Fantastic experience: I can only describe Fiona and Jodie as outstanding on every level. I hadn't been to the dentist for 8 years. Afraid not only of the dental experience in general but also the cost, knowing I had a huge tooth cavity to deal with, which I thought would need to be removed for sure. Fi is lovely, Okay, just lovely. She spent the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I had a full analysis done, then Fi was able to come up with a long term plan, fixing the most important things first with full transparency on cost and work needed. Since my second visit, I'm so happy with the work done to fix my tooth. I no longer have the fear I once had of going to the dentist, that's coming from someone who's generally quite anxious. Fi even phoned me later that evening to make sure I was Okay. What Dentist does that? I'm so happy I found Fi and Jodie. Thank you! You are both amazing and I look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous going to the dentist, as I haven't been in a few years, but that nervousness went out the door as soon as I met Fi. She is super positive, and engaging and really took the time to get to know me as a new client before we started. She was great at explaining everything that was happening, and what to expect before she began. I felt extremely well looked after, it was hands down the most positive and informative dental checkup I have ever had. The reception staff were also really great, effectively communicating with me around appointment changes, and timings as well. 100% recommend Gardens Dental!

Fantastic experience: Fi is the best dentist hands down! I have never liked going to the dentist but I love going now because she is so good at what she does, makes the whole experience more than enjoyable and while she works away I am more focussed on watching Star Wars she does amazing work and tells me all the tips for prevention so I stop spending money on her! hahaha she is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've always avoided the dentist as hated it so much and never had a good experience until I meet Fi at Gardens Dental. She makes you feel super welcome and like your going see your friend, she cares about you as a person and not just about getting her job done and taking your money. Gardens Dental also allows you to put money into a account to save towards the work you have booked which for someone like was super helpful and made paying my dental bill not feel so daunting. I'm moving to New Plymouth this year and I'm very sad to say goodbye. Fi is the most amazing dentist and I can't see how anyone could ever replace her. I may even need to do the 4 hour drive back just to see her still very highly recommend to absolutely everyone! I'm going miss you Fi.

I was a rather nervous patient during my recent visit where I needed a filling, but I was put at complete ease...who would have thought going to the dentist could actually be relaxing!!! I was literally waiting for the drill but couldn’t feel a thing the entire time and then all of a sudden it was over before I thought it had begun! Fantastic experience: How often can you say you look forward to going to the dentist? Well if you are a client of Fi, it wont take you long. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed with Fi's expert referral, 2 fillings and going back for a clean. She is most definitely the friendliest dentist in town. Hands down. Im not one to write a review, but after having my BEST experience ever with a dentist, it was a no brainer. But its not just Fi who made my experience, it was the cleanliness of the practice, the welcoming smile from the receptionist, hygienist and assistant. Thank you Fi and the team at Gardens Dental!

Fantastic experience: I could not possibly recommend Fiona and her team at Gardens Dental more. When first introduced to Fiona, she assisted in saving me thousands by undertaking some advanced gum issues I had and very successfully. Her bedside manner is awesome and her experience shows through with her ability to make all aspects of dental care almost painless. Fantastic experience: Fiona has been my dentist since I moved to Tauranga 5 years ago. I don't like going to the dentist but Fiona and her right hand woman Vicki do make it almost a fun experience. Aside from the laughter, Fiona has made sure I keep my gums in the best condition - they didn't used to be. I hate pain at the dentist and Fi always ensures I have plenty of pain relief. She has done crowns for me and I have been very grateful for her expertise in this. Fi also always follows up with a phone call post a procedure, just to check in as to how I am doing. Much appreciated. I do not hesitate in referring friends and acquaintances to Gardens Dental.

Fantastic experience: The best ever, I am 48 and I have lived in the US and England. Having been a horrible child with poor dental hygiene I have had many visits to the dentist. Fiona and her team are friendly, honest and give you options not just a bill. Give them a shot and make sure to tell them Scott Koster referred you as I bet Fiona I could refer enough clients to cover my next filling.

Fantastic experience: Like the other reviews which are so accurate, I can't say enough about this dentist. If i had one word for Fiona and Vicki at Garden Dental "Amazing" I have had allot of work done recently and they have been fantastic. From feeling terrified to completely relaxed while in their care. Fiona fixed my chipped tooth and like a true magician it looks brand new. As it is a front tooth I am extremely greatful. I have more ongoing work but looking forward to it now. Fantastic experience: Unbelievable. I went to Fiona for the 1st time and she cleaned my teeth. I have had a stain on one of my lower front teeth for decades, which other dentists told me could not be removed. I didn't even point it out to her -- but now it is gone! Amazing service! I would recommend Fiona to everyone!

