Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place they are super helpful and so friendly. The dentist and his assistant there did a excellent job with my wisdom tooth. I would go there again for any further more dental issues.

Fantastic experience: Both the Dentist and his assistant were very polite and friendly . My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived 10 minutes early. Filled the form went straight into the room. Less than 20 minutes everything was over. No pain at at all. Thank you for the great service. A++

Fantastic experience: I had my molar tooth pulled out it broke but all of it was taken out. However went home later had a fever and painful. Went back next day and got antibiotics feeling a little better. If you get molars out make sure you get anti biotics to help with fever and pain on thd mend now.Thankyou Dr Ala Al Attar you were patient, kind and friendly very professional Dr. Arohanui.

Negative experience: Terrible service, Terrible extraction, payed over 1.5 thousand dollars for three teeth to be removed and the have left pieces of my tooth in my gum witch now has healed over . I will have to get cut open to get them removed witch should be been done first time around especially for what they charged me to of the 3 teeth she removed still has fragments of tooth still in there . Recommend you avoid this place and the poor practice.

Negative experience: Do not trust or beleave anything this money hungry un professional dentist tells you...he's rude an insists you quote winz for work NOT even required.WORST DENTIST EVER

Negative experience: I had Dr. Al Attar a first he was great we sorted out my front teeth but I notice 1 of my teeth on side didn't match the other seemed half don which was causing some sensitivity on that tooth. I booked in to get it fulled in more as it was all it was needing done but he was absolutely rude to me and my mother in law he was questioning her saying ( are you dentist. How would you know what your looking at ) but you could clearly see it didn't look at all right he got extremely angry and upset and ended up doing the opposite, he ended up shaving it down more which has cause a bigger problem because of his temperature tantrum , have booked in with the henderson one to see if they can fix as he isn't fixing his mistake on my tooth, I wouldn't even bother going to ranui untill they have gotten a new dentist in.

Positive experience: I had a bad tooth ache and I was seen and treated within a few hours of my enquiry. Very impressed with the prompt service.

Negative experience: I recently visited Smile Dental for a free examination due to an urgent tooth issue as my usual dentist was unavailable. I was seen by Dr. Al Attar, who recommended two X-rays at $40 each for one tooth examination. This seemed unusual to me based on my regular dental visits, one X-ray is typically sufficient for examining a single tooth. When I asked Dr. Al Attar for clarification on why two X-rays were needed, he was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation & agreed to take just one X-ray. I felt uncomfortable with the situation & it seemed there was a lack of transparency & integrity, which made me feel as though the recommendation might have been financially motivated.

Fantastic experience: Would reccomend Dentist Yu chen and her assistant at the Ranui smile Dental to anyone. Awesome customer service they provided, very quick and gentle with her hands. Offers numbing ointment for the gums before inserting Anesthetic needle. My whole extraction service took less than 45mins and was $40 with a community service card. Sends a aftercare text to check in on the recovery process a few days later. If you are a full time worker she still helps in anyway she can to provide the right service your needing.

I was so scared but they spoke to me as a person not a dollar sign. Negative experience: My last 2 appointments I had to wait 20-25 mins after my scheduled time. I was also not notified straight away when my dentures wax mould was back from the Lab. I was told it would take about a week. After over 2 weeks I rang to enquire about it and was told it was back the week before. When I asked why I wasn't notified to come in earlier, the receptionist said she thought she called me but hadn't. Not very happy about everything and it is a lot of money I am spending $2000

Fantastic experience: I'm absolutely happy with the service I received from the specialist dentist at Ranui. He was amazing and made me comfortable considering the work I had done. So far I've had 5 teeth pulled out and bottom gums cleaned in 2 sessions. And through the first session I had to have surgery meaning he had to cut my gum to remove the root. He did a good job and its healed up nicely. I would definitely recommend him at Ranui.

