth splinting. While both the receptionist and subsequently the dentist who attended to me were friendly, Got charged ~90 dollars only to be told they wouldn't splint the tooth without explaining in lay mans terms why. In addition, upon seeking a copy of the X-ray (which I understood formed a component of the cost and which they verbally agreed to supply), they claim a systems error caused the image to be lost. If a given treatment is only offered under very specific circumstances, then may I suggest that the website should explicitly mention this, otherwise strongly suggest arranging with your web developer to have the information in question promptly altered or removed from the website as I believe this would constitute a clear breach of the Fair trading act in terms of false or misleading advertising. Cheers.

Negative experience: Upon looking online for a dental thats opened 7days i came across Ti Rakau Dental. My daughter was in Pain on Saturday night so booked an appointment online. It says on on the website free dental care for 13- 17 years. Don't really know what sense that make. Received a call in the morning by the reception she said there's a charge for consultation $65 and if we do any treatment it will be $200 we are a clinic who don't treat kids for free. They should clearly advertise properly on the website. Its sad that if a child is in pain and you have to find a dental which is open 7days n making an appointment and get to later They charge so much.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at the Ti Rakau Dental Centre. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell it has great modern facilities and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I saw DR Aisha, who I can say without a doubt is the best dentist I have visited. Her workmanship was excellent and she was very thorough explaining along the way and ensuring I was always comfortable. She is also a great human being and has knack of making you feel at ease and relaxed. Will highly recommend to anyone who needs to visit a dentist and will keep going back for sure.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at this surgery. The dentist was very professional and also very caring. He is the first dentist that I have had in my mouth for the last 25 years that I would sing praises about. So good dentistry would recommend. I have to go back after the lockdown and have no problems doing it. I was also so impressed with the last surgery done, I dropped of a Black Forest Chocolate Cake to the Dental Team a couple of days later. But, as life would have it, had a wee incident with a hard piece of toast and viola, ended up with an internet search and more options I imagined. So glad I picked Ti Rakau Dental Centre! Not only could they see me almost straight away, the service was simply awesome from reception staff right through to the wonderful and very kind dentist herself! Hasta la vista, I will be back! Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth and ended up having to have an implant to replace it. The team at Ti Rakau Dental Centre were fantastic and I can now smile without looking like a pirate. I should point out that I have a gagging problem so don't enjoy going to the dentist much, but I was well looked after. I was kept calm, the work was always done quickly and very professionally with no pain and no drama. I wont hesitate going back when I need to and I highly recommend Ti Raku Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great service from dentist and team. Broke a few teeth, all fixed up painlessly and feel good as new again. A delightful, composed receptionist who engages with your needs very thoughtfully. Excellent communication from her. Recommended.

Negative experience: A nurse/doctor gave the anaesthetic before cleaning my swollen gums, my cheek was numb but gums hurt badly during the cleaning. The nurse/doctor didn't stop to take action even after I said it's painful. She also recommonded 2 hours general anaesthetic for extracting 2 wisdom teeth. I have no courage to book an appointment of tooth extraction after all these experience.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Ti Rakau Dental highly enough. I went to see them to get a second opinion as my usual dentist seemed too overly concerned with me being pregnant to even do MOH declared safe procedures like a filing. The initial consultation was quickly booked, and very affordable with all options covered of what might need to be done, and the safest way to approach my treatment. The work was done a few days later and not only was it the most pain-free dental experience I've ever had, my wallet didn't get hurt as much as I expected either... it was over half the price that I was quoted by my original dentist and it did not require me oral surgery as my now-ex-dentist initially suggested. Dr Ellen and Belinda where amazing to chat too, very helpful with my queries and for the first time in over a decade I am actually intending to go back for regular appointments (not just when I absolutely have to), and taking my family there as well. If you need dental work, routine or otherwise, or even just a second opinion to check up that you're not being taking for a ride by your usual provider, use Ti Rakau Dental. They're knowledgeable, value for money and very understanding and kind to deal with.

Negative experience: My father had his wisdom tooth pulled out at this dental centre yesterday and he was in a tremendous amount of pain during the consultation and in the evening thereafter. We understand that the dentist responsible did not wait at all after injecting anaesthesia, nor did she wait to ensure that my father was properly sedated before proceeding with the procedure. We would not recommend this dental centre

Fantastic experience: Can I just tell y'all that talking to the lovely people who work @ Ti Rakau Dental has been genuinely more inviting and more conversational than a lot of restaurants I've been to. Makin me legit wanna go to the dentist and spend my money just so I could see them again!! All procedures done to me have been quick and painless yet so careful and so precise. Shoutout to Dr Neeraj who always laughs at all my dry jokes while still being so focused and the beautiful Rachael who never got tired of me emailing her 100 times a day asking to reschedule bc it clashes with my personal commitments. Fantastic experience: I was scared of dentists before...not anymore. I went to Ti Rakau dental for a wisdom tooth removal. Dr.Tisha and Rachel were really understanding to me and calmed me down. I recommend Ti Rakau to my friends and family. Everyone there is really kind and professional. My favorite is Rachel's beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old daughter had a severe overbite where her teeth would stick out over her lip even with her mouth closed. We went to Dr Ellen Yang last year who treated her with a removable plate to bring her bottom jaw forward. Dr Ellen and the team have been kind and gentle to my daughter and made the whole experience wonderful. The price was very reasonable (much, much less than braces!) and we saw immediate results. Now, after just over 10 months of treatment, my daughter's smile is perfect, her confidence has increased and I am thrilled to hear we may have prevented the need for braces when she is older!

Great dental treatment- very professional and I have had a crown there, and fillings - and really happy. They are in The Doctors building, and they wouldnt have anyone who wasnt good, I feel. Negative experience: I must say this was the most terrible dentist I never seen before. Doctor Ellen Yang's medical skill is very low and operation is not standard, charge is not reasonable. On 12th of February I went to the dental clinic, I have a tooth need to grind, but I have been told there was a cavity and begin to fillings without take X-Ray. After anesthesia, I can't eat and very painful. I contact her immediately but she told me wait for a few days. The following week, my pain didn't get better. So I contact her again and she let me go to the clinic again. But after the treatment, my pain become more serious and I can not open mouth. After that my face is swollen, pain to the heart is uncomfortable, so I contact her once again and she said she didn't have ability to treat and told me to see the specialist. I really want to tell the public I had a good tooth, but the doctor treat badly. I can not understand how come a filling but make things worse.I spent money and time, but only get pain. So I advise you not go to this dental clinic, or you will regret it!
