My family and I have been under the care of Dr. Nada for over 15 years, and we continue to be very impressed by her professionalism and excellent manner. She always explains each step of the treatment clearly and ensures that we understand and consent before proceeding. Dr. Nada consistently seeks our permission throughout the process and makes sure it remains valid at every stage. She also takes the time to answer all our questions thoroughly, which gives us great confidence in the care we receive. My family and I highly recommend Dr. Nada without hesitation.

Nada carefully examined the missing piece on my fixed bridge and I love how she gave me options but strongly recommend not to spend on unnecessary dental treatment. They even offer free consultation to new patients, they are not after your money and only wants the best for their customers. Having reached out to Ocean View Dental I was impressed how efficient and helpful this husband and wife team are. Peter confirmed my emergency booking immediately (my filling had fallen out) and Nada is an absolute professional. I am not good with dentists - having had less than pleasant experiences before. But Nada is great - she took good care of me and told me exactly what was happening as she was going along. She has seen my husband, and both my children in the last few months. I will be staying!

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely terrified about going to see a dentist but I had no choice yesterday, Monday 18 March 24 because I was in pain and having problems eating. A old filling had broken and not my tooth but my poor tongue was shredded because my tooth was so rough. I found no judgement but just lovely people happy to help. The dentist was an angel very gentle and she gave me so many options to suit any budget. I’ll be back soon for a scale and polish because I love this dentist and I told her so. I’m a real person and I’m not making this up, I would highly recommend them.

I recently had an issue with one of my molars, which resulted in inflammation in my gum. However, the skilled professionals applied a filler, leaving me with no discomfort or inflammation. Additionally, I returned for a thorough cleaning of all my teeth, and the results were outstanding. What sets this place apart is their commitment to customer service. Negative experience: Worst dentist ever, totally don’t recommend unless you wanna leave in pain having to go somewhere else to get there botched job fixed

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL PRACTISE. I came to your office on Friday 9th February for tooth pain & to have the tooth extracted due to it being broken. After the first injection I informed you that I could still feel pain, while we were waiting for the injection to kick in you were on your computer filling in other patient’s information (screen was shared to the screen infront of me)and I could see all of their private information, you didn’t reply to me when I asked to do another injection so I had to ask again to which you replied “yes but then we are doing the extraction straight away” I told you that it still wasn’t numb but you still went ahead on trying to take the tooth out, when you were trying pull the tooth out it snapped in half and without using any suction to get the piece of tooth out you told me “don’t swallow it” and had to search around my mouth to find the big piece of tooth you had snapped off You done another injection after I begged for it and then you continued to try pull the tooth out and I was crying telling you that I could still feel pain, I tried my hardest to brave through the pain with tears streaming down my face and once it got too much I tried to push you away and say please stop it hurts but you pushed back and kept trying to pull it out. I have never felt so much pain in my life and you and your husband who were in the office could both hear me sobbing and telling you it hurts. Your reply was “WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!” You were extremely rude and completely disregarded the pain I was in, you tried to say the reason it was sore was because my tooth was infected so that’s why I could feel it all. I am not sure why you kept trying to pull the tooth out when you knew that the injection was not working, you even said yourself you had given me the maximum amount. During my visit with you, there was no dental assistant sucking the blood/saliva out of my mouth so I was having to wipe the blood dripping down my chin & also having to get up during my appointment to walk to the sink to rinse my mouth out. After I begged you to stop the 4th time I told you I need to go out to talk to my partner he came in and asked what was happening and your husband said “have your money back” that just tells me that even he knew what had happened was wrong. After this appointment I had to spend the next 3 hours driving around to find somewhere that could take my badly botched extraction tooth out with all 3 of my children and I was in excruciating pain. I have now had to go to a better dental practice and be put under sedation to get the remaining piece of tooth out. The amount of anxiety and fear I now have going to the dentist is because of you. I am so disappointed and let down by your practice. The tooth that was taken down was right on my sinus which you never informed me. I have emailed my complaint to you and never heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I had phoned to ask if they had a number for an emergency dentist - Peter's response was "we"ll come - you wouldn't have phoned if it wasn't important". Since then I had had another 2 painless visits, with Nada explaining everything before starting. This is a welcome change from a previous dentist. Fantastic experience: Dr Nada impressed me with her ability to perform my fillings without any injections at all. The small amount of discomfort was much less painful than a needle! It is clear that she puts her patients health first and communicated with me every step of the way to keep me calm. I was recommended by a friend and she will be my regular from now on too!

She liaised well with the dental technician we chose to get plates made for the best outcome. She also was very gentle with a very nervous grandaughter. Fantastic experience: I have recently had some dental work done at Ocean View Dental. Being a very nervous patient I was apprehensive about the visit but had a pleasant surprise as everything was very professional, everyone very friendly, no 'nasties' and reasonable cost. Fantastic experience: Went to Nada with a problem with my partial plate and I was fortunate to get into see her on the same day. I found her to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Nada was able to fix my plate and she was also able to whiten my front teeth, which really improved my smile, which I was pleased about. Negative experience: I had root canal treatment there and all went well professionally. However, when I went there for the first time, the doctor was having a chat with a receptionist in front of the computer and the treatment started later than scheduled. At the second visit, the doctor was not even in the clinic at the appointment time. So I asked the receptionist and he said to me, even without a single apology, that she was on the way from outside. The treatment ended up starting 20 min later than scheduled. So the customer service was not really professional, as is usual with New Zealand. And the price for dental treatment is outrageous compared to my country. But they apologised for all of these inconveniences (apart from the price, of course!) that I experienced there after they had a look at this comment. So I believe that they will do much better from now on. All the best for them :)
