Fantastic experience: My experience with Jim han has been amazing I can't say enough good things about him. He is an outstanding dentist and I can't thank him enough for putting me at ease.

Fantastic experience: My little 9 y/o recently had a referral from the kid’s dental clinic to seek further treatment on a funky baby tooth situation. So grateful for Dr Han’s patience given the circumstance that on examination the extra baby tooth was determined best to be removed to avoid complications. Did my best to convince Mr 9 to best deal with it straightaway with no success. Dr Han kindly offered to have a 1-on-1 chat with Kysan and 10 minutes later, tooth removed and happy kid coming out confidently saying it didn’t really hurt as much as he imagined. I cannot recommend the team enough. Asal was amazing fitting us in with school holiday and work schedule and all the support staff were super kind. So blessed to have you in East Auckland. ♥️

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this clinic for a dental cleaning and was extremely satisfied. The environment is very clean, and unlike other dental clinics, it doesn’t have that scary smell. The dentist was incredibly patient and meticulous, taking the time to explain everything clearly. She even taught me the proper way to clean my teeth at the end of the session. This is definitely a place I will revisit in the future to have my annual teeth cleaning

Fantastic experience: I went to My Dentist for a teeth cleaning and as an anxious person all I can say is wow! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The staff are very lovely and I highly recommend Sandy for hygiene cleans. She was very thorough and did a wonderful job on my teeth. Fantastic experience: I used to be the dental assistant and have experienced many hygiene services provided by different professional hygienists. But honestly Maria is the best!!! She is super friendly and always helpful. I feel so comfortable and safe entire time on the dental chair. She is not only kind and gentle but also incredibly patient. She always does an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth, meticulously identifying areas needing attention. Last time I saw her she used her new cleaning technology. My teeth feel extra smooth and definitely look whiter and cleaner then any times I had my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Maria and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: I am very anxious when going to a dentist. As this was my first visit to one in NZ, I can honestly say they are amazing! From reception to the other staff, they are all really friendly and helpfull. Made me feel at ease. Dr Yen was so good. She is very calm and explains everything to you so you know exactly what to expect. Checking if you are ok during the procedure! I will definitely go back to them again.

Fantastic experience: I went for a dental cleaning with Maria, and since I have gum recession, I always feel a bit anxious about visiting the dentist. However, Maria was amazing—kind and gentle. She explained every step of the procedure, which helped me feel more at ease throughout the session. Plus, she speaks Spanish, which is really important for those who aren't completely fluent in English. I also loved the detail of having a television on the ceiling hahah it made the experience much more enjoyable. The receptionist was very attentive and asked how everything went. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist appointment with Maria Zabala from my dentist in Pakuranga was again service on another level. Maria Zabala took me by the hand, reassured me I was in safe experienced hands, explained everything to me showed me the b4 and after of my treatment. Maria helped me to relax, checked on me throughout the procedure and instilled confidence that I was doing well, in fact I felt so relaxed I almost nodded off to sleep. My experience was so enjoyable I've booked my next hygienist appointment 5months instead of 6 because I want to maintain the exceptional quality of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I have always had a mortal fear of visiting the dentist after having very sensitive teeth even still now I am 70. After a recommendation from a friend I booked in to see Dr Ahmad Mustafa . The service and treatment was exemplary from the friendly knowledgeable receptionist through to sitting in the dentists chair andgetting treatment from Dr Mustafa. A virtual pain free extraction ,a couple of fillings and a clear explanation of what needed to be done in the future both costwise and procedure . Excellent dental practice .

My first wisdom tooth extraction was traumatising (done elsewhere). If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. This team is the best!

Fantastic experience: The perfect place if you are as terrified of the dentist as I was. The first time I've been to the dentist in over 4 years and I researched lots of places and I am so glad to find one so close to my house. From my first visit, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I was so nervous but the dentist picked up on it instantly and did everything he could to make sure I was alright and not stressed or nervous. He made sure to explain everything so I wouldn't be overthinking by myself. I still get nervous but I look forward to my next dentist visit just because the people are so nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: I have never had this type of experience in my life at a Dentist. It can only be described as AMAZING. They treated me with such care and compassion that I will never fear going again. Only to them of course ☺ If anyone suffers from anxiety or panic attacks like myself, I can 100% guarantee you that this is the Dentist to go to. I tell everyone about them because it has taken me years and years to finally find a Dentist like them. ☺

Fantastic experience: Such lovely team in the medical centre. Asal, the lady at the front always greets us with a big smile and she is also quite funny i must say. The team is very welcoming especially to me as i was new to the area. I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned soon. The biggest highlight was definitely the TV and how big the screen is. One time i came quite early to the medical centre and Asal pulled up some interesting shows on TV for me to pass time. This place is extremely patient-oriented and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great dentist, look no more. Dr. Ahmad and Asal have been nothing but awesome and kind to my 5 year old son. The Dr. was very professional, gentle , thorough and explained the process step by step to my 5 year old using kid friendly terms. Asal the Practise Manager responded to my query in a timely manner and helped comfort my son from the minute he entered the clinic to the minute we left. I highly recommend them for all your dental requirements :-)

Fantastic experience: Wow! I have never felt so relaxed at a dentist in my life. I usually actively avoid dentists, but my faith has been restored! It is such a calm environment and they have Netflix to watch while they are doing their thing. Everyone is so kind and caring. 5 stars plus from me!

Fantastic experience: So after living with debilitating wisdom tooth pain for 18 months and having a huge irrational phobia with visiting the dentist, I plucked up enough courage to go and see the amazing team at My Dentist Pakuranga, Dr Mustafa put me at ease instantly and stepped me through the whole process, needless to say this is a life changer for me, free of the pain at last, I cannot thank Ahmad, Maria, Jim and the rest of the crew enough for taking the best care of me!

Negative experience: Rip off company got quoted $600.00 to do a deep clean under the gum line after paying $99.00 for an x-ray and a clean which the dentist didn't even do properly. I question the quote which would of cost me $700.00 in total. I then went and got three others done and found out that i could get the same thing done for $220.00 at Smile Care Manukau unbelievable! Wouldn't even give them a star. Got $99.00 out of my hard earned money for nothing waste of time.

Many thanks to Dr.Han who is very gentle, efficient,and explain everything to ease my worries and doubts before tooth extraction. Also, staffs are very accommodating and very nice. Excellent work and well recommended.

Negative experience: I clearly specified in the new patient form that I have teeth sensitivity, yet the dentist used a tooth cleaning technique which caused severe teeth sensitivity post treatment. I called to let them know and the clinic manager claimed that all Auckland dentists use that technique - completely untrue, as the dentist I've been using for years still scales and polishes by hand. I wish I could undo my experience at this dental clinic. Dreadful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jim Han is the best dentist I have had the pleasure to know in my *ahem* over 50 years of dentist visits living in several different countries. He and his team are consummate professionals: very knowledgeable, with a manual dexterity that has me walking away smiling every time. Aside from what I consider to be the best (softest) hands in the business, Dr. Jim's office seems to have the latest dental technology and equipment---even Netflix streaming from a hi-res monitor on the ceiling for those longer visits. I almost never write reviews, but I've been so consistently impressed over the course of the year that I felt compelled to share my experiences with others. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My humble thanks for Dr Jim’s patience and care on Saturday afternoon.  I can finally wear my dentures without any pain whatsoever and the care he took in listening to me during the fixing of my teeth was just superb. I felt like I’m in the very best of hands.  Also, the dental assistant that tended to me( sorry I forgot the lovely lady’s name) was spot on.  Super effective, attentive and know her stuff!
