Fantastic experience: Richard and his amazing team are so good! I have had multiple procedures completed and all work was done to a very high standard in a caring, professional way.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Pukekohe Dental for decades and have always received exceptional care. My dentist, Richard, is not only personable but also incredibly thorough and professional in his work — I always feel like I’m in the best hands. Today I saw their new hygienist Jasleen for the first time, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had with a hygienist. She was efficient, gentle, and very caring. I left feeling relaxed, and my teeth have never felt better. Highly recommend the whole team!

Negative experience: My Partner attended this dental practice a year-or-two ago, and we still haven't recovered from the financial shock; their pricing was eye-wateringly expensive. They don't have published prices; rather, they make them up on-the-spot based upon their assessment of how much money they can extract from you; in my Partner's case, we suspect, based upon their prominent surname. The receptionist could be heard on the phone turning away people attempting to make appointments for children, obviously because the Government subsidy system doesn't make it profitable enough for them compared to how much they can extract from adult clients. It's fundamentally sad when a dentist's commitment to the profession simply becomes driven by nothing but money. Didn't think much of Richard Eilenberg's bedside manner in general, either.

So kind and friendly, made me feel really at ease and the process was so seamless with absolutely no pain during the extraction of a tooth at all. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Pukekohe Dental. I was clenching my jaw in my sleep and Puke dental recommended I have botox done to relax the muscles, I've had it done with them a few times now and the relief is immediate and lasts for months. So grateful for their expertise and professionalism, and such a friendly and helpful team!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pukekohe Dental. The customer service is that of real high standard. From the moment you enter the business you're greeted by the lovely receptionist Theresa. If only more businesses had the warm welcome that Theresa gives to each person she greets. As dreadful as the thought of taking a trip to the dentist can be, I am so glad for choosing this clinic for my treatment. Dr Sophie Li is hands down the nicest and most comforting dentist I've ever met. She has a beautiful soft nature and is so transparent with what's required for your treatment. Her approach and way with making you feel at ease is absolutely amazing. Her lovely assistant Holly just added to a great overall dental experience. Fantastic experience: Didn’t go to the dentist for 5 years so was a little worried what the outcome would be. Had some pain in my gums so called up and they were able to fit me in within the next couple days. Got a thorough clean from an amazing and comforting hygienist. The pain went away after this. I then came back for a dentist appointment with Sophie to get glue that my old dentist didn’t fully remove after getting my braces off 5 years prior and sadly a filling. She did an amazing job getting it all off and the filling was as painless as a filling can be and efficient. So stoked I chose Pukekohe Dental out of all the ones in the area. The staff make you feel so comfortable and are friendly and very good at what they do. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had an issue related to attending the dentist regularly due to past experience. It’s always very hard when you are new to town and there are so many to choose from. So I did a quick review of the local dentist and found the reviews for Pukekohe dental and felt that perhaps they may be able to Accommodate my care. I have have had 2 appointments with Richard and Leslea. Their service is first class. Attentive, knowledgeable, professional and outstanding at their craft. Thoughtful and clear with full discussion around management and options with different budget options. Hygienist kind and painless Instead of being nervous about my next appointment I feel reassured, calm and very happy to recommend to others who have had similar feelings. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here with Pukekohe Dental and their team (had not seen a dentist in too many years to say) after having some pain Sunday night I was able to make an appointment with Richard on the Monday for some relief followed by the first stage of a root canal procedure done shortly after by Dr Saskia Saetrum and Shareen. No pain or discomfort at all throughout, and the most calming voices from these two I could have listened to them work away all day. Much Appreciated.

From initial consultation, through treatment and my hygienist appointment, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend them highly to anyone. All of the services are done to the highest standard, and with extra care. I felt nervous coming in for my first appointment due to the cost of most dental care and nerves around the treatments themselves. The team listened to me and immediately put me at ease. The treatments themselves were quick, painless and done to a great standard. On top to that, the prices were fair and better than I’d expected. I am based in Central Auckland but the drive is well worth it for anyone considering. Thanks to the team for your great work.

Fantastic experience: I chipped a crown on xmas day and contacted these guys the next day to see if they could see me. Leslea got back to me quickly, organised an appointment with Richard on their day off. Richard was so impressive, I had a brand new crown in a couple of hours and he talked me through the whole process. We live on the shore but now I am going to travel to Pukekohe to see him! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Dec '22 Had some more work done with Dr Saetrum and again such professional and excellent work! She/They're always happy to discuss options and best way forward. After the work they do everything settles down so quickly and I have never had teeth feel so good and smooth. Top!! Oct '22 Exemplary care... it was Sunday night and I was in extreme pain for hours and got only two hours sleep. Set alarm for 9am so I could be reminded to ring around to try and get an appointment in Pukekohe. The second call I made was to Pukekohe Dental and was met with friendly, helpful staff who slotted me in at short notice (first Wow!). Dr Saskia Saetrum took care of my root canal without pain at all. Even when I started to feel uncomfortable she managed it with numbing agent and reassurance. It was not an easy job but it was taken care of efficiently and professionally from start to finish (second Wow!). What a great team of friendly, helpful, caring, skilled pro-people. Awesome!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and tidy, modern practice. The team is extremely friendly and professional, from reception, to dental hygienist, dentist and assistants. I was made to feel very comfortable and my questions and concerns were acknowledged. Check up exams and cleans are very thorough, and the staff explain everything they are doing as they go along. Pukekohe Dental exceeded all my expectations.

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous dental patient (I have had a tooth pulled in the past instead of having root canal work). Richard is great and with IV sedation 2 1/2 hours in the chair went very fast. I even went to sleep! It seemed like about 20 minutes. I opted for one long session rather than having to go back. Totally recommend Pukekohe Dental - lovely staff and a very calm and reassuring atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Regular customer of Pukekohe Dental - couldn't recommend them enough! I was originally looking into caps or veneers to brighten my smile but instead they recommended a more cosmetic solution (form of acid wash) that cleared the discoloration and brown surface staining on my front teeth. So happy with the results and the treatment was painless, quick and affordable!

Negative experience: Dispointed with my last app, it was afternoon service on friday, I need to wait for more that 30mnt, not only that they said my teeth are bad although I just went 2 months ago and just had 3 times app to clean my teet which is 2 months ago I already spend more than $400, if my teeth bad why they clean it really fast on that day compare than before, and they ask me to come again in the next 2month

All staff were friendly and helpful and did a great job. I appreciated Richard's and the hygienist's explaination of what was going on with my teeth and my treatment options. I'm back again this week and will be transferring my family to this wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually go to the dentist as I'm pretty lazy when it comes to my teeth but when i do I worry about the sort of treatment I will receive until I found this place. First time I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome followed by a quiet waiting room which is a plus. First dentist I saw was good in finding all the problem as part of my check up and explaining the reason for having a jaw scan which alot of places I've been to don't have that specific equipment. Second appointment I had was with Sophie which has been by far the best dentist I've had being gentle even for the most difficult tooth, didn't feel any pain whatsoever everything was explained in detail even got some photos taken of the work once it was complete which I found was a bonus. Also they ring a few days afterwards to find out if everything is going good with the repairs which is another great bonus. Excellent dentists, dental assisants, reception staff and high tech equipment. What more could you ask for?!

Fantastic experience: We have experienced professional and high quality dental treatment from Richard and his team over a number of years now. The clinic uses the most modern technologies which for us have meant a one visit trip for crowns, rather than one trip for crown preparation then another for insertion of a crown manufactured by a dental technician.
