Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Ponsonby Teeth today and was delighted to meet Michelle. She was fantastic and communicated regularly in a friendly manner throughout the appointment. It was evident that she genuinely cared about her patients comfort. Thanks Michelle, not my favourite thing to do - visiting the dentist but from today’s experience I will change to Ponsonby Teeth.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!! I’ve never been fond of going to the dentist but after seeing Ashleigh and her team, I feel comfortable and at ease. Ashleigh is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve had check up’s, hygiene clean and wisdom extraction’s with sedation done here and my experiences have been beyond expectations. Location is perfect, easy to spot from the main road with tons of parking behind the practice. The ambience inside is calming and you’re always greeted with a welcoming smile. Thank you to Ashleigh and her team for providing the highest quality of care and customer service!

Fantastic experience: Ashleigh did a fabulous job repairing my son's chipped tooth, and has since become our regular family dentist. Ashleigh is relaxed and friendly, and extremely competent. The dental work is always done professionally and to a high standard. Parking is easy, and there are plenty of appointments available. Very highly recommended.

Negative experience: Over priced

Fantastic experience: Brand new clinic, clean, professional and they use new techniques for scale and clean such as a water blaster that cuts clean time in half! I booked a last minute appointment and was welcomed by the wonderful Dr Ashleigh. My clean took less than 20 min and I’m so pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: We went to see Ashleigh and Victoria to mend my daughter’s broken tooth. They were able to see us almost immediately and put us [both] at ease the moment we walked through the door. Wonderful facilities and amazing with children - the tooth repair itself looks amazing - cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Have been visiting Ashleigh for over 12 months. She is always super friendly and has good opening hours to find an appointment outside working hours. Clinic is state of the art and really well equipped.

Ashleigh and her team really made me feel looked after and cared about. She has a beautiful clinic and puts you at ease. The parking at the back is a bonus and I found the prices to be very reasonable. How crazy is it that I look forward to my next visit now! Ha ha

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I went to another location and they told me I needed to do all these things and it would cost heaps of money. So I went for another opinion and found Ashleigh and her clinic and I couldn't be happier. Not only were her prices better, she is in the business of keeping my teeth healthier and preserving them for longer by not telling me I need unnecessary work that wears my teeth down faster. And don't let me forget, the clinic is brand new, the building is beautiful, inside and out. The technology is advanced. And Ashleigh and Anne were soooo nice and warm and welcoming. I've been to dentists who made me feel bad for not being able to take care of my teeth when I was financially unable to and she didn't even question me or comment on it. Just put me on the best path for a life time of healthy teeth. As long as I live in Auckland I'm going to make it my mission to go here. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: Ashleigh from Ponsonby teeth is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. To summarize, I have had a very difficult two weeks as a result of painful wisdom teeth complications. Ashleigh saw me immediately every day that I needed to see her and was so kind and genuine. Ashleigh continued to check on me the following days after I had seen her as she knew I was in a lot of pain and also saw me out of hours when I needed dental help. Ashleigh has my wholehearted recommendation and I will continue to see Ashleigh for future dental work. A kind and genuine professional like Ashleigh is hard to come by these days and I vehemently recommend her and her clinic to all those seeking a dentist. Two hours end to end with time for a coffee and scone in Ponsonby included while Ashleigh’s high tech system made my crown on-site and fitted it 45 minutes later. 100% five star experience and free parking around the back!

Fantastic experience: I had a front tooth resin fall out unexpectedly on a Friday, and I was panicked because I couldn't find any dentists open. I called this practice, and they were able to schedule me for an appointment just two hours later on a Saturday morning. When I arrived, the office was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The dentist who treated me was amazing - not only did they fix my tooth quickly, but they also crafted a beautiful resin tooth that looks even better than my original tooth! I'm so grateful to have found this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not my thing - it has typically involved pain and expense so I avoid it. What an amazing experience visiting the gorgeous new rooms of Ponsonby Teeth. Ashleigh has created an inviting space with top of the line equipment - all resulting, for me, in a clean bill of health, as well as a shining set of teeth. Ponsonby Teeth will take off in its great location with plenty of parking - can I suggest getting on her books quickly - she's a superstar!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr Ashleigh at Ponsonby Teeth. New clinic with excellent facilities. I am hesitant when it comes to dental work, but the team helped with queries and made me feel comfortable. The onsite parking for patients is a helpful also.
