Fantastic experience: This is our family dentist in Gisborne m. My son has recently had his Invisalign done here and Tim’s care along with the support team were top notch. The reception team are welcoming too thanks Laura. Highly recommend!
Positive experience: Very clean and tidy entrance, waiting area. Just my own opinion, a taller straight backed chair in the waiting room may be more comfortable for some people while waiting. Staff are cautious, clean and tidy uniform.
Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist could be a traumatic experience however the friendly professional staff and service at Gisborne Dental Care Centre make it an easy self care maintenance task.
Fantastic experience: I had missed some regular check ups and ended up having to have an urgent appointment. This identified a lot of problems needing to sort. However over a number of appointments they have got me back on track. I've gone back to regular check ups! Everyone at Dental Care are really friendly and helpful and John has been very patient with me. I highly recommend Dental Care Centre.

Positive experience: The dentist made me feel comfortable as I was getting a tooth extracted. The only downfall was waiting for an appointment and it was really expensive to have a tooth extracted

Fantastic experience: This is actually from my husband David this dentistry is the bomb !!! They are friendly as accomodating as I was also 30 min late as we don’t live in Gisborne but 1.5 hrs away !!! John and his team did a magically job feel heaps better !!! Would highly recommended Gisborne Dental care centre bloody wicked thankyou !!!
Fantastic experience: Honestly the most amazing dentist in Gisborne. The receptionist was so respectful when I made an appointment after being rudely declined at a different local practise. The dental assistant and dentist were very informative with my treatment and cannot thank them all enough. Highly recommended.
Negative experience: The dentist are 10/10 for sure but the receptionist are rude, my sister just called them and in the middle of talking the receptionist just said ok bye and hang up
Fantastic experience: Had a molar causing me some pain and got it extracted a few days ago and currently in the healing process. Haven't experienced any problems during and post surgery which is nice. I highly recommend Gisborne Dental Care Centre their staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: I was in urgent need of a consult with a dentist having been suffering all weekend with severe pain and living on painkillers which only took the edge off. I turned up without an appointment explaining my situation and they very kindly managed to fit me in. I am extremely grateful for the awesome service I received. A root canal to follow but at least I know what the problem is and are getting the correct treatment to sort it and relieve the pain. Great customer service Team, than you oh so much.

Negative experience: Terrible. 420 dollars for a 23 minute clean and scrub. My old dentist in auckland charged 160 for an hour clean. Won't be going back

Fantastic experience: Love the fast service they provide now. I have been with them for years and since the change of staff at the front desk it's has been amazing experience plus you actually get seen faster. I use to have to wait for up to 2 week to a month just to talk to my dentist now it's much faster.
