Fantastic experience: I had my molar extracted, and thanks to Bill and nurse Cherrie(sorry if I got the spelling wrong!), everything went smoothly. Bill removed the tooth so gently and carefully that I hardly felt any pain. Cherrie was by my side the whole time, comforting and reassuring me when I was feeling nervous. They are both incredibly professional and truly lovely people. I'm so grateful for their care and support!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr. Brent Will and his team. He was incredibly gentle, kind, and efficient while making an in-house crown for my broken tooth. Leanne, the dental nurse, was calm and professional, and they worked so well together. The receptionists were also lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've seen 4 dentists in the last two months. Dr Danny Chung is the one truly outstanding. My appointment was on 5 December 2024, Danny accurately diagnosed my issue and explained everything in detail. He was very friendly and professional, patient and took time to answer all my questions. The technology and equipment are most advanced, Danny skilfully uses these high-tech devices, carefully analysing the test results and design treatment strategy that is best for patient’s long-term health benefits. If you're looking for a trustworthy and excellent dentist, I highly recommend Danny Chung.

Fantastic experience: Have you been to ‘Dental Experts’ in Takapuna? I had a scaling done there today, (by Caron) and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience! I’ve always been terrified of going to the dentist—so much so that I took a Panadol before my appointment just to calm my nerves. Mentally, going to the dentist is always a struggle for me. But today was different! The dentist was incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail. They were so kind, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay, taking breaks when needed, and really taking their time to ensure everything was done perfectly. After three years of putting off this treatment, it feels amazing to finally get it done. I’m booking my husband in next, and I’ve already told all my friends to make an appointment. If you’re anything like me and have a fear of the dentist, I highly recommend you give them a try. They’re easily five stars! Hurry and book before everyone else does—I’m spreading the word!

Getting teeth checked out has always sat uneasily with me, but their welcoming personality and easygoing character has made me feel much better about the whole thing. Also, receptionist service was exceptional - one receptionist was generous enough to offer me a dental travel set as part of their 'write a google review' deal... before I had even written the review. Fantastic experience: Wonderful team of caring, friendly professionals, from reception staff to the fabulous hygienist and professional dentists. My mum is a dentist-phobe yet has been coming here for years and always leaves smiling.

Fantastic experience: In the middle of a few different treatments like root canals, extractions and fillings with Danny and have been blown away by his skills and demeanor and ability to make me feel comfortable. Im a big burly bloke who is absolutely terrified of the chair, but so glad i went ahead with danny as my teeth feel so much better already with no pain during procedures, would reccomend to all.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at The Dental Experts. A visit to a dental clinic always scared me but with such cutting-edge technology to reduce discomfort along with gentle care that the dentist and the nurse provided changed the whole conception. I had to have a tooth extraction which only took the dentist less than 3 minutes. The follow up call from a receptionist on the following day to check out on me, was another plus factor. I could only tell her that I was totally pain free! I am looking forward to my next visit to get the implant crown bridge done. Can’t wait to get my new strong teeth.

Fantastic experience: Caron is an incredibly skilled and personable hygienist. It’s not surprising she’s booked months in advance. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation spot today and I’m feeling so much better. It was my third visit with her and each time I’ve had some pearls of wisdom from her, that have changed the way I care for my teeth. I like the online booking system and the receptionists / practice manager are great too. If you’re looking for a new hygienist book online with Caron!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to see Brent, Leanne and Nicole at the Dental Experts for about 20 years now. Always such friendly and welcoming service from reception and all the team. I love the focus on prevention and I’ve never had a problem with my teeth the whole time I’ve been coming here. I’m freaked out about needles but have to say, now I’m absolutely sweet with injections in my mouth because Brent and Leanne have a knack for doing it without you even knowing it’s happening. And Nicole’s chats are the best, time flies when you’re having fun having your teeth cleaned;-) My husband and I bring our kids here for check ups and hygiene visits as they are great with kids too. We have never been over-charged, The Dental Experts are amazing value for money as paying for prevention is much better than ending up with major issues to have to pay for. Overall highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw Dr Chung a few days ago and he said i needed a filling. This was done straight away and was pain free. Outstanding practice, friendly front desk staff and super helpful service. Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this place enough. The receptionists were extremely lovely and helpful and Dr Danny saved me from a very painful wisdom tooth impacted. If you ever need any wisdom tooth taken out please come here, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: This is a really well-established dental practice with dentists that are highly experienced. I recently took my 4 year old boy to see Danny one of the dentists there and to my pleasant surprise, no tears, no screaming, no nothing! Danny was really sensitive to my boy's needs and just handled the whole experience really smoothly. I could not be happier. Danny's assistant was really helpful too, she certainly seemed to know what she was doing. The receptionists were really professional and helpful. Two thumbs up for the whole team!

Jeremy gave me a quote for the work needing done and the cost was affordable. He kept me fully informed of what to expect at each step of the process and it was completely pain free. He is the best dentist I've been to and I'd highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Jeremy is without a doubt the most accomplished dentist that I have had the pleasure to meet. I have just turned 50 and had a teeth grinding issue. Jeremy re-modeled and rebuilt all of my existing teeth and did an amazing job making them 100% natural looking again. I had quite a few extended sessions in his chair but it was well worth it as I am now able to smile with confidence. What a fabulous feeling! Thanks again Jeremy and also to Sophie, his fantastic assistant.