Fantastic experience: I went to Smile Dental Glenfield last week for a dental appointment, The doctor who helped me was Dr. Yu-Chen Hsiao. It was the first time I met her. She had a very good attitude towards patients. She knew what the patients wanted and was considerate. Let the patient feel no pressure, she gave several sets of plans to let patients have multiple choices, let patients feel very friendly, and at the same time gave patients more self-confidence, this is my impression of the dental visit, thank you Dr. Yu-Chen Hsiao . 我上星期去Smile Dental Glenfield 看牙，帮我看牙的医生是萧羽辰医生，我也是第一次遇见她，她对待病人态度真得非常好，知道病人想要什么，善解人意，让病人感到没有压力，她给出了几套方案让病人有多重选择，让病人感到很亲切，同时又给了病人更多的自信心，这就是我这次看牙的一点感想，谢谢萧医生。

Negative experience: Definitely do not recommend this dentist. In all honesty, the worse experience of my life.. I use to be traumatized of the dentists as a kid, growing up I was fine with it ( was at another dentist ) however.. after coming here for basic filling, and clean(gum treatment) im traumatized all over again. Literally injected like 4 times in different places just for 2 fillings.. and they were painful as! I could feel the needle being pulled out of where he injected.. in all honesty, do you even know where you should inject the needle in order for it to numb!? I was even saying “ouch” but was ignored.. other than him saying “Good girl” ..cringe.. left feeling so tense.. like my body was in shock like I’ve never felt that kind of pain after any dental treatment I’ve had all 22 years of my life. My whole mouth/lips/tongue and cheeks felt numb for hours afterwards & my mouth was bleeding a lot.. Think I’ll stick with my regular dentist as they do their treatments so nicely, and I never feel anything after receiving ONE numbing injection. Really need some work? Or perhaps a new “EXPERIENCED” within this age qualified dentist.. and the assistant on the other hand.. was like putting the suction hose thing in all the wrong places in my mouth. Wasn’t doing what she needed to do. Glad I know to not come here again!

Positive experience: I received 2 fillings and they were done extremely well by the dentist who is an absolute expert at his job & he clearly knows exactly what he is doing. The staff didn’t really talk to me much though or interact with me so that’s why I’ve left it a 4 star. It would have been nice if the process was made to be a little more personable but I understand it can be a stressful job so thank you anyway! :)

Negative experience: My dad came here thrice to get a root canal and they couldn't reach the bottom each time. So it pretty much failed and his pain continued. Instead of referring him to a specialist and admitting they didn't have the appropriate tools to do it they wasted his time and thousands of dollars.

Negative experience: Booked a checkup, that got cancelled. Rebooked and was called 10 minutes before the appointment for them to cancel again. My experience was the worst dental experience i have ever had in my life and caused me so much pain and discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth out. I had a very good explination of what is going to happen before surgery. What to do for post care and also a good follow up session when I went to get my stitches out were I was able to ask about certain concerns that I had during the healing process and everything was explained to me and I felt comforted on my way out the door to finish the rest of my healing process at home.

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to have Dr Attar and his fabulous Dental assistant at Ranui Branch . I have extremely bad anxiety about the dentist but Dr Attar was amazing he was understanding and so gentle . I was explained every step of the way and was made very comfortable at each visit I was scared of the dentist but I’ll be coming back regularly and only seeing Dr Attar he is the best and full of knowledge. The admin who do all the bookings also have been so accommodating when Ive had to cancel and rebook so friendly and nothing’s ever a problem. I love Smile dental because of their staff , thank you Dr Attar you have been amazing .

Positive experience: The overall experience was ok. I went for an exam and a clean & polish. I was given loads of information but was left confused about what to do going forward. Once it was all done, I was left sitting there not sure what to do next. The dentist turned his back and the assistant walked out. Customer service is not that great. I'm not sure I'd use them as my regular dentist.

Negative experience: Would not recommend worst dentist, Dentist fel asleep while drilling, as a result he cut my daughters lip, never apologised we put in a complaint no action was taken didn't catch his name but he's a very old man with white hair wears glasses also white facial hair so BEWARE guys

Positive experience: Okay if you need a quick, cheap-ish filling or extraction. I was, however, not very pleased with my experience here; Dentist was quite abrupt and did not explain things very well, the anesthetic injections were VERY painful, his bedside manner could have been better, and I ended up in excruciating pain after a couple of weeks. Went to a different dentist and was much happier with their service. If you need extensive dental work I would go elsewhere.

First I didn't no he had already pulled the tooth,then to find he had cut the gum away! All done in half an hour no pain! He will now be my dentist lol.best dentist ever!!! Thank you.
