Fantastic experience: Jasmine Kamboj is exceptionally good at her craft. She has looked after my teeth for several years now and has never once caused me any pain. The reception and admin staff are very friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: My 2y9m old needed an emergency visit on a Sunday after having fallen over on tiles and hurt his front tooth. The Dentist was warm and friendly and had a great manner with children. She was very patient, kind and understanding. She took great care in examining the tooth, taking pictures and an xray. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous. The receptionist are very professional and quick thinking in terms of sorting you out. And they are very nice. Claudia is the best dentist ever. She is so knowledgeable, friendly and above all super patient focused. I'm going as far as saying, I'm looking forward to my dentist appointments. Highly recommended. Great team. They are worth it.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my Invisalign treatment thanks to Dr Tania Hetz and the staff at the The Tooth Company. The treatment took a bit longer than expected but I was told that might happen. Also, I appreciate that Dr Hetz insisted that I used a few extra aligners to make sure the teeth were properly correct and it was worth it. Very happy with the results, and with the attention provided.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental experience I’ve had. The team at The Tooth Doctor Eastridge made me feel at home right away even though this isn’t my usual practice I attend. I needed an emergency extraction on the weekend at short notice and they were able and willing to accomodate me. A huge relief as I was experiencing severe pain. I was in and out, the procedure was pain-free and I am so happy I made the choice to come here. I will be back for any work required in the future.

The 2 dentists I saw stitched me up and made a temporary appliance to help me. I am grateful for their concern and care.

The only thing might need to "complain "is giving too many colors options for my daughter chose her braces. Make me stay longer on waiting my girl.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!! Their staff are very nice and all but It is a rip off, tell me why we just paid $150 for a consult and one Xray? Also they didn’t inform us of the price of the X-ray before doing it. And their estimated prices are really expensive, i do not recommend at all.

Was able to get an urgent appointment on a Sunday for a very bad tooth ache Procedure was fast and efficient - Michelle was super gentle and I was completely at ease the entire time which is a big change for me at the dentist. Customer service was 5 stars! Highly recommend absolutely blown away by my experience from start to finish. They even called me 2 days afters to see how I was going !

I have since decided to see him too. I had an emergency appointment with Dr Michelle Sunday afternoon, and she was also amazing. Fantastic experience: I became a patient of The Tooth Company in 2022 after going almost 8 years without a dental check up, and I've been more than satisfied with their services. Since then I've been for multiple checkups and cleanings, had the tops of my molars sealed, and was referred to an excellent oral surgeon that performed four difficult wisdom tooth extractions like it was absolutely nothing. Earnestly I can't recommend The Tooth Company enough. The dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff are all extremely attentive every time I visit, while the clinic itself is very comfortable and nicely appointed. I put a lot of thought into choosing my new dentist when I was able to start going again, and I'm glad to say that I chose well.

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating pain in my wisdom tooth and it was labour long weekend. After a million calls to different dental services we found Tooth Company - I would say this place was God sent for me. I was in extreme pain and they catered to it. I went there late afternoon and they were gonna shut down soon, looking at my state they stayed back to help me. Doctor Saleem, what can I say! He is amazing and so is Jill. They were not only experts but also so humble and kind. I got my tooth extracted and left the place pain free. Maria called me after a day, bless her just to check how I was doing. Brilliant experience over all. Tooth company will be my go to for dental check ups now on. Guess , dentists aren’t that scary after all :)

Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with the service, care and follow up at The Tooth Company. Breanna has been fantastic, she completed a complex surgery that required multiple visits. Her disposition was warm, caring and professional. She was also somehow quite gentle, I certainly felt at ease while she was treating me and this has not been my previous experience with past dentists. Breanna continued to be my regular dentist after first going to her for the after hour urgent need that resulted in the surgery. I don't often leave reviews but I think this is very worthy of mention.

Fantastic experience: I had to have 4 appointments spanned out 2 weeks apart we’re also big jobs each appointment was terrified to go to my first one!! Fantastic experience: I've been seeing the team at The Tooth Company for over 10 years. Initially in Britomart and now at Eastridge. Great bunch of dentists and hygienists, and really nice people. A super friendly and welcoming practice.

Fantastic experience: We have been extremely satisfied clients of James at the Tooth Company Eastridge for years now - both himself and the entire Team provide above & beyond services in every which way, every single time. In short, we can't recommend The Tooth Company Eastridge enough!

Negative experience: Over $650 for an xray, check up and a half finished hygiene clean (mild build up). To make matters worse I was relentlesly harrassed by the owner of The Tooth Company Eastridge, James Stone. The whole ordeal was traumatising to say the least. All of this occured after I queried a late cancellation fee. I don’t mind paying a late cancellation fee however, I feel uncomfortable being charged one without my consent or knowledge. Furthermore, the late cancelation was for being sick and two appointments that I did not book. James Stone was a bully to deal with, gaslit me when I attempted to calmly explain the situation and sent me non-stop abusive emails at late hours of the night, while aparently holidaying in the UK - so creepy and unprofessional! James refused my service before entering into discusion over the cancellation fee issue despite my treatment being half finished and having already received payment from my insurance for the appointment. I am now seeing the lovely team at Hello Dental across the road where the customer experience has been calm and safe.

