Fantastic experience: Omg i can believe how amazing and happy i am right now. First free consultation!!! . How confident Dr Neelu is makes me feel so safe. There was no confusion or trying to make me get something different. I couldn't believe how fast and amazing she was. I rung in the morning and in at 12.30 Done.... SO MUCH BETTER THEN EMERGENCY CARE!!!! No pain and so fast she explained everything to me.... I have literally never left a dentist smiling or with out crying... from her receptionist and the nurse.... my mind is blown away.... don't be fooled by the location... literally the best service ever I have ever received and I just got back from Bali... never have I said I can't wait to come back..... even with the after care program I feel completely and actually can't wait to come back

Negative experience: After 14 months my denture had lost 4 teeth.. I went back to be told only 1 year warranty. My previous denture lasted 14 years. Terrible quality for the price of $2400

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wonderful experience at East Tamaki Dental and would highly recommend their services. I called them hoping to get an appointment as soon as possible due to a bad toothache, and they were able to see me on the same day. The receptionist was incredibly helpful when I arrived, and within 10 minutes, I was in to see Dr. Neelu Chhabra. Dr. Chhabra examined my tooth and agreed that extraction was the best course of action. The procedure was quick and painless, and Dr. Chhabra's reassuring demeanor made the entire process much more comfortable. The cost for the extraction was very competitive. After the procedure, the receptionist provided me with thorough aftercare instructions, which was a nice touch. I plan to revisit this week for a free consultation and to have more work done. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend East Tamaki Dental for anyone in need of dental care.

Fantastic experience: Very good place for dental treatments. All the staff is highly experienced and very humble. I have been using their services since 2018. Special mention to Dr. Neelu Chhabra as she is very professional and understands the need of the patients. I will highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I literally just walked out of the dentist from having my very first tooth extraction. Im in my 30’s and absolutely HATE dental visits & anything ‘needles’ haha Anyway, I was more nervous about this extraction than I was, giving birth (Hopefully that helps paint a picture of how fearful I was). Anyway, the procedure was not bad AT ALL! I asked Neelu not to tell me when she was going to inject me & what I thought was gonna be a 30-45 min thing only took them 5 minutes to do and it was painless. Phew! She’s also given me all the instructions needed for aftercare so fingers crossed for an easy recovery!

Fantastic experience: The dentist was away at the time I arrived, but the receptionist was nice enough to give me a quick consultation, amazing & informative advice, and constant reminders to let me know when an appointment was available for me. (They get fully booked fast.) The procedure was painless, (tooth removal), the dentist was very positive & polite, and allowed me to take breaks in between if I needed it. She mentioned what she was about to do before every step of the way & that really helped me to stay calm. Consultation is free, so don’t be afraid to go in! Highly recommend this dental clinic.

Definitely don’t come here wasting your money. Cancelled a 2nd appointment due to this cause like hell im willing to spend my money here no way! Found elsewhere a whole lot better

Negative experience: I wanted to give no star, as I attended for cleaning my teeth but instead they wounded my teeth they didn't even say anything what makes it worse, and denied that I ever came there. Also my health is damaged because of this wound. Don't ever go there, unexperience and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Dr Neelu is efficient, calm and extremely talented in her job. Mine was a complicated wisdom tooth extraction surgery but she did it well. Post surgery follow up are really good. Harpreet at reception is friendly and able to respond all queries efficiently. I do appreciate helping lady who was very kind during my surgery. Would definitely recommend them for service and affordability!!

Fantastic experience: Really loved my experience at this dentist. Was nervous going in as I wanted to extract two teeth. However, they numbed the right side of my mouth well. Didn’t feel any pain. They were very efficient. The staff there have a pleasant nature. Will use them from now on.

Negative experience: I went there on 5th of Feb 2021 to have tooth filling done and it ended up with a wound in my mouth including gum. It got sore and swollen right after the tooth filling, I wasn’t able to eat and drink normally for several days. I went back for the doctor’s review after 1 week and according to the doctor, the wound was caused by so called “metal bond”. Well, the doctors duty is to fix all issues not creating new issues accessing to my knowledge? What makes it worse is that the manager asked me to delete this comment during my second appointment. Wow!

Negative experience: The dentist herself was lovely but the service was not good. Had to go back three times to get the filling redone as it kept chipping off as soon as I left and was not aligned. Eventually I gave up and paid to go to another dentist to get it done.

Negative experience: Operating under former Hill Park Dentist now. My partner went there and although price was okay, some work, fillings was redone by another dentist. No problems now. We moved to another area so couldn't come back to have it fixed.

Negative experience: Be mindfull of buying a groupon voucher. Its not what they say. You'd eventually end up paying more as they are there to make money and just money it seems with less caring.
