Fantastic experience: They are so lovely here they helped me when my child needed to go not once not twice but three times for three fillings. I thought it was going to be hard doing one but we did it then I thought coming back two more times would be impossible. However everyone is so lovely kind and patient with her and really worked hard to help keep her calm. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my dental cleanup done today at the clinic and my experience is fantastic. Loy and Dr Lisa were very friendly and professional and they make you feel so comfortable. I like the fact that they don't judge you. I have sensitivity in my gums and for me getting a cleanup is painful. But Dr Lisa made sure that I dont feel the pain :)

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lake Panorama dental clinic. The team is very professional and make you feel comfortable. Dr Lisa is excellent at her work, with her gentle efficient touch. Loy is ever so friendly and always helpful, especially in letting you know if there is a cancellation, when you are ready to be available at short notice. The clinic is clean, with beautiful calming views (for those who are extremely anxious of dental visits) and the music outside whilst waiting and while you are in the dental chair, puts you at ease. It's very easy to get to if you use public transport, like me. Train to Henderson station and then bus number 143 from stop A outside the Henderson train station. It's a 9min bus ride :) And the clinic, which is in a residential area, is 2 minutes walk from the bus stops. (For someone who has hip issue-like me/walking difficulty, the uphill very slight inclination is fine to walk). All in all, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have always disliked gong to dentist's growing up in india as i didnt fancy the pain and all the tools in the mouth that comes with it. I used to avoid going until i was in pain. After meeting Loy and Lisa i can honsetly say they both make this experience pain free. I find myself writing this review as i voluntary visit for checkups. My dental hygiene has improved tremendously compared to before and i really appreciate the love and care through the little and big procedures. Highly recommend for anyone! A++

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist is about 20 years due to anxiety, but it got to the point I couldn't hide away from them anymore, I needed help due to the worst tooth pain I've ever had in my life. I went in for a checkup to see what the damage would be and left with a good plan on how this would be achieved. It was very daunting knowing what needed to happen. First off as someone who is neurodiverse and has severe anxiety around dentists, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere when I arrived, it was quiet, empty, clean - Loy is lovely and calmed my nerves very quickly. After several visits now and a couple more to go I can truly say that Dr Lisa and her dental assistant Amelia are so wonderful and really made me reassess my fear of dentists. They are so accommodating and understanding. Lisa, Amelia and Loy really are the dream team and I will return for regular checkup/cleans!

I liked her open style - she first explained everything that would be done during the appointment (including costs) - kept checking during the process that I was ok. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Lisa since the last several years & can vouch for her competence. Lisa helped identify & rectify poor dental work done by dentists overseas. Otherwise I might have landed in a disaster situation. She is very patient & keeps the patient engaged during the entire appointment. Our whole family of 5 are patients of Dr Lisa. She is consistent in her treatment, kindness, openness & empathy towards her patients.

Negative experience: I'm quite dissatisfied with my experience at this dentist. It only took me 3 visits and they have already snapped an instrument in my tooth nerve, and was told to close my mouth 4-5 times when my face was too numb to tell if my tongue was in the way. Rather than checking my dentist told me to close harder each time leaving a mess of my tongue. I have no idea where the other 56 5 star reviews came from as they couldn't even meet a minimum standard.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing tooth pain and I was worried that it would get worse before the weekend. I had only recently moved into the area so I didn’t have a regular dentist set up. I sent Lake Panorama Dental a message and they were amazing. They made an effort to fit me in so they could check me out and were so friendly. I am definitely booking them in as my regular dental service.

I had an emergency chipped on my composite veneers done overseas and they were able to get me in as quickly as possible! Fantastic experience: I have avoided the dentist since school due to traumatic experiences. So, after 40 years of avoidance, I finally went into Lake Panorama Dental and had Dr Lisa Fernandes pull a tooth out this week. I was terrified. I told them so. They let me wear my noise-cancelling headphones, so I put on music and tried to sink into that to calm me down. She injected me. Didn't feel a thing. She bashed at my tooth. She used pliers. She did the drill. It was done in 30 minutes. I barely felt anything. Tooth broken and extracted. She is a dental goddess. I cannot rave enough. She has single-handedly changed the paradigm for me on dentistry. Maximum respect. I will be going to her now at least once a year to keep my teeth in good shape. Fantastic experience: I had a filling today right at the back of my mouth upper, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it took to remove the old amalgam filling treat the actual cavity before applying the light cured filling material. At no time did I feel anxious or frightened which is quite something for me Dr Lisa put me at my ease explained what was to be done and why very informative. The young lady assisting was spot on unobtrusive and efficient I hate that build up of water at the back of the mouth I have experienced at other dentists not the case here at all.If one could say I enjoyed having my tooth filled I can honestly say that I did and I will not worry about visiting my dentist next time. Just a quick footnote the front of house which I might add is impeccably furnished as is the surgery all new equipment nice and modern-day I digress the receptionist front of house is simply AWESOME a pleasure to talk to and each time I have been I have been made to feel very welcome and at my ease. Fantastic experience: First timer and I had an amazing experience at my new dentist today. Dr Lisa & Loy Fernandes were extremely friendly - although Lisa treated me personally. She was very gentle and handled my two fillings really well, made me feel comfortable and was really fast as well. On top of that they're running a 15% off until June 2020 so it only cost me 300 bucks (another dentist quoted me like double that at least).

Fantastic experience: Lake panorama Dental is one of the best clinics I've visited in all my years of seeing various dentists. State of the art clean modern facilities, ample of parking near the clinic. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and treat you more as a family member than just a customer which a lot of other practices lack in my opinion. All procedures undertaken here are done to a very high standard. Dr Lisa is excellent and I personally dont mind traveling over 50km for any of my dental work.

Being a dentist myself, I feel very proud in saying that Dr. Lisa is exceptional at her work, being it greeting a patient or time management. Fantastic experience: I took my 14 year old daughter Jasmin to Lake Panorama Dental because she was complaining about her tooth pain. I had not been to Lake Panorama Dental before and was a little bit apprehensive. Dr Lisa was kind to see her and found out that Jasmin had 7 fillings to be done. I was very surprised because just 6 weeks back, I took Jasmin to the school referred dentist (no names disclosed) and they said everything was OK and teeth are good condition etc. So 7 fillings cannot appear on a 14 years old child in less than 6 weeks. Basically, what the other dentist checked was really a bad job done, lied to us that everything was OK. I would never go to them again. Dr Lisa sorted out Jasmin's problems in just 2 sittings. She was very polite, friendly and kept updating me all the time. She also made some suggestions and recommendations for Jasmin to use while brushing etc. One thing to say, Dr Lisa knows her job well. She is very professional in her job and does everything perfectly, the right way. Fantastic experience: The most friendly and welcoming Dental clinic I have ever visited. The team at Lake Panorama Dental go above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable and they take the time to explain what they're going to do and why. Another thing that I am thoroughly impressed with is the upfront honesty about cost. This is easily one one of the top Dental clinics in Auckland if you don't mind a bit of a drive, depending on where you live. They are out west. I can therefore give my highest recommendation to these guys and will certainly be returning when I need further work done.