First time patient, the staff were friendly and helpful and even had a call to let me know they were running 10mins late. Everything was explained to me during my checkup and felt very at ease. Each tooth required root canal work including the first which required an emergency procedure during lockdown. While James Stone was my principal provider I was also seen by Tom and Rebecca. I can not recommend them highly enough. All the staff, including those on reception and assisting the Dentists, are up-beat, helpful and well informed. I received reassuring, clear and concise information regarding my dental health. I am now a permanent patient with James Stone and have no hesitation in recommending this Dentist Practice should you be searching for a new highly competent Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: I phoned this morning as in extreme tooth pain. Secretary was very friendly and helpful told me to come in. I travelled all the way from coromandel to Mission Bay to get help. Once there I only had to wait 10 minutes and Tom the dentist and his team diagnosed my problem which was a tooth infection and did a root canal very professionally and talked me through everything. So friendly and efficient at what they do, made me feel so relaxed and looked after. Also very reasonable priced. I feel so much better and no pain. Highly recommend The Tooth Company. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this Dentist. The visit started off excellently as I was greeted by one of the most friendly, helpful Receptionists you could meet. I saw Mr Edgeley. I have had many visits to dentists in the past as my teeth have always given me trouble (my prior Dentist recently retired - the only reason I was looking for a new Dentist). Mr Edgeley was amazing - he made sure I understood everything he said - took time to make sure I was not in pain. I was very apprehensive about this visit and to say it was one of the most professional, comfortable visits I have ever had at a Dentist is an understatement. I would definitely recommend this Dentist / Surgery. All round amazing Dental experience. Thanks all concerned.

Fantastic experience: Tom is an excellent Dentist. He also spent time explaining my options as I do have some gnarly issues with my teeth. Every other dentist I have seen just tell me what they are going to do without really including me in the conversation. He was happy to allow me to use acupuncture for pain relief rather than having a local anaesthetic and I am pleased to say that my experience was pain free. He also sings whilst drilling my teeth. I suggested that he be called the "Singing Dentist" Overall an excellent review as like most people I am not too keen on going to the Dentist!

Previously she had only been to a community clinic and the last time we had not had a pleasant experience. So I was a little apprehensive about going today. Kari was amazing with my daughter (7 years). It was quick, professional, and painless - so I booked myself in for an appointment next week! Highly recommended if you want going to the dentist to be a positive experience for your kids!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here at The Tooth Company Eastridge. Just as this latest lockdown began I came down with a horrible tooth root abscess. Despite all the difficulties presented by the lockdown, the team here got me in without delay and quickly arranged a root canal. I have to say, I was rather nervous about the procedure as I haven’t had any dental procedures performed in years. Needless to say, the procedure was entirely painless and went so much better than I had anticipated. After getting into the chair, I was soon very relaxed and the nerves quickly dissipated. I was immensely pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the staff at the tooth company and I would not recommend any other dentistry practice in Auckland besides The Tooth Company family of clinics. The interior and architectural design of the clinics are also really nice, they provide a real comfortable and soothing setting for any patients visiting. You certainly don’t feel like you’re in a crummy old scary medical practice. A big thanks to Dr James and the rest of the team at The Tooth Company Eastridge. Dr James is an incredibly talented dentist, and the rest of the team are also fantastic!

I usually experience some apprehension about going to the dentist but now actually look forward to my next year's check up! Fantastic experience: I have had a range of dentistry work with the Tooth Company Eastridge, including a cosmetic dental composite to correct a gap. It was beautifully done by Rebecca and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. It looks completely natural and is a real piece of art. Recently, I had an infection in my upper wisdom tooth which resulted in the worst pain of my life. Despite being fully booked, i was provided with absolutely outstanding service from the entire team. They were incredibly attentive to me during the emergency and saw me at the very end of one day to prescribe antibiotics, then first thing the next morning for emergency pain injections, and then a couple of hours later to extract the tooth. In the morning James spent time compassionately alleviating my worries about an extraction, and later that day Tom was incredibly thorough, informative and kind as he extracted my tooth (and managed to actually be quite funny, even under the circumstances!). He had my tooth out painlessly in minutes and provided easy to understand aftercare information. My gum is healing extremely well - I even went to a concert the next day! A mention too to the lovely Receptionist Salome who coordinated this (and all of my other previous appointments) with her quick attention and kindness. From a very grateful patient Tereze

Fantastic experience: Wow wow wow, this place is absolutely incredible. I came from a very dodgy dentist that cut my gums and teeth, did not worry about how I was feeling and was really rude to this. Very amazing team, everyone always smiling and extremely happy all the time. They always ask if you are okay, give you a few seconds every now and then to swallow and overall take their time with you and explain everything so well. In terms of pricing, they do not just go the route that gives them the most money. Highly recommend for everyone. Perfect for people as well who do not enjoy the dentist visits!
