Fantastic experience: I have had fears of visiting the dentist. The dentist I saw was "Rafi" he couldn't have been more caring and understanding of my fear. Reassurance was provided by him every step of my tooth extraction. The staff are very welcoming as well. Totally recommend

Yuen was very informative, explained her entire treatment plan thoroughly and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. Couldn't recommend her work enough, I am super happy with the end result.

Fantastic experience: Kia ora! I hate dentists and actually have a fear of them.. however, Dr Jason Lee and his assistant, Liza were really nice and welcoming! I had a couple of appointments with Dr Lee. He explained everything throughly and went through the whole process with me on the day. He’s also really funny! And reception staff were welcoming :) Ngā mihi nui Masterton Dental! I’ve been to two other dentists (Lumino here and Lumino in Whangārei), and they weren’t that great.. and their prices were expensive! I think supporting local business is important too! Fantastic experience: I got a filling and top 2 wisdom teeth removed. They were super friendly the whole time, explained everything that was going on and always made sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable. Best dentist experience so far. 10/10 recommend. (Reception ladies are super friendly to)

Fantastic experience: After I broke my tooth, I called the clinic and was able to secure an appointment for a quick look within a few days. That went fine - and was on time which is always appreciated - and I secured an appointment for a crown and clean the following week. Lovely ladies on reception.

Fantastic experience: Today was one of the most wonderful days of my life, no kidding. After loosing my smile when I was 11, now 64. after wearing an uncomfortable ugly partial plate and broken teeth I HAD to do something. I never wanted that toothless look that takes Years off your appearance. It costs a bit but hand on heart it has been worth every penny. The ultimate treatment, results, care and wonderful reception and nursing care is everything I hoped for. Noor and Dani were outstanding always ensuring I was comfortable during the procedure and they even allowed me to watch my crown being made, amazing. Noor from the first day ensured a thorough examination and then discussed options with me, then the decision was mine to make. To top it off they phone in a week as a check up. Outstanding

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful team. Non-judgemental, caring, and great with anxious patients. They have up to date technology and use it to explain everything thoroughly. They provide many different options for treatments like IV sedation for surgical removals, but also put you in control of your choices. The pain management given after a total wisdom tooth removal surgery was brilliant and recovery has gone well. Just all round amazing team. It is expensive but it is absolutely worth it, I have never been to a better dental service.

My son came in for an emergency appointment after having an accident at school, she went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable and confident. She has such a kind nature and we will definitely be using Masterton Dental for all future dental needs. Absolutely impressed!

Fantastic experience: I've had more than a handful of bad experiences at the dentist making me put off much needed work. I can't praise the team at Masterton Dental any higher. I had Michelle Bolt and Aiyaan Abzal working with me. I explained how anxious I get etc and they made my experience so easy. Kind and gentle, always explained what was been done every step of the way. From someone that would sink into the chair with fear, I can honestly say I had none of that here. Fantastic experience: I went there today to have some intense dental work. Meet by Michelle Bolt and then Aiyaan Abzal. I went from a shaking possum in a corner to strong tall Kauri tree, with this great team beside me this job was done and dusted. Thank you for all the time and patience you took with me. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental experience I have had EVER!!! From the minute I walked into the clinic I was welcomed by the lovely ladies at the reception area. Then I met the wonderful Aiyaan and Michelle. They took such great care of me that I literally forgot about the dreaded dental anxiety. From start to finish Aiyaan was meticulous in his work. I couldn't be happier with my end result. I cannot fault Aiyaan and Michelle they really are a excellent team. Thankyou so much for taking such good care of me!

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but awesome experiences at Masterton Dental. The dental nurses are very caring and as someone who is anxious when it comes to dental work this is really important to me. They also have TVs on the screens playing nature, animal shows etc which creates a really calming environment for anxious patients like myself. The clinicians are extremely skilled at what they do. This is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been too and I highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing dental experience!

Fantastic experience: Y'all are great. Aiyaan was friendly and personable, atmosphere lively and comfortable. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name but she was also very friendly. They strapped me into a cool spinning x-ray machine which made me feel like I was on the set of Star Trek (which was cool, because I've never been on the set of Star Trek before) and also it let me see what the inside of my head looks like. Spoiler alert: mostly bones and teeth. 5 stars, except pretend each star is one of those shiny foil stickers that says "you're a star!" that your year 3 teacher puts on your homework when you did a really good job. Prices were very agreeable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service, all and I mean all staff are lovely. Ishani is my dentist and has done an amazing job from beginning to end. I’ve gone from someone who was petrified of dentistry to someone that happily plonked down in the chair today for another Root canal and enjoyed a few episodes of Painting with Bob Ross while Ishani and Charlotte worked their magic. P.s...Hannah and the other ladies on the front desk are always a guaranteed laugh! Exceptional!!!

My Root Canal surgery went like clockwork with no pain or discomfort from start to finish. Dr.Avi Prasad is a truly caring and gifted dentist in all aspects of dental procedures.Kept me well informed and comfortable at all times . A big thank you to all staff at Reception and nurses assisting in the procedures as well as organising the surgery at short notice.
