Fantastic experience: Went in for a check up and needed a couple of fillings, was booked in and came back for the fillings the next week. Staff were very friendly and professional, they made everything very easy.

Dr. Renalda resolved my wisdom tooth extraction in less than 5 minutes. The service delivery is central to the patient and the treatment is painless and effective. This is the best dental care I have received in Auckland.

Fantastic experience: The team at Kelston Dental Care are fantastic; professional, skilled, and make a visit to the dentist as enjoyable and painless as possible. Renalda (dentist), Kacey (assistant), Tamsin (hygienist), and Serafima (receptionist) are all friendly, warm, and welcoming. Due to breaking a tooth not so long ago, along with needing to catch up with dental work that I'd put on hold since Covid hit NZ, I've been there quite a bit over the past few months, and every visit has been a positive one. For anyone who is a bit nervous about dental visits, you can always accept their offer of headphones and quietly zone out while watching the TV attached to the ceiling, but I enjoy listening to the conversation even more than the TV. I am sure they would be a great choice for those who usually find dental appointments stressful, as it is clear that they really do care about their patients (after one fairly major visit, I got a follow-up phone call the day after, to check on how I was doing). At the risk of sounding a bit cheesy, I can honestly say that at Kelston Dental there really is plenty to smile about.

Fantastic experience: Firstly pricing , Kelston dental was $3000 cheaper then a well known dental clinic with a big smile to have the work I needed on my teeth done , Kelston dental after care is amazing once the work on the teeth has been done , in all the times I spent in the waiting room I never once saw a person walk out that wasn't smiling and happy with thier experience at Kelston dental care , they have TVs on the ceiling that play Netflix and you can choose what you would like to watch while the dentist is working your teeth , if you have a fear of dentists let them know because they will do everything within thier power to help you feel safe and comfortable while they look after your teeth . Reception always greeted me and others I saw come in with a genuine smile and were very friendly while still staying professional and they will happily chat with you to help you feel comfortable while you wait for a dentist . The dentist themselves are awesome and will also happily chat with you to help you through the whole experience and they give full explanations about what they are going to do and will happily answer any questions you have . My daughter's love going to the dentist now that we have changed over to Kelston dental and my fear of dentists has gone since i've been going to Kelston , when I first went there I was scared and extremely nervous , by the time I left I was smiling and happy and no longer afraid , they are awesome with kids and my girls loved that they could watch Netflix which helped with thier whole experience . Everything about Kelston dental is about safety , comfortableness and that family atmosphere feeling and Kelston dental does it all perfectly

Negative experience: Worst place to visit and no professionalism at all charged me all the money and damaged my teeth and on the last session was told to refer to a specialist as Dr. Regina damaged my teeth and she cant infill it and fix it.

Fantastic experience: When my son went to KBHS he was sent here for Dental care. The Dentist (the older man) was absolutely lovely, and took great care of him. Lockdown happened and my son had wisdom teeth problems needing emergency treatment. Unfortunately at the time we couldn't get an appointment so we ended up going to another dentist on Lincoln road who was not giving us forthcoming information - which I ended up having to challenge them for. Long story short, we should have waited the time out to go back to Kelston Dental as they are Honest people, compassionate, they really listen to you and care. In addition, they will not try rip you off. Me and my son love their services, ALL their dentists (as we have been getting a lot of work done to our winning smiles), their receptionists (Alesha and the other girl make you feel like whanau) and are loyal to them from here on and forever. I have shared this story to all my friends and family - I hope I can help you all now.

Fantastic experience: Hygenist Yvonne is awesome. i have good teeth but average gums. she keeps my gums great, which in turns keep my teeth from falling out which nearly happened as i neglected proper oral care as youngster which is pretty gross. so dont be gross, get ur teeth sorted here. :) I've been going here for about six years now.