By my own admission my teeth were not looking great when I first went to see Fiona, after years of putting off going to see a dentist. However, I cannot recommend Fiona enough, she is superb at what she does and goes above and beyond to ensure you put at ease and feel absolutely no pain at all. She is backed up by an awesome team as well, notably Vicky her extremely capable assistant. Now my teeth look good again and I'm no longer terrified of going to see the dentist. Great work team!

A modern, clinic with up-to-date equipment, but with the personal care and experience that you miss out on at a franchised clinic. I can't recommend this clinic, or Fiona, highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Fi has been my dentist since we moved to Tauranga almost 7 years ago. Fi's tag line is the friendliest dentist in town and while that is completely true, it doesn't give her credit for being technically brilliant and extremely knowledgable and she is super gentle, plus I don't need a separate Hygienist which with my previous dentist was often worse than the dental appointment! I actually love going to the dentist just to catch-up with Fi.

Fantastic experience: Was very impressed with my first appointment. Fiona and Vicky are very friendly and put you at your ease. I am in the dental field myself as a technician but still nervous about going to the dentist! My last dentist in Australia had reccomended a course of treatment that I hadn't followed up with and at my consultation Fiona said that it was not actually necessary at this point which made me very happy! It's refreshing to find a dentist with a conservative approach who doesn't want to just do stuff for the sake of it. They were also clear about the cost of the appointment without me even having to ask. I would definitely reccomend them and I won't be nervous about my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Have you ever had a dentist appointment where you didn't want it to end?? I got a same day appointment to check on a chipped tooth before my wedding day. I could not believe the level of service and nice atmosphere of Gardens Dental. I felt like I was being invited to someone's gorgeous living room. Fiona and Vicky could not have been nicer. They put me at ease and took such great care of me. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: These guys actually answer their phone when you ring. They give you an appointment that isn't weeks away when you break a tooth. They text you a reminder when your appointment is due. They wait for the painkillers to work before they start drilling. They are friendly, efficient, funny, gentle and ring to check on you after your appointment. What more could you ask of a dentist? I love these guys.

Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic I've been to EVER, the staff were lovely and welcoming and the dentist I had (Fiona)was wonderful. So chatty and friendly she made me feel very welcome. Her policy was to not push on with any work until she was 100% sure there would be no pain. To think that a tooth extraction is usually something to fear and worry about, after coming here I will never worry again. A pain free and quick procedure even with my stubborn tooth. And the last thing I expected was a phone call from Fiona at 8pm checking to make sure I was well and there were no problems. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody needing dental work. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I am without doubt one of the most scared of dentist persons you could ever find, I had horrific treatment as a child and even now face the dentists chair with my heart banging. HOWEVER Fi has been my saviour, her calm , kind, capable and reassuring approach has meant that my teeth are now in top condition. Her knowledge and expertise is awesome, I have entrusted my whole family to her care and they too have benefited form her excellent care. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this Dentist to anyone. The staff are all wonderful, the reception area is warm and inviting and it gives off more of a homely feeling than a cold dentist office. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and helped me sign up as a new patient as well as answer my questions. The Dentist, Adam, was fantastic. He explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I had to get four injections to numb my mouth and I barely felt any of them. The extractions of my two wisdom teeth was a breeze. The Dental Assistant, Vicky, was also lovely. She helped me not to feel nervous and was super kind and bubbly. Again, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Gardens Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Fiona was really nice and even made progress with an issue several dentists before her had shrugged their shoulders at. She even followed up with me later in the day and was very open with prices the whole way through. To top it off, the office is one of the nicest buildings I've been in. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Fiona is truly an exceptional dentist and we are very happy to have found her. Our family of four have all had dental work done with Fiona and each of us has had a really wonderful experience (how many people can honestly say that about going to the dentist!). She is knowledgeable and forthright and uses some excellent technology to keep you informed while all work is being done. She took the time and care to be sure our procedures were painless and explained everything along the way. She resolved an issue our daughter had with her front teeth (where another local dentist had just shrugged and said he couldn't help her) that has made a world of difference to her confidence in her smile. Fantastic experience: Being a typical middle aged male growing up in New Zealand during the 70's my dental experiences as a child were hideous. After meeting Fiona and her team I cannot say enough of the professional friendly dental care she offers with reassurance that a once scary experience is now a pain free regular visit to Tauranga's new 'Friendliest Dentist.'
