Fantastic experience: Parents with kids - I can’t recommend Chew Dental enough! My daughter left her appointment with Regine saying she had the best time ever (words one would hardly hear after any dentist appointment!) and she really liked how Regine took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and showed her the tools that she was going to use before using it - I think the small details matter a lot to children and it is amazing to find a dentist that provides a safe and comforting experience for your child.

Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly from Sam who managed to accommodate my change in appointment, Regina for being professional and supportive and then Chris and Sorcha who made me feel like I was at a day spa instead of in a dental hygienist chair. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Chew Dental by a very, happy client. The ease at getting an appointment which was not weeks out was astounding to begin with. Sam (reception) has been amazing to deal with, not only with my appointment but two appointments for family members who are only in NZ for a few days. David was great, explained what I needed to do, took X-rays and photos and talked me through options. To top it all off, David himself completed my visit by handling the next appointment and finalising the Eftpos transactions. Impressive customer service. Highly recommend Chew Dental. Negative experience: Will waste your time with consultations you don't need for $170 just to look at your teeth and poke them a bit for 30-40mins Don't recommend at all you're better off looking at urgent dental care or tekaika dental school if you want something actually done with your time and money.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this place by someone online and my partner booked in to go here (being a person who doesn't like going to the dentist or doctors) I was trying to find somewhere that wouldnt put him off going to the dentist any more then he already was and he was raving about how nice ALL of the staff were and how much easier it had been then previous experiences. His tooth had gotten infected and they booked him an appt that day to come in and get it checked they cleaned it for him and told him he should go to hospital right away for iv antibiotics and even rang the next day twice (missed first call) just to double check he was okay. 5 stars is an understatement, very highly recommend Chew Dental.

I have just had a partial denture made which fits perfectly and I am now able to chew better than I have done for many years. His staff are friendly and very nice to deal with too.
