Fantastic experience: The most professional, caring and thoughtful service, this is the best dental clinic you can find. I have been with them for more than 10 years, once Dr Harris had to see me urgently during the harshest of the lockdowns and I can't praise her and Rachel enough. This is the place where you bring your family. Highly recommended.

For me it was critical I found a Dentist who was not only gentle but highly skilled as due to past trauma and poor work I was fearful to have anything done other than a check-up. That is the honest truth and all I can say is Thank Goodness!!! Dr. Harris, is gentle (her fingers are not the size of sausages...yay to that) and her level of expertise in my opinion is outstanding. The overall experience has been amazing for me and in fact in this last sitting I melted into that wonderful chair and relaxed in a way I never had before. Fantastic experience: Was on a 5 month cruise and lost one of my implants the day before arriving in Auckland. Called City Dental Lounge and they fit me in as soon as the ship arrived, determined best course of action and had a cosmetic retainer with my crown made in a couple hours. Everyone there was so very friendly and helpful! Their work is allowing me to fully enjoy the balance of my once in a lifetime trip. Can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Prompt access for a broken crown. Professional care with what remained so that the new crown would last; not done with original crown. Posts installed in what was left of the old tooth and new crown constructed and installed 2 weeks later. I am very impressed with Dr Bell and his work and have recommended him to others already.

Fantastic experience: I had an invisalign treatment and my fillings done at City dental lounge. Everyone is so friendly, very skilled, professional and honest. I get nervous easily and going to the dentist can be really scary - but they are very supportive and they explained every step for me. For the filling treatments - painless! I saw Dr Julian and Dr karen both of them for my fillings. Also English is my second langage but it was no problem. I can NOT be happier with my teeth after Invisalign treatment! I hated my teeth especially my front teeth pretty much my entire life. All my friends are so surprised how quickly invisalign changed my teeth. I'm surprised how invisalign is so underrated. I am super lucky to meet Dr Karen and her team. They are amazing. 120% hands down! They are also kids friendly too - I had to take my son to my appointments sometimes but they were extremely accomodating. Big thanks to Dr Karen, Rachel, her other assistant, Dr Julian, his assistant, and Brooke! I could't have my perfet dream teeth without you guys! Thank you thank you thank you!

I don’t believe I have had such good service they are all so lovely. I’ve decided to start treatment and I can honestly say I couldn’t be more confident and excited about choosing the right place. I would highly recommend city dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Literally best dental experience ever. Easy online booking. Friendly & efficient reception staff. Karen & Rachel are quite the dynamic duo- they make you feel so at home. I had an inlay and it was literally pain free. And I sat in a massage chair and watched Netflix. Can’t recommend this clinic enough. Fantastic experience: Well, what can I say but WOW! I am an extremely nervous patient whose last experience at a Mt Albert dentist was horrendous! Dr Karen, Rachel, Natalia and Megan were fantastic at putting me at ease. On my first appointment the hygienist Natalia did a fantastic pain free job of cleaning my teeth and Dr Karen corrected a previous crown that hadn't been filed down enough by my previous dentist. After not being able to eat on the right side of my mouth for a year and having huge sensitivity to cold and heat I can now eat on both sides of my mouth with no pain - result! Today I had two half crowns fitted - it was painless. Dr Karen Harris and Rachel were very kind and patient and didn't make me feel stupid for shaking like a leaf with nerves when I arrived. I was able to listen to my own music which, along with the massage chair I was lying in, was very soothing and definitely helped to relax me. On leaving I had a fab chat with Megan about our love of English indie-rock bands and music generally - fab way to end my visit! So impressed with my experience here that I've booked to have two further half crowns done, and will not be going anywhere else but here for any further dental work. Really cannot recommend Dr Karen, Rachel, Natalia and Megan enough! A fabulous team with heart who are passionate about their work ... and it certainly shows.

Fantastic experience: City Dental Lounge has looked after me for over 4 years. Karen and her team are great hosts, friendly and professional, I feel very welcome every time. The Lounge is welcoming and very comfortable like a five-star hotel, Meghan the friendly voice over the phone greets you with a smile. Who would have thought the dentist chair can be so comfortable? I watch Netflix with headphones on while my teeth are taken care of. I've had a couple of significant work done, Karen has done a top job, explains things in a way I can understand. Rachel is great at keeping me relaxed and keeping me informed throughout the whole procedure. I recommend to anyone needing some care on their teeth, let Karen and her team look after you, they are excellent at what they do. It's the best dental experience I've ever had. Give them a go.

Fantastic experience: City dental lounge is one of the best dental clinic I have ever visited. Doctors are very knowledgeable and they are superb in their treatments. Dr. Karen guides you throughout the treatment and she is a lovely personality who is very patient while listening to your problems. I had my bleeding gums since long time and after my treatment they do not bleed any more. The moment you enter the clinic you get such good vibes that it makes you feel positive. Dr. Rebecca is a very good hygienist and made the cleaning experience much much better. I always had phobia of visiting clinics but Megan and Rachel are really wonderful people who made me so comfortable and relaxed. I won't mind visiting clinic for regular checkups now. From cheerful conversations to a modern and clean facility this practice has it all! Fantastic experience: The team here are amazing. They are all highly efficient, well educated and communicate the process with ease. The clinic itself is modern, spotless clean yet not clinical and isolating. Every detail of the service experience has been considered, including a TV on the ceiling, where wireless headphones are placed on your head while the work is carried out. Channel selection is up to to you. Price is very reasonable considering the expertise and high level of attention recived. Five google stars.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time here! The ladies are so lovely and welcoming it can be daunting going to the dentist but they made the experience a very positive one! On top of that they’re very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing and explain everything clearly! They also gave me a little goody bag afterwards!
